Hey Flurries, I'm sorry for not updating last week :/  Just got some stuff going on at home and yeah.  My updates are going to be a bit scattered for the next couple of weeks.  But please don't give up on me!  I plan on making sure this story reaches completion!  I hope you enjoy the long-ish update :)

"I'M TELLING YOU, IT WAS HER!" Minho shouted at his fellow teammates.

It was the morning of the fourth day and Jinki, Jonghyun, Key, and Taemin were getting ready to leave Ansan.  Jinki sighed as he looked at Minho.  He put a hand on the boy's shoulder.  

"Minho," he said gently, "I understand how much you want to find Yuki.  Believe me, we want to find her just as much as you do, but it was late last night and you were tired and you might just have been seeing things-"

"I'M NOT CRAZY!" the boy yelled, stepping away from his leader, "AND I WASN'T TIRED!  I WAS FIGHTING RAPISTS FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!  It was Ice Princess that saved me from that last guy!  I know her!  You guys, please."

Jinki and the rest of the team looked at their fellow member with sympathy.  "Sorry, bro," he said, "but we're running out of time.  It's time to search somewhere else."  Without another word, Jonghyun, Key, Taemin, and Jinki passed Minho and walked outside the door. 

Before he left, Key turned back to Minho.  "We'll be waiting for you in the van," he said, "don't worry, Minho.  We haven't given up hope yet.  We will find Yuki."

The hotel room's door closed.  Minho sighed heavily as he sat down on the bed and put his head in his hands.  Maybe I am just going crazy. . . the boy thought, at this rate, I'll be holding us back instead of pushing us forward. . . What is wrong with me?  The boy stood up and dusted himself off, shaking his head from side to side, as if he could dispel his troubling thoughts.  Head in the game, Choi, he thought to himself, head in the game.  You've GOT to find Ice Princess.

The drive down the streets of Ansan was quiet.  Jinki and Minho were once again in the front seat.  Minho was punching in addresses into the GPS while he and Jinki talked out possible locations.  "I think we should continue to look in smaller towns," Jinki suggested.

Minho nodded.  "I agree.  Although it would be easier for Ice Princess to hide in larger cities, we've already checked a majority of Korea's major areas and found no trace of her.  Maybe we should check- HYUNG WATCH OUT!" 

Jinki's eyes widened when a man suddenly walked into the path of the van.  He yanked his wheel to the side in order to avoid disaster while the man in front of the van shouted and jumped out of the van's way.  After a few seconds of complete chaos, Jinki managed to bring the van to a complete stop.  

"Holy , did we hit that guy?!" Minho panicked.  Without waiting for Jinki's answer, the boy opened the van's door and ran across the street to the body still on the floor.  He knelt down next to it.  "Sir?  Sir?  Are you all right?" Minho asked.  The body groaned and sat up, dusting off his coat.  "Yeah, yeah.  I'm fine," he replied.

"Wait a minute. . ." Minho said as soon as he heard the man's voice.  He grabbed the other's shoulders and turned him around so he could see the man's face.  His jaw dropped.

"ZICO?!"

Yuki lay on her bed, staring blankly at the ceiling above her.  There were only three very short days left before she got her officialized passport and papers.  After that, she could disappear and go wherever she wanted.

The girl wasn't stupid.

She knew that Soo Man would have to declare her a rogue spy.  If she was not already, Yuki knew that she would be number 1 on the NIS's Most Wanted List in a matter of hours.

I've always been good at hiding, the girl thought, as long as I get out of Korea, I can give myself another new name, get different passports made in different countries, even change my nationality.  If I can make it out of Korea, no one will ever be able to find Bul Yuki.

Because outside of S.M., Bul Yuki doesn't exist.

One of the girl's hands moved to her neck.  She pulled her dragon pendant out from underneath her shirt.  "Am I doing the right thing, Umma?  Appa?" she asked quietly, "I am, aren't I?  I hope so. . ."

The sound of her bedroom door opening caused Yuki to sit up abruptly.  Taeil's head popped into the room.

"Hey. . ." the boy said with a small smile, "mind if we come in?"  Yuki cocked her head to the side and nodded.  Taeil walked into the room with Kyung behind him.

"Whatcha doin'?" Kyung asked in an attempt to lighten the mood.

