CHAPTER 53: THE ANGRY MAN

                Meisa stared for a long time before glared at the man who was unbuckling his seat belt. There was a death aura coming from her, as she gritted her teeth. Toma, who was pulling out the key was grinning at her.

“This is not my apartment!” She said directly toward the man who flashed a wide smile to her.

“I know because this is my apartment.” He said cheerfully. This made Meisa became angrier.

“Ikuta san. Could you please send me back to my apartment?” she said nicely but with sarcastic tone inside her words. The man rubbed his chin and shook his head.

“ Nah~I’m not planning to,” he said nonchalantly while looked back at her. Meisa widened her eyes hearing his words.

“What!! You...” Before she could nagged at the man, Toma opened the door and went out from the car. This made her speechless.

“Come! Let’s go in!” Toma said when he peeked inside his car. Meisa sat back and folded her arms.

“No!!! Send me back Ikuta san!!!” She persisted while staring at the front mirror. Inside her, the heart was already beats like crazy due to the man’s action. Isn’t he nut? Why would I, a woman, go to the man’s house for no reason. Scarlet red started to crawl on her cheeks thinking whatever things that would happen when she goes into that man territory.

“I will, but later. Come...” he persuaded her softly, trying to coo her to come to his apartment.

“No!!!!” Toma stared at the long hair woman, who never budge from her seat. Strange was playing within his mind.

“Why you did not want to come?”he asked her. His face was full of quizzical look.

“Why do I have to go inside your apartment?” Toma rolled his eyes and grinned when he noticed Meisa’s cheeks filled with colours. Naughty thoughts started to invade within his head.

“Meisa chan~ Are you thinking about something naughty?”

“What!!!! I’m not thinking of anything!!!” Her anger shot immediately when the man accused her like that. It was true that she thought that maybe the man brought her to his apartment because he wanted to sleep with her.

                Well, how could she think about that after that kissing incident. The man tended to do impulsive action, out of her control. And how that scared her most. Toma chuckled madly looking at Meisa’s reaction. He stood up, closed his door and walked to other side of his car. Meisa’s eyes followed the man who and startled when the man opened her door. The man lowered his body till his eyes was at the same level with his.

“ Meisa,  I need to pack some of my clothes before going to Nagasaki today before sending you back. So, it might take for a while. So, I don’t think it is proper leaving you alone inside my car. That’s why I ask you to come in to my apartment while I’m packing for everything. So, would you please come out from my car?” he said softly toward her. Toma knew that woman was stubborn when it came to certain things. But, that was one of her values that he loves most, her stubbornness.

                 Meisa averted her gaze toward the man and she could see the man’s sincerity inside his eyes. Slowly, she sighed deeply before looking somewhere else. She was thinking any reason that she could to him for not going to his apartment. It is too intimate going to his house, despite of their unknown relationship right now.

                 While Meisa was busy thinking about, she never realised that Toma kept looking at her, while smiling. Slowly, he moved forward her and leaned closer to her face. This made Meisa became startled of his sudden action. Automatically, she leaned against the seat, trying to move away from the man as far as possible. As she inhaled deeply, Toma’s perfume could be smelt as it was swarming over her and Meisa could not stop thinking about how nice it smell on him.
