The phone keep ringing and vibrating under his pillow, disturbing his peaceful sleep. No matter how much he hate to take it, but he knows he had to. He slide his hand under the pillow and grab the phone. With heavy eyes, he look at the screen and let out sighed. He kinda expected to see that name. Slowly, he push the green button.

"Hello.."

"Son.."

His mom voice echoed through the phone and it sounded worry. Hakyeon wake up from his bed and walks towards the mirror while waiting for the next words coming from his mom.

"Your dad been called you few times and you didn't pick up. Are you okay?" 

'Am I okay?' Hakyeon wonder to himself while looking at his reflection on the mirror. He keeps touching his face and feels like his skin is so dry. His eyes are puffy enough and looks like a panda with the dark under the eyes. Then he ruffle his hair that gotten longer and nearly close his eyes.

"Hakyeonie..Did you hear me?" Mom still on the phone patiently waiting for him to answer her.

"I'm..okay..I guess" He lied obviously.

"Your dad said that he got a called from your vice chancellor. He said that you got expelled from the college..Is it true?" she asked.

"Hakyeon!" The sudden deep voice that called his name out, startle him. It's dad.

"Whatever happen right now, I need an explanation" the dad voice sounded stern enough.

"I want you to come home now! I'm waiting for you. You better has a logical excuse on why you got kick out of college or I'm going to punish you."

The called ended just like that. Hakyeon stay on his earlier position, staring at his own figure reflected on the mirror and slowly he grip the phone tightly on his hand.

'You are useless son'

'You better die rather than going home and make your parent ashamed of you'

'no one fcking care about your existence anymore'
