--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few days had gone by since the party and so far, Young Jae has not been able to stop thinking about that kiss that he had ‘accidentally’ shared with Daehyun. Every time his thoughts came to that simple yet important kiss, Young Jae would always reach up and touch his own lips before his face and ears began to heat up. Sometimes even an embarrassed smile would come onto his face, making it much more suspicious that he was thinking of something he shouldn’t be thinking about.

Right… He shouldn’t be thinking about that at all.

What would everyone think if he admitted to constantly daydreaming over another man’s lips? It wouldn’t be taken well, he knows that much! With the fact that he wants his parents approval of him, Young Jae just couldn’t bring himself to ever telling anyone about his attraction towards Daehyun. Does that mean that he couldn’t at least… admire Daehyun?

Young Jae let out a small sigh as he used his elbows to lean against the railing. His sigh had sounded more like he was admiring something or as if he was in love as opposed to sounding like he was distraught. Okay… so he was guilty of actually having feelings for Daehyun. Could he help it? He didn’t even know that he had feelings for Daehyun up until that kiss!

Okay, so that was a lie. He had a faint idea about his feelings, but they weren’t clear-cut. It’s only been about one, maybe two months, since they’ve reunited. How was it that these feelings had resurfaced? Was it really because of that kiss or… had it been there this entire time?

Shaking his head, Young Jae let his head droop as he closed his eyes. Maybe it would have been better if he hadn’t ‘accidentally’ kissed Daehyun that night. At least that way, he wouldn’t have these thoughts and feelings to worry about. At least with uncertainties, he can deal with those. Constantly questioning ‘what if’ was much easier as opposed to being torn between what was considered right and what was considered wrong.

Though… which belonged to which category?

His happy thoughts just seemed to completely diminish as he crouched down, his hands folded with his wrists still resting against the railing. Keeping his head down, he let out a more dejected sigh this time as he shook his head. There had to be something he could do to correct the situation. Maybe if he ignored his feelings, then everything would be alright.
But then... why did the idea of doing that feel wrong? Why did it feel like he had to follow what his heart and mind were both trying to yell at him to do? Everything was just far too complicating. Why couldn’t life be easier? It was annoying, but again, there just didn’t seem to be anything that he could do that wouldn’t end up feeling like he was going down the wrong path.

Standing up once more, he grit his teeth for a brief moment before stomping as hard as he could. In that instant, he regretted his actions as he quickly let out a curse and lifted his leg before he began rubbing the lower half of his leg. “Dammit… Why the hell is this so damn difficult?!” (YJ)

Young Jae was about to kick the balcony fence with his somewhat hurt leg, but he forced himself to calm down. Taking in a deep breath, Young Jae made his way over to the nearby bench before laying on it. Letting out yet another sigh, Young Jae stared up at the roof above him before resting his arm over his eyes. It just… had to sort itself out somehow… right?

That seemed like a good idea; just let it all sort itself out. Young Jae moved his arm and opened his eyes to see another pair of eyes staring down at him. He let out a gasp as he quickly sat up, the other face moving to avoid getting hit. Turning to look at the other person, Young Jae furrowed his eyebrows as he both saw and heard the other person snickering. “Did I scare you?” (BY)

“You ! Why didn’t you just say you were there?! How long have you been standing there anyway?!” (YJ) Young Jae folded his arms and glared at Yongguk as he continued to have a snickering fit. When that was finally done and over with, Yongguk cleared his throat before sitting on the bench. Once he was comfortable, he placed his arms on top of the back of the bench before tilting his head upwards a little bit.

“A while. What were you thinking about anyway?” (BY) It took a moment, but when his thoughts had calmed down enough and he had begun thinking about his previous thoughts, his face instantly turned red as he tilted his head downwards. Yongguk looked over at Young Jae before his right brow rose.

“Nuh… thing…?” (YJ) Yongguk now sat up as he had his full attention on Young Jae. Whenever Young Jae said it like that, it was evident that he was lying. Once Yongguk cleared his throat, it caused Young Jae to look at him with slightly widened eyes. He knew that Yongguk was about to get serious and, well, Young Jae wasn’t exactly certain how long he would be able to continue pretending that nothing was wrong.

