Description
L and his girlfriend were considered the perfect couple, the one that everyone envied. It’s been three years since he confessed to her and nothing could tear them apart. At least that was what they thought. An unexpected event occurred, taking L away and leaving her alone to cope with the terrible break up by herself. After disappearing for two years, he’s back and ready to win back the love of his life, who was now dating his close friend, Nam Woohyun.

Foreword
Hi! It’s HOYAticxeLement with my third fic! It’s featuring Infinite’s L and Woohyun! Their new song, “The Chaser” inspired me to write this. If there’s anything similar about my story and someone else’s, it’s just a coincidence since I’m sure many writers were inspired just like me.
Italics are flashbacks. Bold and italics are thoughts.

Characters:
You/Lee ~~~: 17 years old. Has no siblings and a loving family. You’re a very optimistic girl who loves to be around people. You’re loud – but not the obnoxious kind – and everyone loves you. You enjoy listening to music and it plays an important role in your life. Can play the piano extremely well. You’re madly in love with the school’s hottie, Kim Myungsoo. However, after he left for mysterious reasons, you changed dramatically.
L/Kim Myungsoo: 18 years old. Has a younger brother. Comes from a very rich family, who owns a big company. He’s a quiet guy, with an icy gaze that can make you freeze on the spot. Don’t let his looks fool you – he becomes loud when he’s surrounded by his group of friends, Infinite, and his loving girlfriend. He values his girlfriend more than his life and would do anything to keep her safe and out of harm. He likes cooking, especially for his girlfriend.
Nam Woohyun: 18 years old. Has no siblings and comes from an average family. He’s a happy guy, always making girls at school swoon over his smile and greasiness. He enjoys his friends’ and your company. He’s secretly in love with you, but refrains himself because of his best friend. Loves cooking like L and surprises you with sweets once in a while. Does his best to take care of you.
Infinite: Consists of Kim Sunggyu (18), Jang Dongwoo (18), Nam Woohyun, Lee Howon (18), Lee Sungyeol (18), L/Kim Myungsoo, and Lee Sungjong (17). A group of friends that stick together, no matter what. They’ve been friends for a very long time and have each other’s backs, helping each other in their darkest times.
