“Oh my God, Taemin, what happened?” Jieun shouted in worries when she opened the door late at night and found Taemin carrying the unconscious Juliette on his shoulder.

Minho ran to check what happened and was surprised, too. “What happened to Juliette?”

Taemin entered and went inside the house, putting Juliette on the couch while she’s dead sleeping. “She’s such a headache!” He said in annoyance and sat on the other side to rest for a while.

“Jooyoungie?” Jieun sat beside and shook Juliette’s shoulder. “She smelled like alcohol.” She looked at Taemin with sharp eyes, “Lee Taemin, what did you do to my sister?” She asked.

“Oh no, I didn’t do a thing!” He shouted in defense. “I saw her dancing wildly in the club and I quickly took her because she’s so crazy!” He explained.

“Club?” Minho and Jieun uttered in surprise. “Where’s her assistant? Why did she go there alone?!” Jieun was so worried about her sister.

“She probably sneaked out.” Minho uttered as he rubbed his chin. “How about you, Taeminnie… what were you doing in the club? Why did you see her there?”

Taemin was caught in the act. He was speechless and guessed that he has no escape into his hyung’s eyes. “You went there, right? Where’s the manager? Don’t tell me you sneaked out, too?” Taemin nodded and Minho let out a loud “tsk.” “You kids, why are you such headaches?!” Minho yelled over Taemin.

“It’s okay, Minho. If Taemin didn’t go there then I don’t know what will happen to Juliette.”

“The club is filled with people who like to take advantage of others. Juliette should not go to such place often since she went back to Korea after 10 years. Things have definitely changed.” Minho suggested.

“That girl needs some guidance.” Taemin uttered. “I saw her dancing wildly in the center. Guys were all around her and they’re already taking advantage but she didn’t care.” Taemin looked at Juliette disgustingly. “I’m sorry, Jieun… but can you handle her properly in her stay here? She looks like someone who will always get into trouble.”

“Taemin-ah.” Minho called his attention to stop him.

“I’m just saying the truth.” Taemin stood up and looked at his watch. “Instead of enjoying… that troublesome girl ruined my night. Aish.” He shook his head and was about to go when Minho stopped him.

“It’s late, Taemin-ah. Go home tomorrow.” He said.

“Fine.” Taemin said and stubbornly went upstairs to occupy the only guestroom available.

“Taemin-ah, we’ll let Juliette sleep there!” Jieun shouted.

“Let her sleep there! I’ll occupy this room!” He said and slammed closed the door.

For that night, Minho and Jieun had to sleep separately because they made Juliette share a bed with Jieun.

Juliette frowned as she felt the lining of pain on her head. She’s having a hangover. She tried to sit down but pain arises and she had to lie back to the bed again.

“. My head.” She uttered and held her temple to gently massage it.

15 minutes later and she was able to stand properly. She looked around and learned she’s not in her own room.

She started to panic. Did something happen? Oh crap. She doesn’t remember anything from last night. The last time she remembered was…

Seeing Taemin’s face…

Taemin-oppa? He was there last night? And he was the last person that I saw, and now I’m in this room. Whose room is this? Oh my God, did something happen to me?

She was in the middle of panicking when Jieun opened the door. “You’re awake. Let’s eat breakfast. Food is waiting.” She said in a cold expression.

Juliette followed and went downstairs only to realize there’s Taemin sitting at the table with them.

“Where were you last night?” Jieun said in between silence. Juliette looked at her and was doubtful of telling her what she did. “Taemin saw you in a club. Why are you there?”

“Just… just having fun, unnie.”

“I told you your life in California will be different to your life here in Korea.” Jieun said seriously. Juliette started to bow her head down as she knows this will be a scold from unnie. “I understand your way of living, Jooyoung, but I want you to know umma asked me to take care of you. Now that you’re with me I think I have the right to know and tell what’s right and what’s not for you, so I’m hoping you would listen to me. I told you you’re not allowed to go to those places. I’m allowing you to go shopping however you like it, but when it comes to your safety, that’s what I cared about the most.”

“But unnie… I was taking care of myself. I know my limitations.” She defended.

“How far can you go then?” Taemin uttered mockingly.

“Taemin-ah.” Minho called out. He shut up.

“If you know what you’re doing then can you tell me how you got in here last night?” Jieun asked. Juliette bit her lower lip.

“2 weeks from now I’ll enter a university. I was just thinking of spending the rest of my vacation wisely.” Again, Juliette defended.

“You won’t listen to me, then?” Jieun uttered. “I’ve been telling things that can do good to you, I wonder why you’re starting to take my words for granted. Is this the real Jooyoung? I thought my sibling was that sweet and bubbly Jooyoung?”

“I’m sorry, unnie.” She said in apology.