“Young Jae… Tell me the truth.” (BY) Young Jae shook his head as he attempted to put on a strong front. He has had a strong personality up until he bumped into Daehyun, so it wasn’t all that difficult to put that mask of his back on once more. Of course, Yongguk and oddly enough, Daehyun, can pierce this mask of his.

“It’s nothing.” (YJ)

“Young-” (BY)

“There you are!” (TF) Both males looked up to see Tiffany and Hyosung walking up to them. While Young Jae was relieved that they had shown up, Yongguk was slightly disappointed that he hadn’t been able to get any information out of Young Jae. Still, that didn’t mean that he wasn’t going to be trying again later when he had the chance to do so.

“H-Hey there…” (YJ) Tiffany raised a single brow as she slowly came to a stop in front of them. For some reason, she felt as though Young Jae was acting suspicious. Was it the hesitation in his words? Before she could question it any further, Young Jae had quickly spoken up in order to avoid any further suspicions. “So, uh… what were you looking for me for?” (YJ)

“Huh? Oh! Right! You remember your friend yesterday? The one in the red with the pink hair? I think his name was…” (TF)

“Daehyun. Yeah…? What about him?” (YJ) Young Jae didn’t exactly like where this was going. Seeing the excited look on Hyosung’s face as well as the face that Tiffany was making made it seem as if they were about to spill some sort of juicy gossip. Sure, it was possible that they were just going to say that he forgot something at the party, but he highly doubted that they would get overly excited over something as simple as that.

“I want to meet him! He’s just like a prince! Or a dashing hero! You know… stuff like that!” (HS) Hyosung clasped her hands together and held it up to her cheek as she smiled happily. Her eyes were looking upwards as a sort of daydream seemed to fill her gaze before she quickly snapped back out of it. Looking back down at Young Jae, she quickly took the empty seat right next to Young Jae before taking hold of his hand and putting on the best cute face that she could muster. “Young Jae…! You have to introduce us. Please?” (HS)

“I… I don’t know…” (YJ) That was the LAST thing that he wanted to do. Setting up someone with Daehyun was just something that he couldn’t see himself doing and yet, they were asking him to do so. How did they even expect him to introduce the two of them? He didn’t even know if Daehyun had any interests in females. “He might not be intereste-” (YJ)

“Young Jaeeee! Introduce us anyway! Please? Come on! We’ve been friends for like ever! You HAVE to do this for me! Pretty please? Pleeeeeeease?” (HS) Hyosung even produced a pout, as she tilted her head and leaned forward a bit. Young Jae gave a quiet whine as he looked at Yongguk, whom merely shrugged. Letting out a small sigh, Young Jae rubbed the back of his head before reluctantly nodding.

“I… guess that I can try.” (YJ)

“YAAAAY!” (HS) Hyosung jumped up to her feet as she began slightly running around in circles while throwing a fist into the air. While Tiffany and Yongguk were amused with Hyosung’s actions, Young Jae was attempting to fight the turmoil from surfacing. Was this how things were supposed to unravel themselves? If it was, then… well, Young Jae wasn’t exactly certain if he liked how things were turning out. “Come ON! Let’s go now!” (HS)

“N-Now?!” (YJ)

“Yes! Now!” (HS) Hyosung ran back up to Young Jae before taking a hold of his hands and attempting to pull as best as she could. Of course, with her rather large heels, she couldn’t pull as hard as she would have if she had worn flats. Despite getting up to his feet though in order to keep Hyosung from falling over, Young Jae was still trying to find ways to get out from doing it at that very moment.

“Well, uh… You see… Daehyun might be busy…! Yeah! He’s at work right now!” (YJ) Hyosung furrowed her eyebrows and pouted as she released Young Jae from her hold. Folding her arms, she took a brief moment to think before coming to a decision.

