Son Naeun sat on the edge of the bed and nervously chewed on her fingernails. Bomi still hadn't returned after she had gone after Chorong and the twenty three year old couldn't help but blame herself for the turn of events. Her original intention was to only spite the eldest member in the hope that she would start to place more emphasis on her partner and thus take better care of her. However she hadn't expected herself to lose control and end up kissing her crush with such passion and longing.

Running her free hand through her long tresses in a frustrated manner, Naeun didn't stop mentally scolding herself and her thoughts were only interrupted when the door swung open revealing a dazed Yoon Bomi who stumbled in clumsily.

Bolting up in an instant, Naeun turned to face the older girl and began to apologize profusely. Expectedly, she received no reply from Bomi and the patient continued to stagger unsteadily towards the bed. Falling heavily onto the mattress, Bomi hid her face in the pillow and didn't look up despite Naeun's efforts to engage her. Unable to decide if she should approach the clearly devastated individual or leave, Naeun's choice of action was decided when a muffled voice entered her ears.

"I want to be alone."

The sunlight streaming into the quiet hospital ward had faded away hours ago yet Bomi's position on the bed hadn't changed since Naeun left. Her body had began to ache tremendously from the prolonged inactivity and Bomi moaned painfully when she finally shifted her body. Her entire body hurt with the small amount of movement and she broke out in sweat when she eventually pushed herself up into a sitting position. Her attire was practically soaked and it clung to her body damp against her skin. The airconditioning in the room was blasting cold air continuously and her body shivered involuntarily. 

Reaching out to pick up her personal belongings which had been left in a corner by the hospital staff, Bomi retrieved her garments from the tiny package and proceeded to make her way to the adjoining washroom. Although each step was arduous and she frequently swayed from side to side due to being on the edge of consciousness, Bomi somehow managed to change back into her own attire and rinse off the dried blood dotting her hairline and left temple.

Staring at the reflection in the mirror, Bomi took in the state of her appearance. Her eyes were swollen and bloodshot from shedding an endless number of tears and her skin was pale beyond belief. Her lips were dry and chapped but the most startling image was of the incision on her temple a small distance away from her eyebrow. Even though she had washed the blood off, the cut was still reddish and deep.

"I look horrid. No wonder unnie doesn't fancy me anymore. Who am I to fight with Suho for her love? I'm just a nobody. A worthless person."
