Chapter 21- Debut day

“Good morning sleepyheads!!” Jinsoo said entering room by room of the girl’s dorm. “Girls five must be at Inkigayo in a few hours, come on, get up!!!” she said loudly.

“Unnie, it is just 5:30, can’t we sleep longer?” Soomi said covering her head with the blanket.

“Of course not, do you know how long it takes to have the hair and makeup done for five girls?” she said pulling the blanket.

“We are not that ugly” Soneul grinned sitting down on her bed.

“Whatever, dreaming is free” Jinsoo said laughing loudly.

“Why are you so cruel???” Soomi said throwing her a pillow that Jinsoo avoided playfully.

“Come on girls, time to wake up” Jinsoo said clapping on the other three members’ bedroom.

“Noona, I want to sleep!” Eunah said yawning.

“Still confusing words in Korean?” Jinsoo grinned. “You are being really funny from early.

“That’s because she is sleepy yet” Hara added.

They were really sleepy, but they went to the living room. The five girls were sitting on the couch with sleepy faces.

“Please, have breakfast now, the stylists are coming in 10 minutes” Jinsoo said.

The girls weren’t feeling hungry, but they ate something. They still were in the kitchen eating when a crowd of people came to the dorm.

“Come on girls, let’s get ready” Jinsoo ordered.

“And what did she say?” Tao asked like a little children in excitement.

“She didn’t answer in fact” Kai said bowing his head.

“What???” Wae???” Sehun said in surprise.

“I don’t know…” Kai was starting to feel annoyed by the guys around him.

“At least did you kiss her?” Sehun asked losing his patience.

“Of course not! I wouldn’t dare” Kai slapped Sehun’s arm.

“Well done, it is better not to press her” Xiumin nodded.

“So, are you going to Inkigayo today?” Tao asked.

“I didn’t say that I wouldn’t go” Kai smiled.

Girls Five was at the backstage of Inkigayo, they were nervous and the pressure could be felt.

“Don’t be nervous girls, we have done this thousand times” Hyora said hugging her four dongsaengs.

“Yes, we can do it!” Soomi half shouted, trying to cheer up the members.

“Let’s warm up our vocals” Hara said. “Do, re, mi…” and the girls followed her.

Eunah didn’t need to warm up, so she preferred to warm her body up and practice her movements on the dance.

She went apart of the girls, letting have a space for her own for practicing.

She started warming up.

“Don’t tire yourself too much” A voice said behind her. “If you get tired now, you won’t be able to dance later”

“What?” Eunah turned around just to find Kai standing in front of her.

He smiled warmly.

“Kai-ah!!!” she shouted and went to hug him. “I didn’t think that you would be coming” she said hugging him tightly.

His breathe stopped for a second at the contact with her. He closed his eyes enjoying the contact with her.

“How wouldn’t I be coming?” Kai asked sweetly, letting her go.

“I don’t know…” she said with a cute confused glaze.

“Well, be sure to do it the best you can” he said making her smile.

“I promise I will” she said rising a fist to the air.

“Just do it as we have always practiced” Kai said sweetly. “If you feel nervous, just imagine that we are alone”

She smiled back. Kai was being really cute, and his words made Eunah feel better.

“I couldn’t be prouder of you” he said stepping forward and kissing her forehead sweetly.

“Kai, there is a lot of people here!” she said stepping back quickly.
