HaeRin's POV

I insisted to go home at first since I wasn't sure if I should stay with TOP right away.  But he just wouldn't let me go.  He gave me two options.  It was either he stayed at my place or I stayed with him at the hotel.  At the end, TOP's manager made the decision for us and sent us back to the hotel since the driver would not need to go back and forth this way.

TOP and I were finally back in his hotel room.  I sat on the bed while he searched for a change of clothes in his luggage for me.  I put my hands between my thighs and stared at my own feet as I tapped them with one another.

"Baby, what are you thinking?"  TOP walked over with a set of clothes in his hands.  I looked up at him and shook my head with a smile.  He put the clothes on the bed and sat down beside me.  He pulled me to face him and said, "Tell me what's on your mind.  I know there must be something.  You are worried about the pregnancy.  You are worried about me.  About us.  Am I right?"

I gazed at him in the eyes and didn't know what to say.  Two months apart, he still seemed to be able to read my mind and figured me out.

He brushed my nose as always and said, "First, if you are worried about being pregnant, then don't.  Coz I'll be here with you and we'll go through this together.  I'm sure you'll be a perfect mother and I'll do my best to become a perfect father as well.  We'll get married right away and build a beautiful family together."

His every words watered my eyes.  He brushed my cheek and continued, "Even if you are not pregnant, like I said, we'll make a baby right away."  He smirked at me and pinched my nose.  I giggled a little.

"Second, you don't have to worry about me.  I'm excited and happy either way since you are back in my life."  He moved close to me and pressed his lips on my forehead.  I really missed this feeling of his lips on my forehead.

"Third, no matter what happened, I believe we both learned one thing in the past two months.  That is, we may have survived without each other; but we cannot LIVE without one another."  He nudged his forehead to mine and tears fell down my cheeks.  He kissed my tears away and continued, "Lee HaeRin, I love you very very much.  I will not let you go ever again.  So, please...  stay with me!"

I looked at him in the eyes and nodded my head, "I'm sorry to have left..."  He pressed his finger on my lips and said softly, "Shh...  You don't have to apologize for anything.  It's never your fault."

I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him tight, "Do you know how much I missed you?  And you never even called me once."

"You didn't call me either."  He said.   I pouted and pushed him away a little.

He chuckled and gently nipped my chin as he said, "Baby, I'm sorry."

"I thought you didn't want me anymore."

"You have no idea how much I wanted to come to London to look for you.  But I just couldn't because of our comeback and I was scared to call since I was worried that you didn't want to talk to me no more.  God!  Look at us!  We are both so silly that we wasted two months missing each other for no reason."

"It's all your fault!"  I pushed his hand away from my chin and said with a pout.

He smiled, "Yes.  My bad!  My fault!  I'll do anything to make that up to you.  You name it.  I'll do it."

I raised my eyebrows and stared at him, "Anything?"  He gulped and hesitated, "Uh-huh..."

I smirked and said, "You said it yourself.  You can't deny it later!"

He hesitated, "But you can't ask me to do anything silly."  I laughed and said, "Don't worry!  I won't ask you to take off your clothes in front of anyone other than me.  hahaha..."

He rolled his eyes and pinched my nose.  I couldn't help but laugh out loud.

TOP's POV

It felt so right to have HaeRin by my side.  Her eyes, her smile, her scent, her touch.  I missed everything of her.  In the past two months, I realized how important she was to me.  I would never let this woman slip away from my hands ever again.

I dug into my Goyard and took out something from it.  I kneeled on one knee in front of HaeRin and held up the little red box in my hands to her.  I gazed at her in the eyes and said, "Lee HaeRin, will you marry me?"

She gasped big time at my words and her eyes immediately filled with tears.  She stared at the ring as tears fell down her cheeks.  I bought this ring quite a while ago.  Way before the scandal came out.  A 3-carat Cartier Destinée Solitaire.  I was looking for a Christmas gift for HaeRin online then and saw this ring.  It was also love at first sight.  I loved the design the second I lay eyes on it and I was sure it would be perfect on HaeRin's finger, so I ordered it without hesitation.  The ring arrived after HaeRin left for London.  I once worried that I would never get the chance to give it to her and put it on her finger.  I brought it with me this time since I already made up my mind.

I took the ring out from the box and held onto her left hand, "Will you be my wife and spend the rest of your life with me?"

She gazed me back and hesitated.

"Hmm?"  I squeezed her hand and said.

She sniffled and asked softly, "Is it because I may be pregnant with your child?"

I shook my head and said with a smile, "No.  I ask you before we find out since I don't want you to think that way.  I want to marry you even if you are not pregnant.  Maybe you don't believe me.  But I planned to ask you to marry me if you are willing to take me back anyway.  That's why I have this ring with me already.  We don't have to get married right away.  We can engage first.  We can get married before I serve the military or when you think the time is right.  I will never let you slip away from my hands again."

Tears ran down her cheeks like river.  She looked at me with a pout.  I brushed away her tears and kissed the back of her hand, "Lee HaeRin, will you marry Choi SeungHyun and be his wife?"

She gazed me in the eyes and the corners of slowly curved up as she nodded her head.  I smiled and slipped the ring on her middle finger, "Do you like the ring?"

She wiped her tears and nodded with a smile, "But the diamond is TOOOO big!"

I laughed and pulled her up on her feet.  I then lifted her off her feet and swung her around.  I was overwhelmed with joy, "Yeah...  I'm getting married!"

"Yah...  Put me down!  You can't swing me like this now."  She hit me on the arm and said.

I put her down immediately and put my hand on her belly, "Oh, right!  Sorry, sorry!  Are you OK?  Did I hurt you?"

"Although we still haven't confirmed yet, we still have to be careful."

"Yes, of course.  My bad again!"  I kneeled down in front of her and said to her belly, "Son, I'm sorry!  Daddy didn't hurt you, right?"

HaeRin patted me on the head and said, "We are not sure if I'm really pregnant.  And even if I am, why 'son'?  You don't like daughter?"

I stood up and wrapped my arms around her waist, "I have no preference.  But I have a feeling it's a boy."

She pouted, "What if I'm really not pregnant?  Will you be disappointed then?"

I shook my head and said, "I'm going to say it the third time.  If you are not pregnant yet, we'll make one right away."  I laughed at my own words and made her blushed.

I held her chin up and lowered my head to kiss her; but she turned her head away.  She pushed me away and grabbed the clothes from the bed, "I'm going to take a shower."

"Can I join you?"

"NO!"  She turned around and scowled at me.  I drew back at once and raised my hands in the air, "Wowww...  Did I do anything wrong?"

She blushed all of a sudden and pouted.

"Baby, what is it?  What did I do?"

She stamped her foot and said, "I shouldn't have come here tonight."

I stepped forward to her and grabbed her hands, "What is it?  What's wrong?  You are scaring me."  She drew her brows together with a full-blown pout.  I couldn't help but laugh softly at her.  I actually could guess what that was about.

I moved closer to her and whispered in her ear, "Baby, it's OK.  It's just hormonal surge.  It's really OK to be aroused, especially when you are pregnant."

"Yahh..."  She blushed even harder and hit me on the chest.  I chuckled and pushed her into the bathroom, "Go on.  I'll join you in a minute."

"NO!"

"YESSSS!"
