Jinki's pov:

"Why are you crying?" I asked, having noticed that tears were rolling down Jisoo's pink cheeks, her eyes slighty red and her shoulders shaking.

Jisoo shook her head and tried to wipe those tears away with her sleeves, forcing herself to stop sobbing but those tears didn't listen to her as thye kapt escaping her beautiful eyes.

"It's just so sad." she sobbed, as I pulled her close to me, embracing my arms around her.

It feels so weird to have someon care for me like this.

Jisoo.

"It's alright, I'm fine now, isn't it?" I tried to joke it off as I patted her back gently but she pushed me away and looked at me with those teary eyes.

"How are just fine? Just look at what happend today. How can a father be like that?" she complained, her facial expression telling me she was angry and feeling wronged for me.

I carressed her head, my heart getting warm from just seeing her thinking for me, about me.

It took awhile for her to finally stop crying, her head laying against my chest as we laid on the couch, all plastered together.

I never thought I would be like this with a woman, not like this yet I knew that I loved the feeling of having Jisoo so close to me.

She was playing with my fingers when she spoke again, breaking the silence that had been ruling in the living room.

"Jinki...?"

"Hmm?"

"What happend to you after it? From looking and hanging around with you, I've noticed that you're definitely not poor. Can't be your father's money?" she asked softly, intertwining our fingers together while snuggling her head closer to my chest.

I could feel my heart accelerate and didn't know if she could hear it but I tried to push away the fuzzy feelings I felt and tried to answer her questions.

"My mother left behind a card when I had visited her in the hospital. It was a key for the bank and inside was the inheritance left my her. She used to be a jewelry designer and earned lots fo money from it." 

"She saved them all for you." Jisoo finished, making me nod.

"My mother was a really capable woman!" I said as a smile played on my lips. "She was an exchange student in Europe and got numerous job offers. It was in Europe that she met that man and married him, returning back to the country.

"No wonder she has such a smart son like you." Jisoo chuckled amused while I rolled my eyes.

"Didn't you call me a nerd all the time, how did I became just smart?" I joked back when I suddenly felt Jisoo's lips peck the back of my hand.

I could feel my ears turn warm, my heartbeat speeding and my entire body becoming weak.

"No wonder it was so lonely in this house. But it's good to have me, isn't it?" she laughed.

What is this woman thinking?

Is she seducing me without knowing it?

"Jisoo." I called her name, her face lifting and looking up as her eyes widened hen I captured her lips.
