The SM offices were complete chaos. The groups were leaving for SMTown France the very next day and last minute preparations were being made. Nicky and Michelle were in and out of meetings and the boys were busy with dance practice. “Are you really sure you can’t come?” Nicky asked. “I can’t! I have to help Min Woo. But you’ll be alright.” Michelle answered as they entered the practice room. Different bands were inside dancing; the Super Junior boys were scattered all around the room, talking and joking. Leeteuk waved his hand at Nicky as soon as he saw her and she waved back. Suddenly, a bunch of trainee girls pushed past Nicky, almost running to where Leeteuk was. They were really friendly with him and for some reason that was making Nicky very, very uncomfortable.

“oppa, oppa, oppa” said Nicky in a squeaky low voice, making fun of the girls surrounding Leeteuk. “What was that?” Michelle asked her laughing. “What? What was what?” Nicky said surprised that Michelle was listening. “You are jealous of them!” Michelle said laughing. “What!? Woman, please! I am NOT jealous! They are rude! They pushed me!” Nicky said trying to defend herself. “Anything you say!” Michelle added trying not to laugh too hard. ”I’m serious Michelle! “ Nicky said.

The girls were still surrounding Leeteuk but he kept looking at Nicky and Michelle. He excused himself and left the girls to move closer to Nicky.  “Well, it seems that you don’t need to be jealous because he’s coming this way! “ said Michelle to Nicky in a low voice. Nicky looked back and found Leeteuk right next to her, smiling. “Hi, Nicky-ah; Michelle-sshi” he said.  “Hello Leeteuk-sshi! Very popular with the trainees, I see.” Said Michelle teasingly. “No, I’m like a big brother to them.” He said to Michelle smiling.

“You guys are aware that I’m here, right?” said Nicky trying to include herself in the conversation. “Oh you need to learn Hangeul fast!” Michelle said laughing and Leeteuk laughed as well. “I don’t understand!” Nicky said looking at Michelle. “I said I have to go. Have a nice trip tomorrow. At what time you leave?” Michelle added. “Our flight is on the afternoon” Nicky answered. “I’ll call you in the morning. Bye Leeteuk-sshi!” Michelle said and left.

The trainee girls were looking at Nicky and Leeteuk and talking. Michelle passed next to them and heard them talking about Nicky so she decided t tell them a thing or two. “Ladies, you need to behave. Because the only way you will ever get close to the Super Junior oppas is through that girl over there. Behave yourselves, will you? Arasso?” Michele told them in a low voice and left. The girls were embarrassed but also a little mad. “Noona!!! Stay?” Sungmin said getting closer to Nicky.  “I can’t sweetie. I still have a lot of things to do. You guys need to pack as soon as you get home, ok? See you later!”  Nicky said and left the practice room.

She was really busy and a sudden unannounced meeting was adding to her stress levels. Michelle was gone and she couldn’t understand what the meeting was about. Jung Hoo was helping her but he had things to do himself so she was on her own. Finally the day was over and it was a very bad one for Nicky. She was made fun of for not knowing Hangeul, some ahjumas at the company scolded her because Yunho hugged her and some fans verbally abused her outside of the company. She was feeling sad and extremely tired and she still had to pack.

Nicky arrived at the dorm late at night  and found Heechul drinking in the living room. “Curly!!!!!!! What  you do? Look bad, bad, bad” a little tipsy Heechul said to her.  “Kim Heechul! I’ve had a horrible, very hormonal day! I’ve been scolded for no reason, made fun of, pushed, and verbally abused by your fans. I really don’t need you telling me that I’m dumb or ugly or useless right now, ok? So, Shut the hell up!” Nicky said in a very serious tone and left for her room. Heechul stayed in shock for a moment and then followed her. “Noona, you alright?” he asked entering her room. “Why are you here? I just need to be alone for a moment” she said sitting on her bed. “Who treat you bad? Huh? I kill them!” Heechul said. “Now you’re defending me? You’re drunk.” Nicky said.  “You my noona. Only I treat you bad. Come, come here” he said grabbing her wrist and dragging her to the dining table.

