Sm High boys arrived at exactly 6 in the evening, the prescribed time of the party at the hotel owned by Jiyeon's family where she will aslo celebrate her birthday. The boys showed their invitation cards and then proceeded to the press lounge for a few mini pictorial..

Each of them fell in line and let the press people do their jobs..while they do theirs too by showcasing their charisma

"waah, very handsome young men" Jessica said in front of all the press people, "But where is Soongyu ssi?" she said and looked around, then Sunny nervously walked in after the other SM High boys who are also invited in the party. She posed like the others did, satisfying the photographers' demand to look here and then here, then there, then here again to capture the better angles..

 (this is obiously my edit too.. hoho)

"Aigoo. dashing debonaires" Jessica then gave her a thumbs up and she ran to where the boys are waiting for her..

"Seems like our little Soongyu has captured the camera's hearts, they pictured you so long whereas they only took a few shots of us" Lay said while looking on a handheld mini mirror

"Uhm. Maybe they just didn't get the correct angle that they want from me" she shyly answered

"Hmm. maybe, but well you really are handsome in that Gucci suit" he said again

"Uhm. Thanks Lay"

"Of course it's Gucci, what more would you expect other than perfection?!" Tao butted in

"The Gucci freak is back" Chanyeol said, facepalming himself

"What did you said?!" Tao asked, about to cry

"Yah, stop that, you'll make him cry" Luhan reprimanded Chanyeol and the rest laughed

"Come on, let's find our seats" Suho said, leading and guiding them as usual..

They started to groove while making their way to their chairs as they got in, UKISS's Neverland welcomed them in while Sunny kept on looking around the place..

        

"This is what you call elegance, that is Jiyeon" Baekhyun said

"Of course she is the only daughter of Park Electronics and Kim Hotels Incorporated, what more would you expect?" Lay said while looking at the dancefloor.. 

"Indeed, they all answered"

"Soongyu ah, let's enjoy this party ne?" Tao said to her then smiled

"Yeah" she nodded

"Wow, there are a lot of girls..." Chanyeol said while looking at the big LCD screen that shows who has arrived already when Baekhyun looked at him and pretended to have accidentally stepped on his shoes when in fact he really means it, "Ouch"

"oops, I'm sorry Channie"

"What's taking it so long to begin?" Xiumin asked while looking at his watch

"The main character hasn't arrived yet" Chen whispered to him

"Aishh..."

"look, the ladies arrived" Suho pointed at the LCD screed and there, the four gorgeous ladies of B5 arrived, 

  

"Wow, they really are precious beauties" Luhan said while sipping champaigne

"Absolutely," Chanyeol answered

BAekhyun was about to take Chanyeol's attention off from the girls again when he saw Sulli and instead like the others, he stared at her'till her picture vanished from the screen and they emerged from the door..

"Suho, where do you think are you looking? kk" Chen commented when he saw Suho looking at the direction of Hyo rin's chest

"Do I smell a byuntae?" Sunny added to the teasing

"ya!!! I am just looking at the... at the.."

"At the what?" they all asked

"At the food.." he said, sweat trickling down his nape

"Aah.. hungry eh?" Lay and Tao said

"Kinda" But behind him, the others are taking his answer on a different level, mature level to be exact..

The 4 girls went to the stage and together, they greeted everyone who has attended Jiyeon's party and said that in less than a minute, they will all see the birthday girl together with her partner..

While they were talking on the stage, Luhan excused himself from the others upon receiving a msg from his dongsaeng,

Hyung, meet us outside. aigoo. why does it have to be so many photographers? My eyes are blurry already. -Kai

"Ladies and getlemen, I give you the birthday celebartor and her handsome partner, Park Jiyeon and Kris Wu"

All eyes traveled on the staircase and everybody whispered on how good they look good together and how beautiful Jiyeon is..

"She is like a goddess..."

"Oh my.. do you think they are dating?'

"They should go on a date..."

"He is very handsome..."

"They look like newly weds couple with their matching white outfits..."

