Prompt : I just want to sleep

Clock strikes twelve o'clock and it's my birthday. Unfortunately for me, I have to work extra hours today because they were short in hand in the restaurant. I wasn't planning on working late but my boss keep begging me to cover the shortage due to the emergency leave of some staffs. To be honest, I already have a plan for the next morning but seeing my boss, who is kind towards me, I couldn't reject it. Besides, you can say that I'm close to her because I'm one of the earlier staffs that working in the restaurant.

I take a taxi and only arrived at home when the clock strike 3 o'clock in the morning. I enter my room and drop everything wherever I can and went straight to the shower. After a fast shower, I put my cloths on and went to dreamland as soon as I land on my comfy bed, not planning on putting my stuff back to it place. Besides, I got two days off, minus this day.

"Wake up Jihyo." A woman says after a few minutes I'm into my sleep. At least that what I think of. 

I know the voice. In fact, she is someone important to me. It's my mum. However, I didn't know whether it's only my dream or it is really her who was trying to wake me up from my slumber, for an unknown reasons. I decided to go with the first option and stir a bit just to find a much more comfortable position to continue my sleep. 

“Wake up Jihyo-ah. You’re already late for work.” she says again but this time, she decided to shake my body. I only groan as a respond and went back to sleep, which is something that I really need at this moment. 

“I’m serious Jihyo. You’re late. Wake up now or you going to regret sleeping some more minutes.” she says, giving me the warning. I groan, scolding myself for forgotten to let her know that I'm off. 

“I’m off today.” I say and turn to my side, facing the opposite side of her. I hug a pillow besides me and and buried my face onto it. 

“Are you? Are you sure?” she says, wanting my confirmation, which I reply with a hum, too sleepy to say a word. 

“Can you wake up? I need help me in the kitchen” she say and sit closer to me. I can feel her weight on my bed. 

“You want me to burn the kitchen?” I say with a soft voice, still
