No one found out about Hannah fainting during and after the concert. The second day in Fukuoka went better. A lot of people backstage kept telling the ladies to take it easy and during a talk at the concert, Hannah had to address that she wasn’t feeling well yesterday. Fans from the first day’s concert noticed she was off and showed concern, but that was it. And with Hannah talking a bit about it on the second day (only saying she wasn’t having a good day, nothing about fainting or making it a serious thing), it wasn’t more than that. Carolina uploaded four sets of photos taken during probably two seconds, capturing her own V-sign and smile as well as Hannah leaning against her shoulder to be in the picture too. There were a lot of pictures uploaded after the concert. Julia shared a bunch of pictures, of herself with dancers, of herself with fans, of herself with the broad back of a guard standing firmly in the background, of a corridor backstage to show how crowded it was after the concert and she also shared a horrible picture with all the ladies to show how unfocused her camera got from her laughing when taking the picture. Hannah didn’t join the dinner they had afterwards, instead she went back to the hotel to sleep. When it comes to the fight she has with Jonghyun, it’s still ongoing. He had called and texted on Saturday to ask if she had checked the schedule (because he wants to run away together) and when she texted him on Sunday, he didn’t respond.   Monday is a day off for 5 Pieces. They are scheduled to go back to Korea in the afternoon, to let everyone sleep out at the hotel as a reward for the weekend’s concerts. Hannah and Emelia are first to wake up and they go out to eat with Manager Kawayama around lunch. Hannah is stuck with her eyes on her phone, upset with her husband and checking the news about 5 Pieces’ comeback. “How can they be upset that we’re making a comeback?” Hannah mutters in Japanese. She puts down the phone where she has been reading comments to the articles about 5 Pieces’ comeback, to instead reach for a sushi bite. “It’s not the comeback that upsets them,” Emelia says, sorting out the food on her plate. “It’s disappointment we’re releasing a single and not a full album. Fans are comparing our Korean comeback with the Japanese, which was a full-length album and a tour.” “But still…” “They don’t know we’re planning a year of promotions in Korea,” Emelia adds. Hannah admits she is in a bad mood because of Jonghyun, or she is still fatigued from the weekend. Either way, she is in a bad mood and doesn’t want to agree on what Emelia says even if it makes sense. She hopes their fans will like the single comeback – it’s only a week left before the single will be released. They talk about the comments online while eating, talking in Japanese because Manager Kawayama is the most comfortable with it. And they have spoken a lot of Japanese during the weekend, it comes out alright as well. She picks up her phone again, checking to see if Jonghyun has even read the last thing she wrote to him – which he has not. She asked him what he plans to do about running away, where to go, for how long, what he has planned so she can plan it with her schedule. No response though. With a sigh, she turns to Instagram instead, scrolling through it. SM Entertainment have shared the single poster for 5 Pieces’ comeback, confirming its title to be [Insane] and 5 Pieces’ concept. Hannah has uploaded the picture on Instagram, writing ‘5 Pieces’ comeback! Let’s go insane, everyone!’ as well as the date of the single being released. All of the ladies update their Instagram today and their blog with the new single picture, showing their excitement to make a Korean comeback and fans fans are quick to respond to. Happy for a comeback, but a lot of fans are commenting questions about it just being a single and not a full-length album. Hannah is dressed in black today. Black jeans, a black cardigan zipped up to her chin, and sunglasses on her head. For Emelia, she is wearing a long black kimono-styled cardigan, jeans and a white top. Her shoes are from a Japanese designer, pointy shows with a small heel and in silver. Hannah wears black sneakers. “Oi,” Emelia suddenly lets out in a low tone, making Hannah look up at her. “Is your phone that interesting?” Hannah glances down at the phone she has sat with throughout the meal, then glances at her friend again. Emelia smirks from getting her attention and their manager comments that Hannah usually complains if someone is sitting with their phones when eating together. Hannah grimaces from being told off and she puts her phone in her pocket, asking if they are satisfied. Emelia picks up her phone, leaning back to focus it on Hannah. “Smile for me, the light’s good,” Emelia comments. “You just told me to put my phone away,” Hannah pouts. “Smile.” Hannah crosses her arms over her chest and leans against the wall next to her, smiling but still giving Emelia the look that says ‘you’re doing what you told me not to do’-look. Manager Kawayama is smiling at them, seeing on Emelia’s