It has been a few weeks since the incident that left you and Howon future dance partners. He’s been cold ever since. He refused to talk to you or even acknowledge your presence out of practice. You didn’t know why he was so stubborn. You hated it. Now, you understood when other people complained about your stubbornness. He’s been trying to convince the CEO to change his mind, but every time, he’d come out angry. The past few days Howon has been coming out, he wasn’t angry, but desperate. He sure must love Haemi. You admired how committed and faithful he was. One day, however, you couldn’t take it anymore.

“Howon,” You said.

He didn’t look in your direction. You huffed.

“LISTEN!” You said. “I know you’re disappointed with this change of plans, but you can’t take it out on me! I’m not that happy either, being paired up with someone as stubborn as you! We may be debuting together, but it doesn’t mean that you won’t get to see Haemi anymore! You’re both still in the same company!”

“You don’t know what it’s like. I was living my dream, debuting as a dancer alongside someone I love. No one knows how I feel, especially you!”

“I don’t know how it feels like? You bet I do!” You retorted. “Do you know how it feels to love someone so much when no one loved you and have them not return the feeling?! I gave up so much and sacrificed everything to be here! My parents are probably going to kick me out if they found out what I was doing! SO DON’T YOU DARE TELL ME I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING!” You yelled, eyes glistening with tears. You blinked them away. The last person you wanted to see you cry was the person who undermined you.

Howon was speechless. The way you stood up for yourself, reminded him of him yet again.

“Let’s stop this before it gets any worse.” JungYeop stepped inside.

Howon and you stared at him in horror. He heard the entire argument… Well, good-bye dancing career, it was nice knowing you for a while.

“Don’t worry,” He said. “I won’t kick you out. I think the argument was necessary