"You know," Yuki said quietly, "just thinking."

"About when you're going to leave?" Taeil asked.  The look on Yuki's face after the older boy's statement gave it away.

"You don't HAVE to leave, Yuki," Kyung said, looking at his friend, "you could stay here, with us."  Yuki shook her head.

"You don't understand, Kyunggie-"

"You're right," Taeil interrupted, "we DON'T understand.  You won't tell us what happened.  We're helping you, but we don't know what we're trying to save you from."

"If I told you," Yuki said through gritted teeth, "your lives would be in danger.  Not from some stupid gangs, but from the entirety of South Korea's military.  That's why I have to LEAVE."

"But why would we be in danger, Yuki?" Kyung asked, "what is making you have to leave the countr-"

The sound of the front door opening and closing followed by multiple footsteps cut the boy off.  "Who could that be?" Taeil wondered.  Wordlessly, Yuki got up and walked to her nightstand.  She opened the middle drawer and pulled out her gun.  

"Should we wait to be discovered or ambush first?" she asked.

"Hold on now," Taeil said, "it might not be an invasion."

"Yeah," Kyung agreed, "who would try to rob a house in broad daylight?"

Suddenly, Zico's voice rang throughout the house.  "Kyung!  Taeil Hyung!  P.O.!  Yuwon!  B-Bomb!  Jaehyo!  Come down here!  We've got company!"

Yuki's ears twitched slightly.  She noticed that Zico didn't call her name.  Kyung and Taeil seemed to have noticed as well, since their eyes flickered to Yuki.  "Maybe you should stay here, Yuki," Kyung said, "we'll check it out first."  The girl nodded once and went back to her original position on the bed.

"I'll be listening," she said.  The two boys nodded and made their way downstairs.

They stopped abruptly when Jaehyo suddenly appeared at the bottom of the stairs.  His face immediately put the two on edge.

"Jaehyo?  What's wrong?" Taeil asked.

"Hyung. . ." Jaehyo said, "Kyung. . . you guys aren't going to believe this. . ."

Without another word, Jaehyo lead Kyung and Taeil to the living room of the house.

"Kyung!  Taeil Hyung!" Minho called happily when he saw the two remaining Block B members enter the room.  The boys' jaw quite literally dropped when they saw SHINee.  Fortunately, Minho was too happy to take negative notice of the action.

"That surprised to see me again, huh?" he said, laughing, "seriously, you guys have NO IDEA how long it took us to find you!"

The mixture of emotions on the gang's faces might have been funny if the situation hadn't been so tense.  "Actually," Minho continued, "it was a miracle that we found you at all.  In fact, we were just about to leave Ansan when we ran into Zico!"

"'Ran into'?" the gang's leader questioned, attempting to get his fellow members to lighten up, "Minho, you and your friend here almost killed me!"

At this, all the boys in the room began laughing.  After a few more minutes of idle chatter and introductions for the other SHINee boys, the conversation drifted to more serious talk.  Then came the time that Block B was dreading.  "So. . ." Jinki said, "you're all probably wondering why we've been looking for you guys. . ."

Needless to say, the gang knew exactly why.  However, they continued their confused façade as the boys began explaining.

"So you see," Minho said, "we started looking for you because other than S.M., Ice Princess only has connections with you guys.  I figured if we could find you, we could find some kind of a lead on her.  So. . . can you help us?  Have you seen Ice Princess?  Please tell me."

Block B had reached an ultimatum.  Now they knew the whole story, and now they were forced to make a choice.  Minho and Yuki were both very close to the gang, but they were on opposing sides.  Minho desparately wanted to find out about Yuki's whereabouts, but Yuki didn't want to be found.  What the are we supposed to do? Zico thought.  

"Um. . . guys?" Minho said, breaking the boys out of their internal debates.  Finally, the leader of the gang reached a decision.

". . . No man," he said, "I'm sorry.  We haven't seen her and she hasn't contacted us at all."

Minho's heart sank at the news.  The SHINee boys looked at the ground hopelessly.  This was the ONE lead they had. . . 

and it was useless.

Block B's faces fell as the looks at their friends' faces.  They felt terrible. . . but at the same time, Yuki had come to them first.

