The loud music booming from the speakers finally stopped. Sunggyu, Hoya, and you fell to the ground, trying to catch your breaths. For the last few hours, the three of you have been practicing for your special stage. Despite it being the early hours of morning, you three were going over the dance routine in order to not make any mistakes later on today. Your legs ached and your lungs screamed for air. You thirstily drank from your water bottle and Hoya was sitting in front of the fan, trying to cool down. It seemed like Sunggyu was taking it the hardest.

Ever since he’s debuted, he’s never done anything like this before. He’s never had to memorize complicated dance routines. He’s never danced for hours on end. All of this was new to him. Give him fifty songs to memorize and sing for hours and hours: he could do that. But this? This was a whole different story. He mentally sighed. Once again, he lived up to his nickname of ‘Grandpa Gyu.’ He could already imagine Hoya and Dongwoo making fun of him later when Hoya decides to tell Dongwoo about their dance practice at 2AM in the morning.

You went over to where Sunggyu was laying down. You sat down and handed him an ice-cold water bottle. While he drank, you tried to cool him down by fanning him.