Kris and Jiyeon walked down from the staircase and greeted the guests who has come to the party while Sunny bit her lip, trying to control her emotion as a feeling of envy is building up on her..

"Isn't she so pretty?" Lay asked at her while eating some chips that were placed on their table

"Yeah." she said, eyes fixed on Kris

 

Unknown to Sunny, Suho went to Heechul and Jessica and they were all observing her every move..

 

"Good evening everyone. I would like to thank you all for coming to my birthday party.. But most of all I would like to thank my parents, CEO Park and Madam Kim to others but Daddy and Mommy to me for making this possible, without you I am nothing... ["awwwhhh..." murmurs from the crowd] next, to my bestfriends, Big 5, hey girls Hyo rin, Nana, Sulli and Krystal, you know I love you right? and of course to my partner, Kris oppa, *looks at kris and smiles sweetly* thank you very much for gracing this event, especially for being my partner. That's all. Enjoy the night...toodles!!!"

 

After Jiyeon's speech, everything proceeded again and Live High by Jason Mraz began playing..

Sunny and the others ate to their hearts' content while Luhan is having a chitchat with Kai and Sehun outside when the three of them decided to go in..

"Guys, look who's with me" Luhan said then the two waved at the other boys on the table 

Kai removed his hat and gave the guys his infamous smirk and said, "Hey hyungs", while Sehun absentmindedly waved at them but looks on his brother's direction

"Hey boys, have a seat" Suho said offering the available seats to the newcomers, unfortunately Sehun sat beside Sunny, he looked at her and she gave him a small nod, thinking if he can still remember her but Sehun quickly looked away from her when he realized that she is sitting in between him and Luhan..

"Hyung, can we sit together?" Sehun said looking at Luhan, ignoring Sunny as if she don't exist while Kai was totally being infected by Chanyeol's happy virus

"Uhm." Luhan said then looked at Sunny

"It's Okay, go on.." she said then stood up and pulled Luhan to stand too but he refused,

"No, I think this is better, Sehunnie, meet our new friend Soongyu" Luhan said which caught Kai's attention and looked to the direction of Luhan, Sunny and Sehun

"Isn't he the giant's apprentice?" he said

"Yah. Kim Jong In watch your mouth" Luhan said

"Why? I'm right, right?" the chatting on their tables stopped and the boys looked at them

"He is also our friend" Tao muttered

"I wonder why you are with that giant, pitying him?" Kai asked again

"Kai, stop it" Sehun said

"Waeyo?"

"Just stop it!" Sehun said then rised on his seat and left the others shocked

"I didn't do anything." Kai raised his hands, "Listen Soongyu hyung, yeah let me call you hyung. I'm sorry if I look like I am bullying you. But look, I am challenging you, see the attitude of Sehunnie? I want you to change that"

"Huh?" Sunny asked bewildered

"Yah, what the heck are you talking about?" Chanyeol asked

"Isn't Sehun normal?" Baekhyun asked

"See, he is only cheerful when he is around us, but when he saw the giant, everything changes.."

"But you are also the same." D.O. added, "You also change when Kris is around"

"Tsk. Fine, point taken, so I challenge you Soongyu hyung, you change us three and get us back to the real us, I don't know how or why but if you can do that then you are welcome to the family"

"But she is already a family!" Tao, lay, Chen and Xiumin said in unison

"For you yeah, but what about me and Sehun?"

"Kai, aren't you being selfish?" Luhan said

"Ani hyung, If he can make him play again, if he can turn him back to THE REAL KRIS HYUNG that I know then everything is settled right? But if not, go back to where you have come from, I don't want you lingering with my hyungs!"

"Shut up Kai! That's rude!" Luhan said, trying to holld his temper

"I'll take your challenge! Anyway it's the reason why I came here!" Sunny managed to say

"Huh?!" everybody looked at her and gasped

"I came here to make him play again, I am an ardent fan of him from America and that is the main reason why I came here. To get him back in the court"

"Then the deal is done.... hyung" kai smirked and got up and went to the dance floor and danced as Neyo's One in a million plays

 

Outside, Sehun is sitting on the hotel's pool area while sipping a red wine when a hand tapped his shoulder..

