The flight from Korea to LA has been smooth but the people on board are frantic not because of possible turbulence but because of the possible loss of someone who has become a part of their life..

LUHAN’S POV

“Luhan hyung, calm down man. We will find him, arasso?” Sehun held my hand as we sat beside each other on the plane.. Among everyone else, this big kid on my right who I consider my own dongsaeng is the only one who can soothe my weary soul.

Scratch that, it’s not just Sehunnie but my bestfriend Soongyu too who is ironically the cause of my dilemma right now. Aish, Lee Soongyu I will find you even when it means that I have to go to the depths of hell.

We landed at daytime in LAX and I don’t know how or why but with the news that students from SM High are going in the US, people started to gather in the airport. I am not boasting but students in our school are seriously famous especially that our school is owned by none other than the CEO of Asia’s Idol Factory.

But I don’t have time to discuss all that right? We came here to take that shorty back home! Home means Korea! Home means SM High. Home means in my heart!!! Oh shoot anonymous, don’t mind the latter part.

“Whew thank goodness that there are security who helped us or else we cannot get out of the airport alive” Xiumin said as we ride on our vehicle

“Yeah right” Kai added

“Where do we go from here?” Lay asked with a worried tone

I looked at him then on my phone which bore Soongyu’s picture, honestly I myself don’t know

“We should have asked Dr. Kim, he knows all the information of every student right?” Chen suggested

“But how can we do that? We don’t even have his international phone number” Tao added

I listened quietly on their conversation then Sehun patted my hand and gave me an encouraging smile which I returned back

“I have my noona’s  phone number, maybe she can give us Dr. Kim’s” Suho said

After a phone call we learned that Soongyu’s family lives in Beverly Hills.

“Beverly hills’?!”

“Yeah, that’s what Dr. Kim said” Suho answered

“So he’s really from a rich family?” Chanyeol asked

“Yeah, seems like that..”

“Let’s go there and not waste our time” I said

Together with the girls, Sunny spent her afternoon shopping in Rodeo Drive which is located at the city’s “Golden Triangle” and is known to be a haven for anyone who has a passion for fashion.

They were sitting comfortably inside the Armani store while waiting for Hyoyeon and Sooyoung who are choosing dresses on the other aisle.

“Really my Sunshine, you can stay with the boys until graduation” Tiffany keeps on saying after Sunny told them her decision after what her brothers have told her

“It’s not like there will be a big change anyway, our SoNE’s are supportive of you going abroad for schooling and you can go back here anytime you want especially like our performance at the David letterman show or the R.Kelly show.” Yuri added

“Yeah right, Seohyunnie is busy with her schooling but see, she can join us like what you are doing now.” Jessica chimed in, “You can go here for practice or training when you need to. kk. Knowing that your family owns a private plane is not that difficult babe”

“Don’t you guys want me to be here?” Sunny asked

“Of course we do!”

“Then why do you keep on pushing me back to Korea”

“Because we all know that you want to unnie” Yoona said

“But my mission there is done already; I can continue my usual life here now.”

“But is that what you want?” Taeyeon turned Sunnys’ face so she could look directly on her eyes

“That’s what I have said before”

“But are you happy?” Sooyoung joined the girls after she and Hyoyeon have paid for their dresses

“What do you mean? Of course I am happy, I am happy to be with you girls. I am happy to be back to my normal life”

“The look in your eyes says the other way round though unnie” Seohyun pointed out

“Sunny ah, dear sunbuns.. Your life is not as normal as what it used to be..” Hyoyeon said

“Come on girls, let’s go for a snack and we’ll talk this over, the people are starting to look at us” Taeyeon said

Inside the restaurant, while the girls are waiting for their food, Sunny went to the toilet when she noticed that Suho is calling her.

Though she cancels everyone’s phone call after she told them that she’s not coming back, to the guardian, it’s different. He has become her confidante and savior during her stay in SM High so she decided to answer his call. Besides, she actually changed her mobile number that is why she wonders how he got it.

“Hello, Sunny ah.. is that you?” he whispered on the other line

“Yeah. It’s me oppa.. why are you whispering?”

“Because I am with the other guys right now”

“Chinja?”

“Yes. And I know you don’t want them to know that I am talking to you..”

“Omo. Kamsahamnida oppa”

“Where are you?”

“Me?”

