FOUR – Limits

The bell rang and the students roared with ‘yes!’ ‘finally!’ ‘wanna hang out guys?’. Kyungsoo rolled his eyes as he packed his bag with his school stuff. He just wanted to have a good sleep for tonight. Tomorrow would be his first weekend after his first week in YA. But it doesn’t mean that the teachers didn’t give them tons of home works to do.

 “Baekhyun, let’s go?” he asked the elder and he nodded. They went to the locker room and put the unnecessary stuffs inside and then to the bathroom. Baekhyun told him to watch for his bag while he went to one of the stalls.

Kyungsoo combed his hair with his fingers. It was naturally flattened on his forehead. He didn’t care much of how he would look.

Baekhyun went out of the stall with his hands rubbing his eyes. His other hand was holding his huge eye glasses. Kyungsoo was watching him through the mirror. When Baekhyun finally opened his eyes, he gaped.

“Wow, you look better without those glasses on Baek!” he said. Baekhyun smiled and showed his braces proudly before putting the glasses on.

“I can’t see without them, though, so no, I’d prefer this.” Kyungsoo pouted and looked at him worriedly. “You can get contacts though. You should try to look at your best if you know you’re gorgeous. People would swallow their dirty tongues the moment they’ll see you.”

Baekhyun broke into a fit of laughter. “Are you hearing yourself Soo? You’re the gorgeous one who don’t make an effort to look good. Unlike me, I’m … I’m ugly.” He shrugged earning a slap on a shoulder from the younger.

“You’re not ugly, Pabo!”

They walked into the almost emptied corridor when they were stopped by the all too familiar duo. Baekhyun glared at them and Kyungsoo just scowled. “What do you want?” he asked.

“What do we want? A payback of course! For the humiliation you caused us.” Kai sneered, tilting his head as his hands where on his pockets. Jongin just sighed and shook his head as his arms where folded in front of him.

“You know, it’s really a bad move,” Jongin said. “We don’t really like it when our toys fight back on us.” Kyungsoo gritted his teeth. “Then don’t get one in the first place! Especially the unwilling ones.”

Kai scoffed and walked towards him. He leaned closer, levelling his chocolate eyes on him. “You really don’t get it do you. When we want something, we get it. We want you as our toy.” Then he glared at Baekhyun. “But this ugly guy stood up for you and humiliated us in front of the class.”

“You know, you deserve it. Kyungsoo is not a toy. He’s a human being and no one deserves to be bullied” Baekhyun spat.

“We’re not bullying him. We’re just playing with him.” Kai said, pushing Baekhyun a little harder that caused him to stumble back. “Why are you always with our toy huh? He’s better off without you.”

“You see,” Kyungsoo walked in between Kai and Baekhyun, facing the twin and covering up his best friend. “WE are better off without YOU two.”

Kyungsoo grabbed his friends’ wrist and walked pass the two. But Kai had plans, he blocked the way of the two. When Kyungsoo sidestepped to the other direction, Jongin blocked the other way. Frustrated, he ran a hand on his face.

“Let us pass!” he yelled. Kai just chuckled at his frustrated face. “No way babe. We’re gonna play for a while.” Kyungsoo shoved t