“Let’s go anyway! I won’t take no for an answer, so let’s go!” (HS) Despite his attempts to protest, Hyosung had turned Young Jae around before she began pushing him forward. Tiffany and Yongguk held their amused smiles as they followed after the two. From what Young Jae could see, it looks like there wasn’t getting out of this situation.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Was that kiss really accidental or… was it something more than that? Daehyun couldn’t help but continually think about that kiss, although it was quite an awkward one. It would’ve been better if he had taken advantage of that kiss… or would it? If it truly was accidental though, Daehyun was certain that Young Jae would be angry if he had taken advantage of it.

Letting out a small sigh, Daehyun leaned a little more on the broom that he was currently holding. He was supposed to be sweeping up the store, but his thoughts were keeping him from doing so. It was just so frustrating trying to figure out whether Young Jae really is gay or not. Yes, he is engaged and all, but that kiss just made things so confusing and complicating! Young Jae even told him that he wasn’t interested, but what was he supposed to believe?

Then again… actions were louder than words. Maybe… Young Jae really was interested in him, but even if that were the case, Young Jae’s already engaged. There wasn’t anything he could do about it now. Sure, Young Jae could call off the engagement, but would that be fair to Tiffany? He didn’t want to be the one that ends up coming between them and causing the end of an engagement. Engagements are important promises... after all.

A sigh escaped from Daehyun’s lips as he rubbed the back of his head. There didn’t seem to be a point in trying to figure this out. No matter what the truth was, he wasn’t going to act upon anything. He was just going to keep his distance and remain a friend towards Young Jae. Although not necessarily the most aggressive path, it was still the safest.

Pulling himself from his thoughts, he let out yet another sigh before he finally began sweeping. There was nothing to worry about. At least Young Jae’s alive and happy, right? Just as he took a step forward, a pair of feet landed in the small pile that he had just swept together. Furrowing his eyebrows a bit, he looked up to see Jin with that mischievous smile of his. “What were you thinking about?” (JI)

“What? Nothing and can you move? You just scattered all of the dirt.” (DH) Jin looked at the bits of dirt around his feet before he stepped out of the way. As Daehyun begun sweeping again, Jin tagged alongside him like a child would whenever they wanted something. In this case, Jin wanted juicy details about what had happened between Daehyun and Young Jae when they had locked the duo up in that closet.

“Tell me what happened in the closet!” (JI) Daehyun briefly glanced up at Jin before shaking his head and continuing his sweeping.

“Nothing happened.” (DH) Before Jin could continue to pester Daehyun, the bell at the front door rung. Jin let out a small groan before he quickly jogged back to the counter to man the cash register. Whoever had just entered the store, Daehyun mentally thanked them for having rather great timing. Sure, he could have just continued to state that nothing happened, but it helped him focus more on cleaning as opposed to Jin’s constant nagging.

“There he is!” (TF) The group of four hid behind one of the shelves as they each peeked down the aisle to see Daehyun currently sweeping. Hyosung was rather disappointed that Daehyun wasn’t rich from what she could see, but she could live with that. Her family is rich, so she could easily support him if he turned out to be the one that she falls for! “Go talk to him, Hyosung.” (TF)

“What?! I’m not sure…” (HS)

“Oh, come on!” (TF) Tiffany took hold of Hyosung’s wrist before she began pulling her towards Daehyun. Hyosung let out a quiet whine as she glanced at Young Jae and Yongguk for help. When Yongguk gave a thumbs up, it became evident that she wasn’t going to be receiving the aide that she was quietly asking for. Looking back forward, Hyosung took in a deep breath as she attempted to prepare herself to talk to Daehyun. “Hello Daehyun!” (TF)

Daehyun looked up to see Tiffany and Hyosung now standing in front of him. He was rather surprised to see them shopping in a small store like this, but he shouldn’t really be one to judge. Putting on a small smile, Daehyun turned to face the two as he lowered the broom handle a bit. “Hey there. What brings you here?” (DH)

“Just doing a little shopping is all.” (TF)

“You look so… different from the party.” (HS) Daehyun looked at Hyosung, though he barely recognized her. The only reason he did know her was because she had been sitting next to Tiffany the entire time. Though, he did refocus his thoughts on what Hyosung had said earlier.