phone that the picture turns out well. “Natural makeup suits you,” Manager Kawayama comments. Hannah reaches out her tongue briefly, telling Emelia to put her phone away. Their manager orders some more food and the phones are put away. “Why are you obsessed with your phone today?” Manager Kawayama wonder while they continue eating the delicious sushi. “I’m not obsessed with it,” Hannah defends herself. “She fought with her husband,” Emelia answers and grimaces at Hannah when being given a glare. “Really?” Manager Kawayama looks surprised. “Is that what you were talking about during the weekend? You ladies were talking about something, I thought it was Maria who was in a fight though.” “Maria is always fighting,” Emelia nods. “I’m not fighting with him,” Hannah explains herself. Emelia rolls her eyes while their manager asks what it is then. “It’s more like… a misunderstanding. He wants to do something, but I say we don’t have time for it, and we argued, and it is a misunderstanding… That’s it.” “And he won’t answer your texts, and you didn’t tell him you fainted,” Emelia continues to count for their manager. “You didn’t tell him you fainted?” Manager Kawayama’s smile is completely gone from the shock. “How can you not tell him? He’ll be worried, Hannah.” “When could I tell him?” Hannah pouts, putting down her chopsticks. “He won’t text me back. I can’t really tell him ‘oh, by the way, I fainted during the concert, I did horribly’ and then continue to ask how we’ll solve the fight?” “You said you weren’t fighting,” Emelia mentions. “We’re not fighting.” Hannah makes a face when glancing at the two of them, then sighs in frustration. “Whether you’re fighting or not,” Manager Kawayama calmly says to Hannah, “communication is key, isn’t it? To sit down and calmly talk things through. You’ve both had the weekend to think things over, after all.” “Communication is key,” Emelia repeats in English, then joins in Japanese; “We always say that. Communication is important.” “Yeah, yeah,” Hannah mumbles. They change the topic, but when they are on the flight they return to it. Not really how Hannah can handle it, it is just Emelia suggesting for Hannah to sleep at the house for one night, not at the apartment.       She regrets it the second she enters the house. Coming home, she had packed a bag at the apartment before leaving. Tiger was alone, but she was with the cat for a while before she left to spend the night at the house. She left a note for Jonghyun that he can read when he comes home, to say the ladies have an early photoshoot in the morning so she will spend the night at the house to go together in the morning. It makes sense. To use the schedule as an excuse, just to avoid it. Hannah doesn’t know what to say to him, how to solve this misunderstanding or argument between them, and because of that, she doesn’t want to see him. It feels stupid. They are married, but just because of such a small thing, she can’t face him. Hannah is wearing shorts and a sweater, sitting in the sofa in the second house that Carolina and Julia lives in. Their Japanese Spitz, Ryo, has gotten up on the sofa to lie with half of his body on Hannah’s lap. She is petting the long white fur while spacing out. Her phone is on the living-room table, sound and vibration are off, yet she sees when it lights up. She doesn’t look at what it is, instead she mumbles to Ryo whose tail starts hitting the sofa. “Are we watching a movie in here?” Julia asks when coming downstairs, going to the kitchen behind the sofa. “Maria wants to be in the other house,” Hannah answers, tilting her head back tiredly. “Since she can fall asleep in that sofa without having to move.” “Ah, typical her. Mom made some side-dishes we can eat, remind me to bring it later.” Everyone is washing up. In this house and in the other. Hannah is the only one waiting, taking the time to cuddle with Ryo. It’s quiet in this house. In the other house, Emelia plays music on the first floor and Maria plays on the second floor. While in here, no music is played. It’s quiet, only movements from those living here are heard. Hannah breathes in slowly, listening to Michin’s paws on the floor when he hurries after Julia, wanting to be in the same room as her. Carolina comes out from the shower, telling Julia that she can use it now. It’s not late. They are going to have dinner and watch a movie. Julia’s mother is out eating with some friends while Julia says their stylist Yong Hyun is coming. While everyone else is getting ready for dinner and movie, Hannah remains in the sofa with Ryo. Carolina comes by behind her one time and gives Hannah some sort of back-hug just to let her wet hair onto Hannah, laughing as if she said a great joke. Hannah just whines. Carolina talks about what snacks to bring to the other house, standing in the kitchen with the doors open to see what snacks they have. “We have a shoot tomorrow,” Hannah reminds her. “Right…” Carolina says without sounding like it will change anything. “Hard candy is an okay then?” “YA!” Ryo jumps up by someone suddenly screaming in the hall and