Hana stayed rooted near the door while Luhan stayed by the windows. The tv continued to drone on about some news that no one cared about. Hana's grip on the stuffed tiger got tighter as minutes ticked by.

"How are you feeling?" Luhan asked softly.

"How do you think?" Hana snapped back before her eyes widened.

"Sorry." She muttered as her eyes darted to the floor as guilt ate up her heart. She didn't mean to snap at Luhan but after everything she had experienced in 24 hours, it was a defense mechanism.

"It's fine. I would be agitated too if I was in your position." Luhan stated simply although at the same time, his heart was shattering more. He had never seen Hana this hostile toward him.

The silence that ensued was agony. Then tension was high. It was so think that you could slice it with a butter knife.

"I guess I'll start from the beginning?" Luhan questioned softly as Hana looked up before giving a slight nod that was barely noticeable if not for Luhan's keen sight. He sat down on one end of the couch as Hana eyed him warily but made no movement toward her.

"My family...we've been in this for decades." Luhan started as Hana visibly flinched at his confession.

"It was expected that each male of the family to take over once the previous leader was too old to lead or was killed by a rival. The others...Lay has been with me the longest. We grew up with each other. The rest of them was initiated well before I was born but hadn't been in the group as long as Lay."

Hana paled with each statement. This was turning into a really bad nightmare except in this nightmare, she couldn't wake up from it. This was reality.

"Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Kai, Sehun, and Kyungsoo make up the Korea division. Myself, Lay, Tao, Kris, Xiumin, and Chen make up the China division. Except for Kris, he runs his own division back in Canada as well. We'll just reference us as K and M to make things easier. K, as you know, was part of your high school. This was a coincidence. It was the best school in Seoul so obviously, they wanted in. M transferring in was a plan.