“Ah… well… I was actually wearing make up that day.” (DH) Hyosung seemed to brighten up a little as she smiled.

“You did your make up so well! I’m impressed.” (HS) Daehyun had a bit of an embarrassed grin on his face as he rubbed the back of his head. He hadn’t expected someone to compliment him on his make up, though he wasn’t necessarily certain if that was a good thing. Then again, he had watched quite a number of tutorial videos to get his make up right, so he couldn’t exactly take all the credit.

While those three were currently talking, Young Jae was trying very hard to strain his ears to hear what they were saying. Sadly, he was a wee bit too far to be able to hear a single word from the trio. If they laughed, he could hear it, but that was about it. Young Jae did regret not learning how to read lips, but he could regret his decisions later. For now, he was just going to have to continue wishing that he hadn’t agreed to bring them here. If he hadn’t caved so easily, then he wouldn’t have this continual feeling of being pierced by an invisible arrow. No, he was not about to admit that he was jealous. Nothing has happened yet, so why would he be jealous so quickly?

Okay, so he actually was jealous, possibly even nervous. Just seeing the laughter whenever it popped up made him feel on edge. His hands would tighten on the shelf that he was currently holding and he couldn’t help but bite his bottom lip every now and then to keep himself from distracting them somehow. Was it truly possible for romance to bloom between Daehyun and Hyosung?

“Wow… Look at you! I’ve never seen you this way before.” (BY) Young Jae briefly glanced at Yongguk, whom was currently wearing an amused smirk. Young Jae rolled his eyes and shook his head as he looked back down the aisle, his eyebrows furrowing as his nervousness began to become a bit more evident on his face… if it hadn’t already. There had to be SOMETHING that he could do to distract them from further becoming closer.

In that instant, Young Jae felt his head lighten up as an idea came to mind. Fumbling through his pockets, Young Jae produced his phone before he scrolled through his contacts and picked Daehyun’s name. Thinking for a brief moment, Young Jae quickly typed up a text message before pressing send. He hoped that at least this way, Daehyun would become focused on his phone and not on the two girls standing in front of hi-

“It’s official! We have a lunch date todaaay~!” (HS) Young Jae quickly hid his phone behind his back as he looked up at Tiffany and the overly excited Hyosung. Did he hear right? Was what he heard correct? Did Hyosung really just say that… they had a lunch date today? So soon?

“Well… It’s not just Daehyun and Hyosung, but this is progress, right?” (TF) Young Jae couldn’t help but have a look of disbelief on his face, but Hyosung and Tiffany were too happy to notice at the moment. Taking in a deep breath, Young Jae looked around for a brief moment before yet another idea came up.

“So it’s us four, right? It’s not an official date or anything, right? So Yongguk can come along too, right?” (YJ) Tiffany looked at Young Jae with a bit of suspicion, but she nodded nonetheless. Young Jae instantly grinned as he looked at Yongguk. “You hear that? You’ll be coming along too!” (YJ)

“Why-” (BY) Whatever question Yongguk was about to ask was instantly tuned out the second Young Jae felt his phone vibrate. Pulling his phone out from behind his back, Young Jae quickly opened up the text he had sent before his eyes widened. Looking back down the aisle, he could see Daehyun grinning and waving, causing Young Jae to instantly turn red. With a brief wave, Young Jae quickly turned around and began to walk towards the entrance as he grinned happily at the text message.