he along with Michin both get alert, barking, at the person stomping inside. “Answer your damn phone!” Maria yells before spotting Hannah in the sofa and she holds out her own phone. “Take it or I’ll throw your own phone in the toilet! Why do I have to be scolded because you’re not answering, ha? Damn, this pisses me off.” Maria leaves her phone and storms out again. She had come inside wearing a plan t-shirt, doing treatment in her hair. With her coming and going so suddenly, Hannah and Carolina are both frozen and their dogs are barking even seconds after Maria has left. Hannah stares at the phone in her hand that Maria gave to her, seeing the name on the caller is Mr Hannah – the nickname they use for Jonghyun. With a grimace, Hannah puts the phone to her ear and gives out a hum. “Hannah?” he asks. He sounds mad. “Mm.” “Are you coming home tonight?” Hannah puts down her hand to pet Ryo who curiously is coming up to her, probably wondering what Maria came and went for. He has stopped barking though. “I’m sleeping here tonight,” she answers his question, “I’ll come home after the shoot tomorrow. Didn’t you see the note I wrote?” “I saw it.” She bites her lip. He sounds really mad, talking shortly and then it gets quiet. It makes her wonder if she is supposed to say anything. She reaches out to check her own phone, to see he has called four times and texted her nine times – in the texts he started to ask if she is sleeping at the house, when she will come home, then telling her to answer his call, her name, her name again and so on. She wonders what he told Maria for her to stomp in angrily like that. “You’re at the house now?” Jonghyun asks. “I am,” Hannah shortly answers. Hearing his voice makes her nervous, wondering what this fight is even about. “We’re going to watch a movie.” “Answer your phone when I call,” Jonghyun mutters to her. And with that, he hangs up. Hannah sits still, blinking and checking the phone to see if he actually hung up. That’s it? She bites her lip after a minute of sitting there blankly, then she gets on her feet and informs Carolina that she is going over to the other house. Ryo follows her to the other house and is about to follow her upstairs when spotting Milo and decides to play with the other dog instead. Hannah heads upstairs to Maria’s room. Maria isn’t in there but Hannah leaves the phone before going to the bathroom, since she can hear Maria in there. Maria is standing bent forward in the shower to wash out the hair treatment, her long legs bare and facing Hannah. “I left the phone on your bed,” Hannah tells her when sitting down on the toilet-seat. Maria glances under her arm to glance at her. “Did you talk?” Maria asks loudly with the water washing over her ears. “No. He just asked if I’m sleeping here.” “Dude, he’s mad,” Maria comments. “Like, mad. It’s been long since I heard his tone like that. He even got mad at me since you’re not picking up, as if I’m to blame. Ya, he probably thinks we’ve convinced you to sleep here tonight.” Hannah pouts, thinking she wouldn’t have decided to sleep here if Emelia hadn’t suggested it. She is troubled though, telling Maria that he is really mad and she doesn’t know how to fix it. Maria is done washing through her hair and Hannah stays seated on the toilet while watching her dry and comb through it while looking in the mirror. “Talk to him,” Maria suggests, “He’s mad for a reason, yeah? And if he isn’t mad for a reason, get mad back at him. Getting a call like that is a first, you know. He’s an idiot. Why getting mad at me if it’s the two of you fighting? As if I don’t have a sensitive girlfriend on my own.” “You talked it through the other day though,” Hannah points out, changing the topic from Hannah’s husband to Maria’s girlfriend. Maria scoffs. “I solve one fight and she starts another. It’s unbelievable.” “… The two of you are always fighting,” Hannah carefully mentions and glances at her friend to not be stepping on her toes with the change of the subject. “We are,” Maria mumbles, “She’s lovely and interesting, but she is so damn insecure that I think even if it wasn’t a long-distant relationship, it would still be the same. It’s hard to handle.” They hear Carolina and Julia arrive downstairs. Emelia turns off her music and Michin is barking when joining the other two dogs. Maria puts away the hairdryer when Hannah says they should go decide what movie to see. “Ya,” Maria mutters and pokes Hannah from behind as they leave the bathroom. “Is he mad about you fainting? He always is sensitive when you don’t take care of yourself.” Hannah stops by the stairs, frowning at her friend who goes inside the bedroom. The frown is from guilt. “I didn’t tell him about it. I told you, he hasn’t answered my text this weekend.” “He doesn’t know you fainted?” Maria asks. She goes to pick up her quilt and phone to bring downstairs while Hannah stays outside the room. “Mm, he doesn’t know.” Hannah has that guilty frown on her face when Maria comes back out of the bedroom. Maria tilts her head a bit, stopping her step when their eyes meet and slowly, very