“Yes. Of course you!”

“I’m shopping in Rodeo Drive with the girls”

“Good. Take care” he said then hung up

“Huh? Oppa? Oppa? Aish.”

“Guys, why don’t we try to look for him on the shopping districts” Suho suggested on the car

“Why the shopping district? Why not go to his subdivision once and for all?!” Luhan asked annoyed

“I think it’s better if we follow Suho’s suggestion.. “ D.O. answered

“Are you sure about this D.O.?” Chanyeol asked

“I have a strong feeling that Suho is right”

“And I have a strong feeling that if we didn’t find him today, I will kill all of you”

“Ya Luhan what’s with that foul mouth?!” Baekhyun reprimanded

“Guys. Guys. Let’s not argue” Suho said, “Let’s look first at the infamous Rodeo Drive..”

“Sounds like a plan. We can go shopping at the same time!” Tao exclaimed

They all decided to take a walk as soon as they have arrived at Rodeo Drive and check on all the possible shops where Sunny could be..

They formed teams and separated so they could easily find him..

Suho decided to go alone, and prayed that he would find Sunny first. He knew that he should have told her that they are in LA so she could change in her usual man’s apparel but the problem is Sunny could be stubborn. Maybe instead of changing, she will go to only-God-knows-where and won’t answer her phone anymore just to stay away from them.

Luhan and Sehun are the partners and they didn’t let any shop pass without them checking inside.

“Isn’t that Soongyu?” Luhan squinted his eye on the restaurant where there are 9 girls

“I don’t know. My vision is quiet blurry but hyung, all I can see is that they are all wearing dresses. Does Soongyu hyung wears a dress?”

“Huh? Not that I know, let’s go check then”

“Aish hyung, don’t be stupid. We will just waste our time if we go there, let’s check other places shall we?” Sehun said dismissing the idea since he knew how absurd for a full-pledged guy to wear a dress

“Right. He’s not a cross-dresser right?”

“Of course he’s not. Aish. Get your mind straight Luhan hyung!”

Unknown to them, Suho is following them making sure that Luhan won’t find Sunny. After the two walked away, he removed the newspaper that is covering him then stood up from the bench where he is sitting and looked on the direction where Luhan has spotted the REAL SUNNY..

“Gotcha.” He mumbled then walked briskly until he got inside the restaurant

“Sunny.. don’t listen to them. We know that you are their sister but you have your own discretion too..” Taeyeon said

“Yeah, don’t listen to them.. Come back with me.” Suho said from behind which caused the girls to look at him like this -à D__O

Sunny turned to look on the direction of the familiar voice then covered as she gasped, “Suho oppa…”

“Annyeonghasaeyo. Suho imnida. I am the Guardian of your friend in SM High. Sorry to disturb you but if you would just give me the permission; may I kidnap her for a long while?”

“Annyeong, Son Nyeo Shi dae imnida”

“I am Kim Taeyeon, leader.. Are you sure you are her guardian?”

“Of course. And well, no need to introduce your names ladies. I am a fan”

“Then do us a favor and do take good care of her. Give her back to us on the right time and make sure that she is safe there, got it?” Jessica said

“Girls!” Sunny protested

“Sunny ah, we know that this is what you want.. You would never come to us crying like a lost 3 years old toddler last time if you really want to stay here” Sooyoung chuckled

“So uhm.. like can I take her now? She needs wardrobe make-over, we don’t want the others see her this way do we?” Suho asked

“THE OTHERS?!” Sunny shrieked

“Yeah, the others.. We all came to get you back”

“Wow.. No wonder she loves you guys.. you are so caring..” Hyoyeon admitted

“Kamsahamnida..”

“Take him now Mr. Guardian, tell the saleslady that the bill will be handled by Kwon Yuri”

“Ah. Kamsahamnida. We’ll get going now” he said and pulled Sunny from her seat. He bowed to the ladies and dragged her out with him

“Bye oppa!!!” the girls yelled and giggled at the same time

“Oppa! Where do you think are you taking me?!” she said while trying to remove his strong hand which is holding hers firmly

“I’m taking you back home.”

“But this is my home!”

“Just go with me without any more complains Sunny Lee.”

“No!” she said and managed to remove her hand from him and ran away..

Our class has started yesterday and I hate my schedule.. It will eat my social life.. T_____T
