Don't give up on us!
Jar of secretsI woke up with sunbeams beating in my face. It was literally impossible for the sun to be shining because it had been raining heavily for the last days and it usually took a few days for the heavy clouds to disappear.
Slowly I opened my eyes, prepared to find the room's white ceiling, but that did not happen. A cloudless blue sky with a bright sun were over me and I looked around. I was lying on a bed in the middle of a green field. On the horizon, I saw black spots that were approaching quickly. When they were close enough for me to identify them, I paralyzed. A pack of wolves was heading toward me showing their sharp canines. I couldn't move a muscle due to fear. I knew I would die if I didn't do anything.
"RUN!" I heard someone shout. I wanted to scream at that person that I was trying, but I was paralyzed with fear.
"MINA! RUN!" That person shouted again and, as if by magic, I got up and ran towards the dense forest behind the field. I was still in the hospital clothes what made it difficult for me to escape, but I still kept running through the trees. I looked back and the wolves were only a few feet away, staring hungrily at me. My lungs started to burn, but I couldn't stop. From one moment to another, it darkened and as a result I stumbled on a root. I lifted my head and they were already in front of me, looking straight at me. My only option was to close my eyes and to wait for their attack. They were taking too long, so I decided to open my eyes. That was when I saw him. He was squatted in front of me, holding out his hand and smiling. My eyes filled with tears and I held his hand to get up.
"Yoongi!" I whispered before hugging him tightly and I started to cry. He hugged me with the same intensity and let me cry. I had been waiting for this hug for so long. I felt happy again, because he was here with me.
"Mina." he sighed.
"Why did you disappear? Why did you abandon me?" I asked, desperate for an answer. I had more questions, but these were the main ones.
"Mina. I don't want to talk about it now. I just want to stay like that with you and enjoy this moment. If only you knew how long I've waited for this." He murmured quietly.
"Me too." I confessed, snuggling closer against his chest and I inhaled his scent, which I'd missed so much. Suddenly I felt the lack of his arms around my waist.
"Who are you?" He asked and I opened my eyes, surprised at the question. We were in a room and he was sitting on the bed with Suran next to him.
"Why are you with her?" I asked, confused and a little jealous.
"Who are you?" He repeated as he got up and approached me. His eyes were coal-black, which meant he was furious, but why? He had been hugging me a few seconds ago, saying that he had missed me. And now he was with Suran?
"Are you deaf?" He asked and grabbed my arm tightly. I looked at Suran, who was looking at me with an evil smile, then back at Yoongi.
"You're hurting me." My voice cracked a bit because of the fear growing inside of me. I tried to let go of his grip, but he didn't give in. Tears were already flowing freely and with each falling tear I felt more afraid of him. He had never treated me like that, not even when we were arguing.
"I'll ask one more time. Who are you?" He repeated the question in an angry tone. I looked him in the eyes to memorize them before slapping him. He was so surprised that he let go of me and I used that opportunity to run away. I ran through the forest with my sight blurred by my tears, so I didn't even see the cliff in front of me. I ended up falling because I hadn't had time to stop. When my body touched the ground, I felt nothing but pain, heartache and sadness.
I woke up screaming.
A dream! It was just a dream! But then why was I crying?
Yoongi, where were you? Why did I feel that something bad had happened?
I put my hand on my chest and I could feel the pounding beats of my heart. I looked at the clock, hanging on the wall, and I was surprised to see that it was only 10 A.M.
I got up and went to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and analyzed my reflection. M
