Lisa's life however had kept going as bummed out as she was that she couldn't meet Bambam she reminded herself to always remember her place. Just a fan, not even a friend or acquaintance, and nothing more.

She would be lying however if she said that picture with Bambam and Mina didn't sting. It confused her since so many people, and even she at first thought or assumed, it was fake but their agency said it was real. To her the picture still looked fake but whether it was or wasn't it still stung but she smiled sadly anyway, telling herself if its real or not didn't matter. If they were dating she would be happy for Bambam. 

Ten however had told her a few days later that Bambam was just friends with her. He didn't disclose if the picture was real or fake because, as he said though she wasn't too sure she believed him, Bambam hadn't told him either. In fact he said Bambam had kept his lips shut about the whole scandal and even with Ten pretended like it never happened. 

She would be lying if she said she wasn't ecstatic to learn they were just friends. 

A long while had passed. A whole month. 

Somewhere down that road Bambam had kept texting Ten, it kept in frequent contact with him, Ten says more than he ever did, he then even asked for her and Sorn's numbers. 

Lisa readily gave hers away but Sorn was a bit hesitant, Bambam had only chuckled through their video call and shrugged. "Whenever you want, I'm here." 

A few days after that is when Sorn gave her number away. 

She texted Bambam almost nonstop, she told herself it was only because he did himself. Lisa knew she was the type of person to leave someone on read because she either forgot or didn't know what to say. But Bambam always replied to her quickly which in turn made her do the same. 

Although that wasn't always the case, sometimes he really would be busy and due to the time difference sometimes he would text her while she was sleeping and she would sometimes text him while he was sleeping. In that case it became common for them to leave each other goodnight/morning texts. She knew it was something lots of couples did but just the thought of it made her blush. She always had a wondering thought in her mind if Bambam also did the same with Sorn.

She had never asked but Sorn had never said anything, then again neither had she. 

She almost pouted before continuing to bomb Bambam's phone with messages. It wasn't until she glanced at the time and saw it was exactly 12:00AM which meant it was 2:00AM in Korea. Most likely Bambam was in a meeting or practicing more dances. 

Without a second thought she began spamming his phone. 

When Bambam finally collapsed on his bed after his shower he was ready to go straight to dreamland. Until he remembered all the notifications he had for text messages. He was more than sure most if not all were from Lisa. 

Just thinking of her made him smile. He wasn't sure what it was since he had never met her in person yet but he knew she brightened up his day like no one else could, not even Yugyeom could come close.

He chuckled as he saw the random messages, scrolling down they got more demanding before she suddenly started having an entire conversation with herself, or more like arguing with herself whether plants are aual or not. She was so cute. His smile widened when he saw a total spam of birthday messages at the bottom, complete with pictures of when he was a child to now. He felt his heart squeeze before he put his phone down momentarily.

Bambam just couldn't stop smiling, he wondered what she was doing, probably sleeping. On that note he should also sleep. 

In the morning the first thing Lisa did was check her messages, laughing she texted back.

Lisa rolled her eyes but she couldn't help the butterflies that fluttered around her stomach. 

He had stopped texting her awhile ago, saying something about a photo shoot and she sent him off on his way. Soon she on her bed just scrolling through instagram, trying to avoid doing any of the work she knew she should be doing. She almost squealed when she saw he updated his instagram, she almost squealed again when he got real close. 

It wasn't until the third time she watched it she realized it had sound, when he leaned in he said something, in Korean she knew that much, she also recognized it as a word Ten had taught her, to say thanks. Sighing happily she scrolled down to see his caption, surprised he had translated it into all the languages he knew. Rolling on her back again she thought about it again. How much it bothered her that was probably only seen as a fan to him, or maybe just a friend. That word seemed sour, at least wherever Bambam was concerned. Closing her eyes she sighed and shook her head, at least she could talk to him, now she just being greedy. She's lucky to be able to have such a close bond with him. 

But what were there? They didn't seem like friends. But they didn't seem like a couple either. 

Biting her lip out of frustration she groaned and thought helplessly. 'Happy Birthday Bambam, my....my what? Sigh....my friend.