"Oh. . ." Jinki said, "okay then. . . sorry we took up so much of your time.  We should probably get going now."

"Wait!" B-Bomb suddenly said.  The other boys turned to him in surprise.  "Minho," he said, "don't you want to check out our digs, first?  This IS the first time you've come to our house, after all."  The poor boy just wanted to make his friend feel a little bit better.

Minho smiled just a little bit.  "Yeah. . . why not?  That's okay, right guys?" he asked, turning to his team mates.  The other boys smiled.

"Of course," they chorused.

B-Bomb hadn't realized that Yuki was still inside the house.

But it was too late.  "Uhh. . . cool!" P.O. said, "we'll show you around down here!  Kyung Hyung, Taeil Hyung, why don't you guys clean up upstairs while we do that?"

Kyung and Taeil nodded, immediately catching on to the plan.  They smiled at SHINee briefly before heading up the stairs.  They quickly ran down to Yuki's room and opened the door, only to find a frozen Yuki standing behind it.

They're HERE, she thought, they managed to find this house.  They tracked me down.  After that, only one thought registered.

I have to get out of here.

Taeil and Kyung saw the look in Yuki eyes change a millisecond before hell broke loose.

CRASH!

"What the hell was that?!" Jonghyun questioned at the sound of the resounding crash.

"It sounded like it came from upstairs," Taemin said, "let's go!"

"Wait!" Zico shouted.  The SHINee boys stopped at once.  

"What do you mean, 'wait'?!" Key demanded, "Kyung and Taeil-ssi sound like they're in trouble!"

"The boys like to rough house," Jaehyo said smoothly, "it happens all the time."

"!  STOP!" 

"That doesn't sound like rough housing to me," Minho said.  In the next second, all 5 SHINee boys had rushed out of the kitchen.

"," B-Bomb cursed as he and the other Block B members ran after SHINee.  

Minho pulled the gun out of the waist of his jeans as he ran up the stairs.  He didn't think twice before kicking open the only closed door on the second floor.

"EVERYONE, FREEZE!" he shouted, pointing the gun in the room.  The rest of the SHINee boys followed in directly after Minho, taking their standard defensive/offensive position.  Taemin in the rear, Jonghyun and Key slightly ahead of him, back to back, and Jinki acted as a flank.  Minho was the spearpoint of the diamond, farthest ahead of his teammates.  Had Yuki been present, she would have stood shoulder to shoulder with Minho, gun pointed at the immediate, visible threat.

The five boys, who initially held fierce, brave looks when they entered the room, were now frowning in confusion.  Block B who came pounding in after the boys, also stopped dead.  Their jaws quite literally dropped and they all thought the same thing at once.

What.

The.

.

Kyung and Taeil lay sprawled on the floor, grinning sheepishly at their friends.  "Hey guys," Kyung said, "what's going on?"

"Are we under arrest or something?" Taeil chuckled nervously, staring at the guns in SHINee's hands.

Minho cocked his head to the side in confusion.  "But. . . but. . . I heard a banging. . . and someone shouted. . ."

Kyung and Taeil forced out a laugh.  "Sorry about that!" Kyung said, "Hyung and I got into an argument about who should clean what upstairs and we ended up fighting for it."  The light bulb switched on in Zico's head.

"AGAIN, guys?!" he said, chuckling in exasperation, "this is like, the fourth time in the past month!"

Taeil shrugged his shoulders and gave the gang leader a lopsided smile.  "What are you gonna do?" he laughed, "I just don't like cleaning." 

All of Block B began laughing.  The SHINee boys eventually relaxed and began laughing as well.  Jaehyo took the opportunity to lure the boys back downstairs.  Taeil and Kyung stood up and followed them.

Meanwhile, Yuki was sitting in her closet, her head spinning.  If SHINee had managed to track her this far. . . Soo Man must not be far away either.

I have to get out of here as soon as possible.

The clock is still ticking~  SHINee's finally picked up the trail and Yuki doesn't seem to happy about it.  

Will the boys manage to track her down before it's too late? :O

Will Block B manage to keep their promise to Yuki and not reveal her?

Will the Minki couple EVER get back together?

Will the author ever STOP TEASING her lovely readers with these almost-meetings between Minki?!
