(Ami’s POV)

I wanted to stay away from him. I walked away from there without glancing back as my face started to heat up. That was embarrassing! I can’t believe that I actually thought that he was going to kiss me…

‘’Ami!’’ SooJin called as she saw me. I turned around and gave her a small smile. ‘’What happened? Did he do something to you?’’ She asked concerned but at the same time curious. I shook my head, ‘’nothing happened.’’ I really didn’t want to talk about that.

‘’So, you’re telling me that Jaejoong oppa pulled you out like that and nothing happened?’’ SooJin raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms. I nodded innocently. She looked at me suspiciously, and then sighed. I smiled as though nothing had happened.

Both of us started to walk back into the school. I saw Jaejoong walking back to his friends with his lips curved up into a smile. I just hoped that he wouldn’t tell his friends what just happened, even though nothing really happened…

‘’SooJin! Ami!’’

We both turned around and saw Mi Cha (one of SooJin’s friends) running towards us. ‘’I signed up both of you to help me out with a school event!’’ She smiled.

‘’You did what!?’’ Both of us shouted at the same time.

(Jaejoong’s POV)

I continued smiling as I walked to where my friends were. Yoochun was the first one to see me, and when he did, he smiled back. I turned around and saw Ami walking and talking with her friend.

‘’Jae! What happened?’’ Junsu asked. I simply smiled back at him.

Ami, I thought. There’s something about her that I’m really interested in.

I shook my head. ‘’Nothing…interesting.’’ I told them and sat down next to YunHee.

‘’Nothing interesting?’’ Yunho repeated. I nodded and looked back at Ami.

There was another girl with them right now. She looked small standing next to SooJin and Ami. She was telling them something, and because of their faces I knew they weren’t happy about it. Apparently, she had signed up both of them to help her with an event. That gave me an idea…

(End of Jaejoong’s POV)

Mi Cha explained why she had signed up both of them, and at the end SooJin and Ami agreed to help her out. The event didn’t seem like a big deal to Ami, that’s why she agreed. The event was about summer, and since they were in summer right now, all they had to do was to decorate the whole school with a summer-style (with palm trees, pools, beach balls, ice-cream, etc).

That afternoon all the ones who were going to help with their school’s summer event had gathered together inside the gym to talk about how were they going to do everything.

‘’Can I take this seat?’’ Someone asked. Ami was too busy writing something that she looked up, nodded and smiled very quickly before turning back to her paper. The guy thanked her and before he could sit down, Ami turned to look back up at him and stuttered.

‘’Y – You?’’ She asked and put her notebook on the seat next to her.

Jaejoong smiled, grabbed her notebook and sat down next to her. Ami took her notebook out of Jaejoong’s hands and turned to look at something else.

‘’Aren’t you happy to see me?’’ Jaejoong teased. She looks so cute right now, he thought.

Ami shook her head and continued to write on her notebook. What is he doing here? She thought.

Jaejoong leaned down next to her face again and took her chin into his hand and pulled her up. This time Ami pushed away from him. Every single girl that was in the gym was shocked and thought that she was a real idiot for doing that. All of them would do anything to have Jaejoong’s attention like that.

‘’Could you stop that?’’ Ami hissed. She couldn’t continue writing anymore.

‘’What?’’ Jaejoong asked innocently. Ami sighed, rolled her eyes and shook her head. Jaejoong simply smiled.

She’s the first girl who can resist my charms… Pff… You’ll fall for me, Ho Ami, just wait.Jaejoong thought.

‘’Annyeonghaseyo students! So all of you are here because you want to help with our school’s summer event!’’ The teacher started to say.
