Jisoo's pov:

Our lips were softly pressed together, my heart beating fast paced and my entire body feeling warm and fuzzy.

Jinki looked at me, our eyes making eye contact. He was surprised by my sudden action, his eyebrows raised and brown orbs wondering why I kissed him.

Gently, I removed my lips from his, searching for a reaction.

Jinki opened his mouth, only to close it again, unsure of what to say or to tell me because he was taken aback by my initiative to kiss him.

"Aren't you going to say something? Stop pretending to be a fish." I sighed, lips slightly pouted.

Jinki frowned, a soft sigh escaping him as well.

"For a few seconds I was mesmerized and stuck in the moment. You just had to ruin it with your words." he complained, shaking his head lightly.

"It may have been the aphrodisiac that stimulated me to kiss you back in the forest," I started, Jinki's attention back to me, his facial expression serious. "but I didn't do it this time because of some drug." I said, feeling my cheeks getting warm.

I'm doing the right thing, right?

I've really gone crazy, haven't I?!

"What are you trying to say?" Jinki asked, looking at me with anticipating eyes, waiting eagerly for me to say the words that he wanted to hear.

"Why should I say it? Why don't you say it?!" I shot back, my heartbeat accelerating like crazy.

Jinki snorted, cracking up in a smile, his hands touching my shoulders, forcing me to look at him before he would finally say those words.

"I like you." he whispered so softly that I almost didn't hear him.

"I think I too." I whispered back, Jinki chuckling, the sound making me smile.

We're both nuts, aren't we?

How is it possible for us to like each other...? 

When did it start? What do I even like about him...? 

Is it alright...for me to like him?

"Can't believe I actually fell for someone like you. You're like a book, waiting to be discovered." Jinki laughed, combing his hair with his fingers, showing me his entire face.

Before I could take a good look, his hair fell in front of his face again, not giving me the time to scan him longer.

"Like you aren't!" I said, defending myself. "It's not only that, your hair too!"

Jinki tried to look at his own hair, clicking his tongue.

"I like this hairstyle though." he shrugged his shoulders, I was about to leave, not wanting to discuss about his birdnest of a hair, but he suddenly grabbed my wrist, intertwining our hands together.

My heart skipped a beat, head turning towards him.

"One more kiss." he grinned, capturing my lips.

The bus drove away, my eyes landing on my bags before fixing them on the road in front of me.

Back in the city, the air not so fresh and calming.

Jinki's right... The air in the mountains is much better than in the city.

"I got pissed because they kept talking on the bus about us." I grumbled, glancing at Jinki who hummed, nodding his head.

"Just ignore them, they'll get bored at some point." he said, turning his head to me. "I'll bring you back home."

My eyebrows knitted together, head quickly shaking my head.

"Why are you going to bring me back home?!" I asked, surprised by this offer.

Jinki tilted his head to the side, the breeze moving the hair strands in front of his eyes, more of his face visible to me.

"Because I'm your boyfriend?" he wondered with an amused voice, shoulders slightly shrugged.

"It feels so weird." I said honestly, scratching my hair. "I'm not used to that we're not...quarreling." I confessed.

Jinki chuckled, his hand going to my head, lightly patting me.

"I like it." he smiled so sweet it made my heart skip a beat.

Did I change completely since we kissed? It's like I've become a completely different person... 

"Let's go and by the way.... Who gave you the permission to be my boyfriend?" I said, flipping my hair, taking my bags to start walking.

Jinki caught up quickly with his long legs, a smile playing on his lips.

"Could it be that you're shy?"

Biting the insides of my cheeks, I quickly shook my had.