slowly, her lips parts as she realises something. “I think I told him you’ve been moody since you fainted after the concert…” Maria says in a low voice. She looks troubled when thinking back on the phone call, trying to remember her own words when he was mad at the wrong lady, and then grimaces at Hannah. “Sorry, baby, I thought he knew.” Hannah lowers her chin. “You told him?” “I thought he knew. You always tell him everything.” “Ya,” Hannah gasps and hits her on the arm, her expression shocked while staring at her friend. “You told Jonghyun that I fainted?” “I told you, I thought he knew! … Ya, don’t get mad at me! This is the kind of thing you should share, don’t you think?!” Maria fires up when seeing Hannah’s expression is blaming her. Carolina calls for them downstairs. “He called me and was already mad at you for not picking up, what else was I supposed to do? He didn’t even question when I said it!” “Agh!” Hannah whines loudly and starts heading down the stairs. Maria goes after her, lifting the quilt over her shoulder. “Baby, listen, I definitely thought he knew you fainted. The two of you know everything about each other so how was I supposed to know?” “Whatever, forget about it,” Hannah mutters. “Are we going to watch a Disney movie?” Carolina asks, sitting in the sofa with a face of anticipation. Hannah grimaces, saying she will go make a call, they can decide on their own. Maria comes down to see Carolina’s expression turn confused and Emelia ask in the kitchen if they fought. Maria squats down to greet Ryo. Julia and Emelia are preparing the healthy dinner in the kitchen while Carolina is looking through what movie to see. Hannah has walked out. “I accidentally told Jonghyun that she fainted,” Maria tells them. Emelia grimaces while Carolina makes a dramatic gasp. “You told him?” “There will be a big fight then,” Emelia comments. “Ya!” Maria turns around. “I’m not to blame for this, alright? It’s natural to think she told him!” “Besides from the fact that she has said for two days that she is too scared to tell him,” Emelia tells her. “I didn’t know that!” “I didn’t either,” Carolina pouts. “Are we not watching the movie, then?”     Hannah has put on slippers to set out of the house. She closes the front-door and leans against it when picking up her phone to call Jonghyun. No wonder he is mad. She hasn’t uttered a word about how the concerts went. She hasn’t talked to Jonghyun all weekend, because of the whole runaway idea. But he doesn’t answer. The tone goes through several times before she gives up, not calling again. Instead she mutters that he told her to pick up when he calls but he doesn’t do it himself. Turning around to open the door, her phone starts calling. She glares at it, seeing who it is. “What?” she answers the call. “Go outside.” “What?” she changes her tone, turning around. “I’m by the gate,” Jonghyun tells her. She hurries down to the gate that separates the yard from the street. And much correctly, he is standing on the other side. His car parked next to the road. Hannah swallows when looking at him and she adverts her eyes after a few seconds. He is mad. Seeing him face to face makes her nervous, still not sure of what to say and she doesn’t know what he found out about her fainting. He is wearing sweatpants and a cardigan, a cap that shadows a part of his face, but she can still tell he is mad. Jonghyun puts his hand on the gate to open it further so he can step through. Hannah backs away, looking down at his feet. “Do you have anything to tell me?” Jonghyun asks in a low voice. He is staring at her face, completely serious. “You shouldn’t have come,” Hannah says in a low voice, “We can talk tomorrow.” “I’m here now, let’s talk.” “Let’s talk inside,” Hannah mutters and reaches out for his hand, keeping her head down. Jonghyun shakes his head and stops her from pulling him along. “I’m not talking with the ladies around.” She lifts her head to give him a small glare, pulling him along either way and says the ladies are in the other house – no one is inside. They go inside the second house. Hannah asks if he wants something to drink, not wanting to talk and coming with an excuse to drag out on it. She takes off the slippers and heads inside, going to the kitchen even though Jonghyun says he doesn’t want anything. He follows behind her. Hannah had thought of occupying herself with the dishes in the sink, just to see that someone has already taken care of it. She grimaces and keeps her head down when turning around, leaning against the kitchen worktop. Jonghyun stops by the entrance to the kitchen, waiting for her to explain herself. It’s quiet. The seconds passes with neither starting off. Hannah doesn’t know how to say it. About the fainting. She doesn’t want to talk about it. Her expression keeps changing with her thoughts, from blank to guilty. Noticing he will remain patient for her to begin, she utters a few words; “I can’t run away anywhere this week.” She glances up when he doesn’t respond, just to see a confused expression on his face. It’s like he had forgotten they were
