“Is he okay? Is he gonna be alright?” You asked as soon as the doctor comes out from the surgery room. “I’m not sure. It depends on his body. If his body is strong enough to fight those bacteria, he will survive. I can’t do anything else. I tried my best.” The doctor said and walked off. No. Sunggyu cannot die. What will you do without him by your side, giving you positive energy. The doctor said he can survive if his body is strong enough. Surely, he’s strong. My oppa will always be strong. “You wanna come in and see how he’s doing?” Hoya asked. You nods and holds on to Myungsoo’s hand tightly and walk in.

Sunggyu blinked his eyes for several times but the image is still blurry. “~~~~~?” He said slowly. You grabbed his hand and start holding it tightly, “Yes oppa. I’m here, I’m here.” Sunggyu forced a painful smile on his face and said, “Ah, my lovely dongsaeng is here. How are you?” He said. You’re still sobbing when you answered, “Hi. I’m fine, I’m very fine. Please be fine too, oppa.” Sunggyu answered back, “Is Hoya with you?” He stepped out and said, “Hello, my friend.” He smiled. Sunggyu smiled back and said, “Thanks, man. For everything. Thank god you’re there to send me off to this hospital. Thank you.” Hoya just nods and said, “It’s nothing at all. Don’t mention it.” Sunggyu just smiles a bit and said, “You’re the best friend I ever met. I never have any true best friend tho. You’re the first one, so congratulations. Hahaha, do I sound like a gay here?” He coughed up when he finished saying that. “Relax, man. You should take it easy. Maybe after you’re okay back we can be gay together. Hahahaha.” Hoya laughed and walked out to the door. “I’m going to give y’all some private space. Call me if anything happens.”

So now there are only you, Myungsoo and Sunggyu in the room. “Hey, can I talk for a minute with Myungsoo, ~~~~~? You can wait outside, sorry.” Sunggyu asked. “Oh, sure sure. I wont be bothering you two.” You said and walked out. There’s an awkward silence before Sunggyu said, “Thank you.” Myungsoo looks at him and said, “For what? Why are you thanking me?” “Thank you for taking care of ~~~~~. I’m not always there for her. She rarely told me anything about you. Maybe she’s just uncomfortable talking about you with me. Anyway, I’m sorry too. I treated you so badly back then. I should’ve treated you nicer.” Sunggyu said. Myungsoo just shakes his head and said, “No, you shouldn’t be sorry. It was my fault okay. All of it. I should’ve be more polite talking to you since you’re my hyung. Sorry, hyung.” Myungsoo said. “It’s so awkward to hear you calling me hyung. Hahahaha.” Sunggyu snickered. “I have something to ask you. Please take care of her for me. Even though I can’t take care of her until the end, just by seeing her smiling from far away makes me happy. Please, take care of her for me. This is my last wish” Sunggyu said. “What are you trying to say? Please don’t say nonsense or else I’ll smack you.” Myungsoo said. “You don’t know my feeling when I see her with someone else. When I see her smiling because of someone else. You don’t know. I love her okay. I love her with all of my heart. I planned to tell her I love her more than just an oppa but I didn’t because I can see that she’s happy with you. I don’t want to be the source of her sadness. Please, make her the happiest person ever.” Sunggyu pleaded. “Stupid. You’re so stupid. Why didn’t you tell her earlier? Before she even loves me with all of her heart? Why didn’t you? Are you really stupid?” Myungsoo shoots back. “I guess I am stupid. I’m stupid in love. I’m a loser in love. So hopeless. But you’re still the same jerk I used to know.” Myungsoo sighed and said, “Sure, I’ll do all those things you told me to. I promise okay.”
