At the entrance of the room, Kyungsoo just stood there awkwardly as everyone else moved about like they normally would. It looked as though they had completely forgotten they had kidnapped Kyungsoo in the first place! 

"Hungry?" Yixing asked when he finally noticed Kyungsoo standing there 
"Well don't just stand there, come join us" he added, walking over to pull Kyungsoo over to the table where five other people sat. Two of them he recognised instantly as his kidnappers, then there was the raven haired boy who he encountered earlier. The remaining two? He had no idea on who they were. 

"You can sit here" Yixing said, pushing Kyungsoo into the seat between him and a guy who just stared at him. He wouldn't look away and it was freaking Kyungsoo out!

Sensing that Kyungsoo was feeling uncomfortable, Yixing looked and frowned, leaning over to nudge the person 
"Baekhyun, it's rude to stare" he muttered, the guy formally know as Baekhyun quickly averting his gaze to the plate of food in front of him as he quickly tucked in. Everybody tucked into their food, the odd conversation going on here and there whilst Kyungsoo sat there, sticking out like a sore thumb. Why was he being treated so nicely? Just a few hours ago he was being thrown into a van and then locked up in a room! Now he was sat with his kidnappers eating dinner!

"Eat" the person sat across from him said 
"We're not the best of chefs around, so you'll have to excuse the poor cooking skills" they added 
"He should be greatful Yixing invited him to eat with us" Kris muttered, the person sat across from Kyungsoo shooting him a glare before continuing with his conversation. 

"You already know who Kris and Jongin are" he began 
"And you also know Yixing" to which he pointed to himself 
"I'm Joonmyun" he continued, pointing to the guy who was sat next to Kyungsoo 
"This is Baekhyun" he said, Baekhyun waving to Kyungsoo with pieces of noodles hanging out of his mouth. 

"This is Tao" Joonmyun continued, pointing to the raven haired boy who didn't even look or wave at him 
"And there's also Sehun... but he's not here right now" he finished, cue the sound of the door shutting and someone making their way into the kitchen. 

"Where have you been?" Jongin asked as the guy took a seat next to Tao 
"Taking care of my own business" they replied, about to tuck into their food before they spotted Kyungsoo and frowned 
"Who the heck is he?" they asked 
"That's Sehun" Yixing muttered, handing some food over to the guy. 

"This is Kyungsoo. He kind of ran into trouble with Kris and Jongin earlier" he said 
"And from what we saw" Baekhyun began, pointing to him and Joonmyun 
"He packs quite a punch and is more than likely not to take any from nobody" he finished, Kyungsoo finally tucking into his food. 

He didn't want to make himself look like a pig but as soon as the food entered his mouth, Kyungsoo couldn't help it and just began shovelling the food in. Nobody really paid attention to him, they were all occupied in their own stuff. They just ignored him for the most part. Well, until Tao spoke up. 

"Why did you bring him here?" he asked, everyone turning to Kris and Jongin 
"We were taking care of something. He there happened to be here to witness it. We brought him because we thought he was connected to the person and might turn up in to the police" Kris explained 
"I don't know that person. You killed him for no reason!" Kyungsoo exclaimed. 

"Then why were you there?" Jongin asked, Kyungsoo falling silent 
"Anyone who's live in Seoul long enough knows to never go down that alley. Only a few school kids do as shortcuts but apart from that, nobody goes down there. You're not from the area, are you?" he asked. 

"Of course I am" Kyungsoo replied 
"Liar" Kris said 
"I was using the alley as a shortcut to my grandparents house" Kyungsoo explained 
"With a bag full of clothes? A bag with a notepad which inside contains train times from Busan to Seoul?" Kris asked and it was there that Kyungsoo fell silent. 

"Stop it, you're making him uncomfortable" Yixing said 
"What? We only want to know what he's doing here. Why he's so far away from home" Kris said, staring at Kyungsoo 
"And I want to know why you shot that guy" Kyungsoo replied whilst Kris raised his eyebrows. 

"Alright then, we'll tell you why if you tell us why you're long way from home" he said, everyone on the table now turning their attention to Kyungsoo who closed his eyes and took a deep breath in. Did Kris seriously want to do this? 

"My parents are control freaks. For the nineteen years I've been alive they've always decided my life. I've never had the freedom other kids I grew up with have. I had enough and ran away" he said finally 
"Your turn" and Kris nodded, standing up to put his plate away. 

"We may not seem like it. But we're kind of like a gang" he began, cleaning his plate up and putting it on the side to dry before he continued 
"We're not like those gangs in films whereby we sell drugs and deal with the underworld, no, we're the sort of gang which helps people who need it"
"I-I don't underst-"

"We know people who smuggle us stuff which we send to people in Korea, Japan and China who need it. Not everything is cheap here so whatever we can get our hands on we send to those who need it" Jongin interjected, Kris nodding in agreement 
"So if you're nothing like the gangs in films. Why did you shoot that guy?" Kyungsoo asked to which everyone on the table sighed. 

"We're not like those gangs in films. But there are those who are. Over the years we've made enemies with people who lose business where we gain business. There is a gang in Seoul who reek havoc. Whenever they do something, they always find a way to blame us for it so we've picked up a reputation of being bad when we're really not" Jongin explained. 

"Recently, the police have been tracking us down thinking that we're the ones who have been terrorising people in the city" Joonmyun began 
"As well as this, our 'enemies' have also been trying to track us down and stop us from excelling whilst they fail. Because of them, we've had to move from our original hideout" Sehun continued 
"To an apartment?" Kyungsoo asked. 

"It's the last place people would expect" Baekhyun replied 
"But for extra precautions, you need to know a passcode to get in. If we happen to bring someone who we don't trust in, they need to know the passcode out, which is different from the one to get in, and it's there we find out who the rats are" Sehun added 
"Hence you couldn't get out earlier and tried to kick down my door" Yixing finished, making Kyungsoo blush as he muttered an apology. 

"Recently we found out that there's a mole amongst the people we know. That guy we took out earlier, the mole had been to see him earlier on that day to pass on information to him about us. We were taking him out so he couldn't pass the information on" Kris said and Kyungsoo nodded before frowning. 

"So why the heck did you throw me in the back of a van?!" he exclaimed 
"We kind of thought you were also something to do with the mole. Then, after you hit us and Yixing had a go at us, we realised that maybe someone saw us take you in here. So in the meantime, you're staying with us so you're not kidnapped... again and brought in to question from our enemies about where we are" Jongin explained, Kyungsoo sat there in silence to take everything in before he began speaking again. 

"You're kidding me... right?" he asked 
"Does it look like we are?" Kris asked before Yixing and Joonmyun stood up. 

"Who wants dessert?" Yixing asked, Joonmyun picking up empty plates and Tao being the only one who put his hand up... well this was awkward...
