The van stopped in front of your home. The door opened and they all straightened up.

But to their dismay, Jonghyun got out first. “Careful.” He held out his hand and you took it. You hopped out and almost slipped on the asphalt. “Whoops!” Jonghyun quickly caught your waist before you could hit the ground.

“STAH!” Sehun’s voice came out muffled through Kai’s hand. Kai’s eyebrows were furrowed as he watched Jonghyun hold you. Chanyeol’s eyebrow almost twitched off his face. *STUPID, LITTLE HUMAN! I WILL DESTROY YOU!* Baekhyun felt a twinge of jealousy and pain in his heart.

Jonghyun smiled down at you, “Did anyone ever tell you that you’re clumsy?” You turned a deep shade of amber and straightened up, “Yeah, one or two people…” You scratched your head and looked up at your lighted house *They’ll be awake, right?*

“Here you go. Don’t forget your flowers.” Jonghyun handed the bouquet to you.

“Thanks.” You gratefully took it. Suho frowned *He bought her flowers? But that’s my job…*

“So…” You peeked up at Jonghyun. He smiled and held his hand out, “It was great spending time with you. I had a lot of fun.” Your shoulders slightly fell in dismay as you realized this was the goodbye. You took his hand and nodded, “Same here.”

Jonghyun didn’t let go. Instead he asked, “Do you want me to sing you a lullaby?”

You blinked in surprise, “A-a lullaby? You would…sing for me?”

His eyes twinkled, “I would sing for my date.” Then he began to sing ‘baby baby’ by 4men.

Your heart instantly started to melt. *Ohmygod. Kim Jonghyun is singing FOR ME!*

Baekhyun saw the smitten expression on your face and his own heart started to deflate bit by bit. *She looks so happy to hear him sing. If she would give me the chance, I would sing for her, too.*

Jonghyun finished singing and you clapped, “Best lullaby ever.”

D.O. pretended to mock you then rolled his eyes *Yeah makes you want to fall RIGHT ASLEEP! HMPF!*

“I guess this is it.” You attempted a happy smile.

“Yeah, good night, Haebin. I hope to see you at my other concerts.” He shook your hand.

“I hope so, too.” You whispered.

Suddenly Jonghyun ducked his head and kissed the back of your hand. That knocked the breath right out of you.

Chanyeol stormed towards the gate *I’LL RIP HIS HEAD OFF!* Suho, D.O., and Sehun had to hold him back while Baekhyun covered his mouth. “Let’s go in!” Baekhyun hissed. They nodded in agreement and dragged Chanyeol back into the house. Kai furrowed his eyebrows in distaste and grudgingly went inside.

You stared at Jonghyun who gave you a sweet smile, “Sweet dreams, Haebin. I was glad that I picked you as my date.” “M-me, too.” You blushed furiously. With a last wave, Jonghyun was gone.

Deeply sighing in  content you entered your gates. Right when you came inside your home, you started squealing and jumping up and down. Suho, Sehun, D.O., and Baekhyun gaped at you. Kai shook his head and rolled his eyes. Chanyeol was nowhere to be seen.

You didn’t notice but just jumped up and down. “Did…you have fun, Star?” Suho asked.
