Dara's POV

"Yah, you're spacing out again!" Jjangmae  shouted at me. 

"No, I'm just thinking. I'm anxious that's all." I answered and rest my head back at the head rest.

"Don't worry too much." He answered.

"You know this will be hundreds... No, thousands more awkward for me to handle right?" I puffed air on my cheeks hoping it will help with my facial tension.

"Don't worry,i asked Sajangnim for reinforcement and he said he'll send her after her schedule." He answered as he continued driving.

"Who?" I immediately asked as I sat up straight.

"Minji-ah..." He answered." And hopefully she can help you be less awkward. Although I have a feeling she's going to enjoy this day. Just imagine, the whole resort will only allow a specific number of customers because of the filming. She can get to enjoy the pools too with less people or fans." I just nodded absentmindedly as he talk. My thoughts started drifting back to my phone conversation with Jae last night.

​Flashback

" I understand you can't say anything.  I can't seem to get the chance to be with you this week because of your commitments, so I guess I should just visit my sister and her kids." He said calmly.

"I promise I'll make it up to you! All these stress and hiding stuff from you, i don't like it " I bit my lower lip keeping it from trembling because i know I'm making him sad with all this secret stuff.

"I'll hold you to your promise to make it up to me jagiya." I heard the naughtiness in his voice and that made me grin despite what I felt earlier.

"As long as I can do it, i would...but why do i feel like you're thinking something weird." I said stiffling the laughter about to burst out.

"Is that how low you think of me? I'm hurt." He answered but I know he's just acting so I burst out laughing.

"Aigoo baby, i wish i'm beside you so i can pinch your cheeks." I said still chuckling.

"Don't worry, we'll be together soon especially when you finish whatever that CF is supposed to be. We can then show each other how much we miss each other then."  He said this so soft and serious that I felt tingles all over - he does this a lot with me, I'm not sure if he knew he has this effect on me when using that voice - his"bedroom voice".

"I love you." I said.

"I love you too angel." He answered.

Back to present

"I bet some celebrities might take this chance to have fun too. Less people, less fans, no media." He finished.

I just murmured not really understanding what he just said. I look out my window and Jjangmae stopped talking.

I just have to survive this day. If I could , i should place some distance with those two guys- those who are so vocal about liking me. 

Of course i won't make it too obvious...

 Maybe my being  awkward will give an advantage today. They will get discouraged and dissapointed with me , they will stop liking me and it will lessen Jae's annoyance.

Or maybe do something to turn them off?

Aigoo, i can't do that - my image is something i need to protect.

I can't act flirty, ty, rude, no manners or too cute- even if i want to lessen my fanboys just to assure him, I know that's not the way to do it.

hmmm.... Thinking about him suddenly made me miss him.

I openned my phone and decided to send a message.

I'm with Jinhee noona and her kids, We're on our way out to have fun. I miss you too. (A/N - not sure who among JJ's sisters have kids sorry)

Jae's POV

Everything is in order! I smirked.

I'm at Noona's house to pick them up.  I'm kind of killing two birds with one stone this time: not only Am I fullfiling one of my promises to my nephews and neices, this will make me able to see Dara without her suspecting I know anything at all.

Before leaving my Noona's house, I stopped in front of their living room mirror and checked my reflection.