“Young Jae! What was that text about?” (TF)

“Slow down! I’m wearing heels!” (HS) Despite Tiffany’s and Hyosung’s attempts to look at the text message that he had just received, he kept on moving. They did have a couple of hours to spend before their supposed lunch date, though he didn’t even know when that was going to be. Still, at least this way, he could get what he needed to get done much sooner than anticipated.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Leaning against the wall, Young Jae quietly hummed as he kept an eye out for any people passing by. Why was he keeping an eye out? Well… at the moment, behind him, Yongguk was currently picking a lock. Young Jae never questioned how or why Yongguk knew how to pick locks, but it was a pretty handy skill to have, especially when Young Jae wanted to pull a ‘nice’ prank on Kyungsoo. Now, though, was not the time for pranks. Now, they were doing something completely illegal and he needed to make sure that they didn’t end up getting caught in the process. “How much longer?” (YJ)

“Hold on…” (BY) Just as he said that, the sound of a click caught both of their attention. Young Jae quickly picked up his briefcase as Yongguk pulled out his lock picking tools from the lock. Once he had his tools safely tucked away, Yongguk opened the door before the two stepped into the apartment. Young Jae made certain to close and lock the door behind them, just in case the owner of the apartment decided to come home suddenly.

“Where’s a good place to leave the briefcase?” (YJ)

“Kitchen counter.” (BY) Young Jae instantly smiled as he scurried over to the kitchen. Looking around for a moment, Young Jae made his way to the island counter before setting the briefcase on top. Once he was certain that the briefcase would be seen well, Young Jae pulled a letter from his blazer before carefully setting it on top. Thinking for a moment, Young Jae took a step back to observe it before looking up at Yongguk.

“Is this alright?” (YJ)

“Which one? The positioning or whether this is the right thing to do?” (BY) Young Jae let out a small sigh as he folded his arms.

“Whether it’s the right thing to do or not, I want to help them with their finances. Wouldn’t you want help every now and then?” (YJ) Yongguk let out a small sigh as he folded his arms and shook his head in brief disappointment. Sure, he would like some help every now and then, but only if he asked for it. There were times when it would be alright and there were times that were practically crossing the line to help others. Leaving a briefcase full of money with an anonymous note on top was practically forcing the money onto that person and thus, crossing the line. However, Yongguk could turn a blind eye for the time being since this was practically Young Jae’s first time doing something like this.

“Are you done? We should go before-” (BY) At that moment, the sound of the first lock clicking caught their attention. Both males looked at the front door with wide eyes before Yongguk quickly looked back at Yongguk. “We have to hide.” (BY)

“U-Uh…” (YJ)

“Move!” (BY) Yongguk roughly grabbed Young Jae’s arm before rushing down the hallway and into the farthest room. Once inside, Yongguk quickly closed the door as Young Jae looked around in a panicked manner. All possible hiding places seemed like a bad idea, but once his eyes landed on the bed, his eyes practically lit up as he quickly moved over to it. Yongguk watched for a brief moment, but once he saw Young Jae get down on all fours, Yongguk quickly moved to the other side and repeated his actions.

Once they were as crammed up under the bed as possible, the two remained still as they tried to listen for any sounds. At first, there didn’t seem to be any sort of signs of life whatsoever. It could have been thought to be safe, but that wasn’t the case once they begun to hear footsteps approaching the bedroom. Young Jae instantly tensed up as he heard the door open up. Looking out to the door, he could a pair of feet walking up towards the bed before something was soon set on top of the bed. Soon, he heard something being unlocked, presumably the briefcase, before the sound of something creaking open could be heard. In that instant, a quiet gasp could be heard as the person took a step back. “This…” (DH)

Young Jae bit his bottom lip as he clenched his hands. Would Daehyun be angry? Would he be happy? Would he be relieved? He wished that he could see Daehyun’s expression right now, but by doing so, he would make it obvious whose money it originally was. “Who…?” (DH)

A sigh could be heard before they could hear the suitcase being closed. Young Jae watched as Daehyun moved away from the bed before making his way over to the closet. It sounded like Daehyun was making space in his closet, presumably for the briefcase, before a sigh escaped his lips. Young Jae couldn’t see what Daehyun was doing, but so far, he seemed to only be standing there. What exactly was he doin-

In that moment, Young Jae’s phone vibrated once more. He jumped, nearly cursing out loud before he quickly reached into his pocket and pulled his phone out. The second he put his phone on silent; he looked up to see Daehyun’s feet now facing them. His eyes widened and his heart started pumping fast as he waited to see what Daehyun would do next. Once his phone lit up, Young Jae briefly glanced at his phone before opening up the text messages. Biting his bottom lip, he quickly responded as quickly as he could and sent his response before looking back at Daehyun’s legs. Though, once he heard a chuckle escape from Daehyun, Young Jae let out a quiet and relieved sigh as he saw Daehyun walk over to his vanity.