“Heechul, I don’t have time for your games!” Nicky said trying to get off his grip. “Drink!” said Heechul sitting her and placing a bottle of Soju in front of her. “I don’t drink!” Nicky said but Heechul already poured some in the shot glass. “Drinik! Forget! Pali pali!” he insisted putting the glass in her hand. “Heechul! I don’t…….” she tried to stop him but he insisted and she took it.  

Nicky and Heechul continued drinking and talking. His alcohol tolerance was really high, but Nicky have never drink before….never. “You aren’t as bad as you pretend to be” said Nicky in a very drunk voice.  They kept laughing and talking but suddenly Nicky started to get sad. “Nicky-ah, why sad? Drink more!” said Heechul giving her more shots of Soju. Suddenly the door opened and Leeteuk came inside; he was returning from SUKIRA and it was very late. He found Heechul and Nicky in the dinning table and lots of empty bottle around them.

“Leeteuk-ahh! Come join us!” said Heechul lifting his glass. “What’s going on?” Leeteuk asked looking at Nicky who was now wiping some tears off  her face. “We are drinking her worries away!” said Heechul drinking from his glass. “What? You idiot! She doesn’t drink! “ said Leeteuk hitting him on the head. “Yah! I didn’t force her!” Heechul added. “Nicky-ah, you ok?” Leeteuk asked her getting closer. “Teukie! I’m fi-fi-fine………….” Nicky said crying. “She’s drunk! You got her drunk!” he said to Heechul. “She only took like 5 shots! She’s ok!” said Heechul grabbing the bottle and leaving to his room. “I’ll go to my room” Nicky said but as soon as she stood up she fell to the floor. Leeteuk tried to grab her but she fell and remained seating on the floor.

“I’m sooo pathetic…” Nicky said crying on the floor. “Aniyo” said Leeteuk sitting in front of her on the floor.  “I don’t belong here. Why did I move to a country without family, without knowing the language? Am I stupid or what?” she added still crying. “Nicky-ah, calm” Leeteuk told her rubbing her arm. “I’m old and I’m completely lonely in a foreign country.” She said tears falling from her eyes. “You have Super Junior” Leeteuk said. “No, you guys are just my workmates” Nicky said. “You have Michelle” Leeteuk added. “She’s married! I can’t keep bothering her all the time, she has a husband and I’m all by myself.” She said crying. “You have me” Leeteuk said looking straight into her eyes. She looked at him and placed a hand on his cheek. “Oh, sweetie. I can’t have you………although I want.” Said Nicky looking deeply into his eyes.  He felt his heart beat uncontrollably fast, was she actually saying that she felt the same way as him?.   “Why?” asked Leeteuk wiping away her tears and still looking into her eyes. “I…………I………”Nicky started talking but stopped and held her stomach. “I feel sick” she said.  “What?” asked Leeteuk . “I’m going to be sick!” Nicky said and run to the bathroom. Leeteuk run behind her  and waited for her outside the door.

 He could hear that she was throwing up, so he grabbed some paper towels and gave them to her once she was better. She came out of the bathroom, resting her body on the wall. Leeteuk gave her the paper towels and removed some hair from her face. “You better?” he asked.  “I’m pathetic. I’m supposed to be an example for you guys, and now I’m drunk!” she said still wiping tears and trying to walk to her room. She stumbled a little and Leeteuk grabbed her arm to help her.  He guided her to her room and got her into bed.  “Thanks. You don’t have to do this. I’m the one who should be taking care of you. I’m your noona” she said laying down in the bed and hugging her pillow tight, her eyes closing as she was very tired. “Aniyo, you are Super Junior noona……..but you are my Nicky” Leeteuk said in a whisper trying to not disturb her.