"Get your filthy hand off me" he said

"Wow, you haven't changed at all. still mean as ever" a familiar voice said

"Are you trying to give me a cake again?" he said, not daring to look at her

"And why on earth would I do that?" she said a light chuckle leaving

"I wonder how come you were invited here, you don't even belong here" he said, smirked sip again

"Well, things change dramatically sometimes" she said

"Will you just...." he gulped his wine at once feeling his irritation doubled at her presence when he turned to look at her and he lost his words when he saw her...

"What? Where is your foul mouth Sehun?" Krystal said, flashing him a sweet and yet wicked smile

"Who are you?" he said

"Oh, one minute you are talkingto me the same way you treat me back thenh and now you will talk to me softly asking me who I am.. haha, what happened?" she asked

"Jung Soojung..." 

"Yeah. You got it right, But I am no longer called Soojung now, KRYSTAL. That's who I am, so you are right to ask my name. I became Krystal after you have threw me away. You know what Sehun? What is precious is sometimes invisible to the eyes.. "

"Huh. So you thought you became precious now? Excuse me but I don't have to waste my time with a trash like you. A trash will always be a trash no matter how many times you try to change it. So how much did you spend for a plastic surgery"

*Slaps*

"How dare you?! Yeah, I have been a trash before when I let myself to fall for someone like you! But now?! I realized that I am better off without you, and just to tell you, I didn't spend anything to be like this. All I need are real people who are willing to accept and help me, and you are not one of them you stupid crazy Thehun!!!!"

 Krystal ran away, tears falling down her rosy cheeks, leaving Sehun dumbfounded when she bumped a harder than rock chest..

"Hey, watch where you are going" he said

"Mianhae.." she said and tried to ran away but tripped herself when her heel broke and fell on the floor

"Oh sht!. Miss, are you OK?" Kai asked and tried to help her up

"I-I am" she said and tried to walk off again as soon as she stood up but in the end, she fell again, "Ouch..."

"Look, you are not. let me help you" he said

"no. please carry on what you are doing, don't mind an ugly person like me" 

"Look at me" he said and kneeled down to her level then tilted her head to make her lookk at him, "Oh my God, How can someone be so beautiful?" he said to himself, feeling his heartbeat picking pace as he stared into her tear-filled eyes

"I'm sorry, I'm so clumsy" she said, "Krystal, where is your strength? Where is the Krystal that you used to know before you saw Sehun again?!" she said to herself as she balls her fist trying to control the pain she feels inside and out

"Let me help you, I'll take you to the hospital, I'll just send a msg to my friend" he said then he texted Sehun that he will be going elsewhere then carried Krystal to his car and drove to the hospital.

Inside the ballroom hall, Sunny was trying her best to keep herself composed as she looks at the only couple who are dancing sweetly on the dancefloor..

Jiyeon feels like she is the only girl in the world with all eyes focused on her as she glides in the dancefloor in the arms of the man she's been dreaming to live with..

"Kris oppa.." she said, whispering on his ear but he only stared at her with eyes telling her to continue whatever she wants to say, "Gomawo.." she said then kissed his cheeks. 

Kris got surprised with her action and slowly stopped from dancing then pulls away from her but the crowd didn't notice the commotion since he stopped at the exact time that 98 Degrees' I Do Cherish You ended..

"Soongyu ah, wanna dance?" Luhan asked her 

"You mean you and me?" 

"Yeah why not? Look at Baek, he's already dragging Chan on the dacefloor" he said pointing at the two

"I think I'll pass" she said

"Awh. waeyo? are you still thinking of Kai's challenge, well don't mind him. No matter what he said you will always be a part of our family." he said

"Excuse me.. but I hope you don't mind if I'll borrow him with you?" Jessica said cutting their conversation..
