It Saturday night and I am sitting under the open sky, alone. Actually, all my friends already arrive to their dreamland, leaving me wide awake here. Honestly, I didn’t mind because there is something inside of me wanting to feels the peace the night bring. Something that the city couldn’t give.

Since we decided to go camping as our mini reunion, I know that I shouldn’t let this opportunity slip. Thankfully that I still wide awake to enjoy this moment without have to force myself to be awake.

“Hey, can’t sleep?” a voice greet me from my back.

It is Kyungsoo. I doesn’t have to turn around to look at him as I knewbhis voive very well. How? Well, I’ve been crushing on him for some quite of time. Honestly, I still does and I didn’t know when it will stop. Perhaps, it is until he marry. Until then, I’m going to love him in secret.

“Yeah, you too?” I say and look at him standing beside me. My heart beating a bit faster knowing that he stand closer to me. I just hope that he didn’t hear my heartbeat because that would be embarrassing.

“Yeah, maybe it’s because I take too much caffeine before. Mind if I join you?” he say and pointing to the empty space beside me. Actually, the log I currently sitting is the only place to sit on this beach. Beside the sand, of course.

I can feel myself getting warm. I didn’t know whether it because of him or because of the fire in front of us. I look at the night sky and I know that he did too. Even though it not much of conversation between us but I can feel the comfortable it bring with the situation. Me, him and millions of stars decorating the sky. I wish he does feel the same too.
