Chapter 43

It had been a few days, Heechul woke up to the sound of someone vomiting, he looked around his room noting his husband sleeping  beside him. He got up and made his way to the hall realising the bathroom light was on, he peaked his head behind the door feeling worry he hurried himself inside when he saw his son on his knees hunched over the toilet from the bathroom to find Jaejoong on his knees in front of the toilet, he couldn't help but  caressed his back.

“Jae what wrong... are you alright?” Jaejoong felt his stomach churned, he grab a hand towel to wipe his mouth and flush the toilet with his other hand. He looked to his mother his eyes were watery. How much longer could he hide it? He didn’t want to, it just was easier this way… but the stress was building upon him,it was starting to take over he hadn’t slept in days. He barely ate food was no where near on his mind. He avoided his friends, everyone in fear of them finding out. He lean his head on his mother shoulder closing his  eyes whiching that tomorrow he'd wake up and their was nothign wrong.

“Are you okay?” Heechul asked  again worriedly. Jaejooong shook his head.

“I think I ate something bad…” Jaejoong placed his hand over his mouth, though Heechul found that hard to believe. He’d been giving Jaejoong a hard time lately, but what else could he do the kid barley ate even the lunch he sent him to school with was still in his bag when he returned home. He did everything out of love.

Do you feel you’re going to be sick again?” Heechul asked, Jaejoong shook his head no, “Let me help you up?” Heechul couldn’t help but feel the weight in Jaejoong there was nothing in him the progess he'd made over the year was falling off at an alarming rate. Heechul helped Jaejoong wash his face and helped him rinse out his mouth. It reminded him of all the time when he did this for Jaejoong it scared him to think of that. Heechul helped Jaejoong back to his bedroom. Heechul the side lamp getting a better look at his son, he was pale  paler that he usally was… but something was off he felt Jaejoong head there was no temperature atleast. “Jaejoong you sure everyhting alright... is their something you want to tell me?” He had to ask. “Ever since last Saturday you been…” Heechul couldn’t put it into word maybe  he was missing Yunho. He had to ask. “Do you miss Yunho?”

“Umma, I’m just tired.”

“Well. then you should rest, I’ll check on you in the morning, tell me if you feel worse Jaejoong,” Jaejoong gave a slight nod; Heechul kissed Jaejoong’s forehead and nod. “Sweet dreams.” Jaejoong roll on his side he couldn’t look at his mother knowing he was break their cardinal rule.

No more lies or secrets

Heechul went back to his bedroom after sitting with Jaejoong wondering what was it, “Siwon, Siwon wake up…”

“Hmm! What is it Heechul? It’s in the middle of the night.” Siwon sat up his head against their headboard seeing the concern on Heechul’s face worried him. So many thoughts had come to light. Not just about Jaejoong but about the person they knew as Junsu’s father. He hadn’t told anyone yet. That he thought it was the same man he met when Jaejoong had come into their life’s. He tried to understand it, but it was a lot harder than he thought. “Heechul what’s wrong?"

“It’s probably nothing but I found Jaejoong hunched over the toilet throwing up.”

“Is he sick?”

“He said he’s fine that it was probably something he ate… but I don’t believe him,” Heechul spoke his thought out loud. “He’s barely eating lately his lunch is always in his bag when he comes home from school. Most day he doesn’t come home until his curfew and when he does he just goes to his room.”

“He’s a teenager Heechul.”

“I know that, but Jaejoong never been like this before I know he’s hiding something, I’m just not sure what. Haven’t you notice?” Course Siwon had but Jaejoong always put on a brave face.

“What do you think it is?”

“I don’t know something just…” he thought about it, “I think he’s worried something, something he’s done maybe.”

“Like…?”

“Don’t overreact but what if he and Yunho…”

“He and Yunho what?”

“You know…”

“THEY BETTER NOT HAVE! I’ll kill them both…” Siwon was about to flip when Heechul covered his mouth.

“Shh… Shh… it’s just a thought, I could be wrong, but he’s throwing up. I know he’s not eating lately he always has an excuse. I know something bothering him.” Heechul thought about it. “What about if I encouraged it, what if he…?”

“You think he’s pregnant!?”

Heechul nodded his head, “The signs are there, I had them with Donghae, the tiredness…” he thought about it, in the last couple of weeks he could barely get him out of bed in the morning, “He’s not eating and the vomiting… what if it morning sickness. He’s been really run down lately.” That night Heechul and Siwon had a long conversation about it. Heechul and Siwon agree they would approach Jaejoong about it. They need answers…

He must have dozed off, it wasn’t until he felt a hand caressing his hair. He opened his eyes to see his mother. “Maybe it’s best if you miss school today.” Jaejoong sat up and although he felt dizzy he wasn’t going to stay home.

“No I’ll go I already feel better.” Jaejoong quickly replied getting out from his cover. He was about to get up when he felt his mother hold his hand. “Jae is there something you’re not telling me? You know you can talk to me about anything right?” He wanted Jaejoong to speak to him.

“U-Umma… I…”

“What honey?”

“Umma, can we leave this till later.”

“Course…” Heechul and Siwon agreed they would give Jaejoong sometime to talk to them, but that didn’t stop both of them watching their son carefully. Donghae noticed the tension in the kitchen that morning. But he didn’t know why, Heechul and Siwon watched from the front door as their sons left for school.

“When is Yunho back from his trip?” Siwon asked.

“Tonight, tomorrow… I not sure.”

“Heechul,  That about the amount of time I can give, we need answer…” Heechul understood it was hard but they couldn’t force him, they wanted him to come to them first. “I’m going to get ready for work.”

The boy’s had only left 20 minutes when Heechul phone began to ring, “Donghae… wait slow down what did you say?” Heechul dropped the phone shouting for Siwon, who hurried down the stair, “What…?” Heechul was in historic.

“Jaejoong they called an ambulance.”

“What?”

“Jae he…” Heechul was lost for words, “Donghae say Jaejoong started coughing up blood. He said he was fine and it just came out of no where, they were outside the school gate.” Heechul explained to his husband, his own father heard  the shout came from the kitchen. He had to admit he was also worried. “Don’t worry my boy I’m sure he’ll be alright.” just then Siwon grabbed his keys and head to the door, they needed to get to their son.

"Siwon we could have it all wrong.... Stupid so stupid...

"Heechul....
