By the next morning, you were discharged from your hospital room after the doctors saw that everything was fine and that you didn’t have any head damages. Baro stayed with you since the time you were admitted and helped gathered your stuff.

Once in a while as the both of you cleaned up the room, both of your eyes met and you couldn’t help but blush. Your heart thumped in your chest, knowing that the two of you were in the room all alone together. Baro stared at you with his big brown orbs, watching your back intently, like he was waiting for words to pop up.

He wanted to get up and pull you into his arms, explain his feelings to you, and kiss those alluring lips of yours. But nothing ever went right when it came to his luck. He even came back at the wrong timing to swoop you up and tell you to be his girlfriend.

The latter sighed inwardly and his heart felt heavy. But when there was a soft hand on his shoulder, Baro looked up to meet your face just centimeters away. You gasped and pulled back, a bit surprised.

*Gosh dang it _______, calm down* You thought.

"Oppa, thank you. But come on, they said we're allowed to visit Junhyung" You smiled, and he was smitten.

When he didn't move, you grabbed onto his arm and pulled him up off his feet. You linked your hand in his unconsciously, and led him out of the room and into the white hallway.

It seemed like forever since you saw Junhyung after you woke up. You were filled with worry about how he was doing, but you were prevented to even get out of your bed just to check down the hall.

You opened the sliding door that led into the room, where a woman with a bun and formal work clothes. Her back seemed like a rather strict woman you knew when you were little. The woman and Junhyung seemed to be in a serious conversation. Your eyes peered over to see an uncomfortable expression on the latter's face.

With a nudge on Baro's arm, you were about to turn and exit the room before Junhyung stopped you, “________-ah, it's alright” His voice sounded tired, you thought.

The woman turned and you recognized that it was Junhyung's mother. You did a small bow and you couldn't help but catch a glare from the woman. After the door shut closed, you both rushed over to his side and you couldn't help but pull your best friend into the tightest hug you had ever given, until he couldn't even breathe.

“Ahh~ M-My shoulder...” Junhyung groaned and hissed in pain. You retracted quickly and a concerned look quickly replaced your elated expression. “Are you ok, oppa?”

He gave you a warm smile and ruffled your head. You pouted, not exactly happy with your hair being all messed up. But you still giggled contently seeing that he was perfectly fine. His arm was in a sling to keep his shoulder still, and half of his upper body was in bandages to make sure that nothing wrong would happen.

“Why was your mom here?” You asked curiously. Junhyung sighed like it was nothing but a nuisance.

He took your hand and traced along your veins. Baro looked away uncomfortably knowing the feelings from the older guy. “To be honest, there was two reasons on why I came back. One was to see you again and the other was because my dad wanted me to take over his position as the CEO of his company”

“But, but that means--” You frowned and couldn't even think about not having him around again.

“... I'll be leaving soon. But while I'm away, I want you to be happy, ok?” Junhyung eyed Baro, the both of them somehow communicated with each other, and Baro ended up nodding in understanding. “Come and visit me sometimes _______-ah~”

The purple haired male gently smiled and pulled you in for a hug. You couldn't help it if tears were already sliding down your face. “Yah, don't cry stupid!”
