I slowly open my eyes and look at TaeHyung, to see if he’s awake.

My eyes widen when I saw him staring back at me, with a sad smile.

Tears fill my eyes, I was so happy that he’s ok.

I quickly hugged him.

“You’re ok.” I said.

“You’re really ok…” I repeated.

Then, he slightly pushed me away, then looks at me straight in the eyes.

He lift his hand and brush away my tears, then brush my hair back behind my ears.

“Han Byul.”

I looked at him, waiting for what he’s going to say.

“I’m sorry.”

“What for?” I ask.

“For not believing you.”

I thought for a moment…it’s ok…he didn’t know…so I don’t blame him…

“It’s…alright.” I smiled at him.

He frown, “Why do you forgive me so easily?”

But I just smiles and grab his right hand and press it against my heart.

I smiled even wider, then I slowly puts my right hand next to his right hand and form it into a heart.

I could see TaeHyung was staring at me.

I slowly look through the heart I made with both our hands and saw TaeHyung’s face…smiling.

In a flash, I was pulled into a tight hug.

“Han Byul…you don’t know how much you really mean to me right now…”

I felt him shaking…

I pulled away and looked at him.

“TaeHyung.” I wipe his tears. “Don’t cry.”

He smiled weakly, “Thank you Han Byul…for forgiving me…but…I don’t think I could ever forgive myself for what I did to you.” He looked down.

“Shhh. Don’t think anything anymore. Just rest, ok?”

It was silent for a moment.

Then I heard footsteps running down from the hallway.

The door burst open.

“TaeHyung Oppa!!!” So Hee cried.

She ignored me and ran and hugged TaeHyung right there, in front of me.

“Are you hurt? What happened? I heard Yun Jae did this. Are you ok? Did the doctors treat you well? How come you didn’t tell me?? Do you know how worry I was when I heard that you were in the hospital??? Wha---“

“Leave me alone.” TaeHyung coldly demanded.

So Hee’s eyes became watery, then she looks at me, she was glary at me, then back at TaeHyung.

The world seems to freeze in time. It felt like everyone in the whole world had heard the painful slap.

TaeHyung got up and slapped So Hee right in the face.

So Hee turned back around, her tears falling down. “Oppa! You just…slapped me!”

I don’t know why but I was smiling…

So Hee caught me smiling, then ran out of the room, crying.

My heart felt so relieved, and happy.
