“Why aren’t they waking up?” The person’s voice showed off its worry. I couldn't recognise it though.

“I don’t know, Hoseok. Do you think I would be sitting here dead worry about them if I had an answer?” Another voice answered, a bit angry.

“Why aren’t you waking up?” A voice whispered next to my ear. “And why are your heartbeats so slow? You can’t leave me now.” The person seemed really desperate.

“All we can do now is wait for them to wake up.”

“I wish I could that patient, but it’s my mate who is hurt and unconscious. For some reason our blood isn’t healing them.” A third voice said.

“Come on, Jimin. Stop crying. She’ll be fine. They all will.” That voice reminded me of Jungkook, but I was not sure. “We have to trust them.”

“I can’t. I was supposed to protect her.”

“I know how you feel. Taehyung was saved a day ago and he’s hurt again. I also feel like I fail him.” I tried to lift my eyelids, but they were really heavy.

“Come on, Ara. You’re stronger than that.” I heard Hoseok say to his mate who probably was in the same situation.

“How is that even possible? How is it possible that we didn’t hear anything? I mean they are beaten up and we didn’t even hear a shout.” NamJoon asked himself, trying to find a plausible explanation.

“I don’t care about that now. I just want my mate’s heartbeat to stop decreasing and waking every day hoping she’ll wake up.” Yoongi growled. “For three days, only her heart could tell me she wasn’t dead.” I felt something fall on my cheek. “And not knowing the reason is killing me.” I assumed what was falling on me were tears when I felt more on my skin.

“Guys, I have an idea. It might not please you but it’s the only thing I can think of.”

“Speak up, Jackson. We are up to everything at this stage.”

“As you told me, they are linked by a bond, right? It means that they must be connected in some way and Mina is the only one whose soulmate bond has been sealed.”

“Can you go directly to the point?” Jimin asked.

“What I mean is that if we somehow force Mina to wake up, the others might too.” 

“And how do you expect us to do that?” Jungkook asked.

“By hurting me,” Yoongi answered and I felt my heart speed up. I became aware of the beeping sound.

“See? That’s a good sign it means that she’s listening to us or at least feeling the the atmosphere.”

“I’ll do it.”

“Are you sure, hyung?” Kookie asked. “She might feel your pain.”

“I’ll deal with her later. I just want to see her awake.” He seemed determinate and I wanted to kick his . I didn’t want him to hurt himself. 

“What if they feel it too?” Namjoon asked, probably also thinking about Jin.

“I can’t tell you if that will happen,” Jackson answered. “Let’s get started.”

It was silent for a few seconds, then I heard something cracking. An awful pain hit my hand and I let out a shrill scream. A few whines followed my scream.

“I think it’s working.” I heard another crack. That time I opened my eyes and screamed again. I instinctively stood up and I grabbed Jackson, feeling he was the one hurting my mate, by his neck. I threw him away from Yoongi. Immediately I fell to the ground, feeling that rush of energy vanish.

“Mina.” Yoongi kneeled down and put my head on his lap. I was breathing rapidly but didn’t break the eye contact.

“Thank god you’re finally awake.” I heard Hoseok say. It was getting difficult to lift my eyelids with each blink.

“Come on, Mina. Keep your eyes open for me. I can’t bear you drifting into a deep sleep again.” Yoongi begged me.

“Try to feed them your blood again,” Jackson suggested. Yoongi bit his hand hard in order to make it bleed. He opened my mouth softly and pressed his hand against it. In the beginning, I didn’t take it for some unknown reason.

“Why are you rejecting it?” He asked frustrated. “I just want you to get better.”

I stared at his eyes as my tongue shyly tried his blood. In the beginning, it was timid , but I grew rapid more greedy. My fangs grew out and I bit hard on his hand. He winced but didn’t move his hand away. I looked around while drinking his blood. Ara was biting Hoseok’s neck probably drinking his blood too. Jimin seemed to be explaining to a confused Minnie something. Jungkook was petting a Taehyung who was his face. I let go of Yoongi’s hand, stopping drinking his blood, but it alarmed him.

“No, Mina. You need to drink more to get better.” It seemed like I really scared him to death this time. I kept on drinking to calm him down, but it didn’t help because he started crying. “I was so afraid.” He rested his head on the top of mine. “I didn’t feel you getting hurt at all. When I saw badly hurt and laying on the ground unconscious with the others, I didn’t know what to do. I was getting desperate because at some point I always felt you, but that wasn’t the case. I couldn’t feel you in me and your heartbeat rate was decreasing with each day. I couldn’t help you because you were rejecting my blood.” He held me tightly against his chest as if he was afraid I was going to disappear. “What happened, Mina?” He asked. I tried to let go of his hand again and he didn’t object this time. I looked at Ara who was still drinking from Hoseok. We locked eyes and apologised thorough our gazes. 

“Room,” I whispered, but regretted because my throat was hurt. Ara was obviously stronger than me and the she had given me in the throat obviously left its marks.

“You want to go to my room?” I shook my head slightly.

“Hyung, we found them in front of that cursed room.” Jimin understood what I meant.

“All of you got in?” I nodded.

“What happened in there?” Jungkook asked, still looking at Taehyung who was staring Minnie and vice versa. We remained in silence.

“Please. We just want to know what happened.” Hoseok begged Ara who refused to look in his eyes, probably ashamed just like us.

“We…” Ara started off but started to tear up. Tae got under the blanket and turned into a human. He used the blanket to cover himself. He looked at all of us, reassuring us that he would do the talking.

“We were for-forced to fight each other. A woman made us do so.”

“What do you mean?” Namjoon asked.

“She forced our unhuman side to see each other as a threat. Mina fought with Ara and Minnie with me