After hearing the drawer open, Young Jae looked at his phone once it lit up once more. With a small smile, he was about to respond, but suddenly, his eyes shot forward as he saw a shirt land on the ground. With his jaw hanging, he would have stared longer, but a hand slowly slid in front of his eyes. Young Jae instantly pulled the hand away before turning his head and glaring at Yongguk. Yongguk gave a quiet chuckle as he looked away. Once he was certain that Yongguk wouldn’t try it again, Young Jae looked forward once more to now see Daehyun’s pants fall down.

In an attempt to see just a little more, Young Jae crawled a little forward before quickly stopping the second he saw Daehyun putting on another pair of pants. He silently cursed his inability to see more, but maybe it was better this way. As he watched Daehyun pick up the clothes he had tossed and walk away with them, Young Jae’s eyes had been following Daehyun’s movements before his eyes landed on a box tucked away in a corner. Young Jae probably would have dismissed it, but once he realized his name was written on the box, Young Jae reached forward and pulled the box closer to him. “What are you doing?” (BY)

“Shh…!” (YJ)

“He left the room. Anyway, what are you doing?” (BY)

“It has my name on it.” (YJ)

“So?” (BY) Young Jae merely glanced at Yongguk before wiggling his eyebrows and smiling. Looking back at the box, Young Jae began to lift the lid before pausing. Daehyun had once again entered the room, though it seemed like he was gathering his things before he went out to the hallway this time instead of to his bathroom. Leaning to the left a little, Young Jae stuck his head out from underneath the bed as he watched Daehyun making his way towards the front door. Quickly pulling his head back in, the two waited until they heard the door close and the locks locked before they pulled themselves from underneath the bed.

With a giddy grin, Young Jae sat atop the bed before setting the box on top of his lap. It wasn’t wrapped up or anything, but that was okay. If it was for him, then it should be alright if he opened it. Okay, so this was morally wrong and something that no one should do, but Young Jae couldn’t help himself. It was from Daehyun himself and judging by the writing, it looked like the handwriting Daehyun had back at the Orphanage. Okay, so he didn’t know how Daehyun’s handwriting was now, but if he had been holding onto it since then, that means this thing must be pretty old by now. “You should put it back.” (BY)

“I wanna at least see what’s inside.” (YJ) Yongguk let out a sigh as he shook his head in disappointment. While Yongguk left the room to keep an eye out, Young Jae took the lid off before gleefully looking inside. An awed sigh escaped his lips as he reached in and pulled the stuffed bear from its contents. Judging by the condition the bear was in, it was almost as if it was sort of new, but well taken care of. The tag was still on it and everything. “Wow… A bear…” (YJ)

He would have continued to stare at it in awe, but something white at the bottom of the box had caught his attention. Looking down at the folded piece of paper, Young Jae carefully set the stuffed bear onto the bed before reaching in and picking up the paper. Opening it up, Young Jae bit his bottom lip as he began to read the contents that the paper had to offer.

Dear Young Jae,

I miss you a lot! How come you don’t call anymore? Can I come visit you where you live? Mr. Kim won’t tell us where you live because it’s a secret, but I want to come anyway! You won’t forget our promises, right? I think it will be okay if we don’t see each other because we’ll see each other again and get married! I really want to marry you because then I’ll be with you forever! I got you this bear just like Mr. Buttons! He’s super cute and I think he can marry Mr. Buttons. I called him Mr. Top Hat, but I don’t like that name anymore. Do you like that name? I don’t know what to name him, but maybe you can name him! Mr. Buttons is a super neat name, so you can name this bear too! Mr. Kim said that I can give him the box to send it to you, but then he changed his mind later. I’m really sad, but I want to give this bear to you when we meet again! And then, I can kiss you, right? I want to give you a whoooole lot of kisses because I really like kissing you! Is that okay? Can I kiss you a lot? I can do that when we’re married, right? Because we’re adults, then it can be okay if I kiss you lots, right? I want to ask Seohyun, but she’s not here either. I asked Woohyun before, but he said that he doesn’t know.

Oh! I also saw a turtle today! I took it and named it Rex. Woohyun told me that turtles are dinosaurs, so I think it’s super neat that I have a pet dinosaur now! I hope I can show you Rex too. Woohyun told me that turtles live for a really long time, even longer than me! That’s really cool! So then I can definitely show you Rex! I think you’ll like him lots. I don't know what to feed him though. I tried feeding him some meat or even some bread! I even tried to feed him cheesecake, but he didn't eat any of it! How come turtles don't like cheesecakes? I like cheesecakes. Cheesecakes are the bestest food ever! You like cheesecake too, right? I want to feed you lots of cheesecakes, but only if you feed me lots of cheesecakes too, okay? Well, I also like all kinds of cakes. Chocolate cake is a really good cake too, so if you have some chocolate cake too, share with me! You will share your food with me, right? I like it when we share food. It makes me super happy and I hope it makes you super happy too.

Anyway, I hope to see you super soon! I miss you a lot Young Jae. You’re my most favorite person ever!

From,
         Daehyun

Young Jae held a smile the entire time he had been reading the letter. Had Daehyun always switched from topic to topic so easily back when they were kids? Still… it was cute that Daehyun had been thinking about him. If this was still when he was a kid, then where had he gotten the money for the bear? Young Jae put the letter back into the box before he picked up the Teddy bear. With a brief chuckle, Young Jae patted the bear’s head before tilting his head to the right a bit. “Mr. Top Hat? You look like a good pair for… Mr. Buttons…” (YJ)

Lowering his hands a bit, Young Jae’s thoughts soon went back to his old Teddy bear. It had been so long since he had thought or even seen that old Teddy bear. Yes, he knew exactly where it was, but he rarely ever visited or even played with the poor thing anymore. Ever since Kyungsoo had continuously made fun of him for playing with him, Young Jae had ceased all playtime with the poor thing. Looking back down at the Teddy bear, Young Jae smiled a bit as he carefully set it back into the box. “It’s sad… that Daehyun has been thinking of me like this when I have been so busy… Mr. Top Hat… What do you think I should do?” (YJ)

He needed to make it up to Daehyun somehow, but… was that even possible now…?

Chapter 48: I swear this is like one of the best fanfic I have ever read. The childhood part was really interesting and nicely done, I wish you would detail some scenes but that's okay. And now... I don't know where you are going with this but I feel so excited. I am sad for Jin though because for the first time, he found someone important and yet, he lost it. That's so cruel you know. R. I. P Taehyung ~ ;-; Kyungsoo is a freaking bastard, hope he would end up in prison. Seungjong too! Feels like you are plotting something with him haha! Especially since he didn't get his revenge. Damn.... Daehyun will get to suffer again. X) about DaeJae, I love how slow you are making it. That's frustrating and sweet at the same time. And BangHim gosh, I want them to be together officially. But each time something interrupt them. X) is their couple going to be part of your plot or is it not that important? That's funny because I thought from the childhood that Himchan would have ended up with Sunny ~ By the way, that's been a long time we haven't seen her, is she going to make a cameo haha?
I also found it funny how Zelo and Jongup didn't like each other and how dependant Junhong seems to be towards Jongup when they both grew up haha! I actually laughed a lot when they bickered back then and now Junhong likes his hyung haha! Funny ~ Anyway I'm just going to end this review because I spent the last four nights reading these 48 chapters, I feel like I'm not making any sense anymore haha! Well, fighting for the next chapter, I am kind of excited to read it now! Fighting!!!!
