"The house, and you found nothing in the house. You started chasing her with no probable cause, and arrested her in a private place."

"But, sir-"

"You are free to go Kim-sshi. We are sorry for this inconvenience." I smiled at him and nodded.

"Thank you, sir." He was one of us. That made my smirk even bigger. 

I walked to the door, where Mark was standing, glaring at me. I stopped and put a hand on his shoulder. 

"I hope to meet you again, but in different circumstances."

"What did you do this time?" 

"Mark Tuan, you are my mission."

Present Time 

"One ticket to Seoul please." 

"That will be 60,000 Won. The next train leaves in 15 minutes." I gave her the money I had snagged from someone's wallet and pulled my bag up higher on my shoulder. She handed me the ticket and I quickly started to walk to the train platform. I knew Tuan would have someone watching me right now. His car was following me from the main street to the station, but the only problem was that he couldn't do anything about it. 

"The weather outside is much warmer than I thought. When I moved to Korea, I thought it would be colder." I looked to my right at the person who directed their words at me. He was tall and skinny, his legs were about twice the size as mine. I would've noticed that his distinct face wasn't Korean, even if he hadn't told me. 

"Is the weather the same where you're from?" He turned to look at me this time and something sparked in my memory. I've seen that face before....

"I'm from Korea." If he was with Tuan then maybe he was another agent that I've seen. 

He sighed and crossed his arms as he tried to slow down the pace of his legs to stay with me.

"Is the weather the same above the Armistice Line as it is below it?" I let out a small breath of air, maybe even out of annoyance. He was obviously one of Tuan's men, but he was a bit annoying. I'd have to entertain myself with him for a while since he was probably following me all the way back to Seoul. 

"Yes." He seemed surprised as his eyebrows shot up and looked around to see if anyone else heard that. 

"Well, I t...Yeah. Okay, fine. I was trying to be friendly and not make this situation awkward, Mark....Yes, I was talking alou...Sorry. I'm out." A huff of laughter exited my throat and he looked down at me. 

"Are you their new trainee?" His face dropped and he stopped for a half a second. 

"You don't remember me? I hung out with you and Gyeomie a few times before you left. Mark shot you with my gun." My mind flashed back to the last memory of college and I moved my hand to my back where the scar had long formed. He was that kid that walked into the room. Oh, BamBam or something. 

"I do now, BamBam." His face lit back up again and he put his arm around my shoulders. 

"I know I'm so memorable." I shrugged it off and look up at the signs to check if I could get away from him by getting on my train.

"Don't bother trying to get away. We're going to take a trip to Seoul together. I'm actually kind of offended that you want to leave me. Honestly," I drowned him out as he kept on going with his pointless monologue. Couldn't Tuan send me a less...chatty officer? 

"Why didn't Tuan come instead of you?" 

"Hey! That hurts you know. He got took off your case by the NIS. They think he's been on it too long. We all believe that you are a spy so we're like "overthrowing" our people and monitoring you anyways. Isn't that cool? You've actually been put on suspension so the NIS think you aren't North Korean. You have some impressive fake documents too. North Korea's hella thorough."

"So if I turn Tuan in he's going to face charges? If I turn all of you in then that happens doesn't it?" 

"," I smirked to myself and a tiny voice could be heard from BamBam's ear yelling at him. 

-Someone with a loose tongue can never tame it. Keep them around as long as you can. -Officer BANG 

"Tell Tuan that I want to keep you. You have good information and I feel like he'll send Jackson." His cheeks filled with a little red tinge and I gave him a disgusted look. 

"Mark says that you should stop flirting with his officers." The laugh that came out of me was a little louder than my usual ones. 

"Tell Yi-Eun to off." 

"He says to not his officers." I scoffed.

"Tell him that I haven't even come close to doing that." 

"He says...I an not saying that to her, Mark! No, I refuse!" 

"Did he say something about that party? Because he needs to improve his, how do you people say this....He needs to improve his technique before he can call that "ing." BamBam's eyes widened and his face was now as red as a tomato. 

"I hope you heard that Mark because I am not saying that again...What do you mean "give her the"...No! It's mine first of all. Come talk to her yourself if you want to yell at each other. Wait, wait I didn't mean that literally! Mark, I swear-BOIII!" 

"Tell him to come and act civil. Every time we see each other one of us has a gun up the others ." 

"He needs to act civil?"

"You know what, I change my mind I want Jackson to be-"

"I didn't mean that! Why are you so frustrating? Mark was right about you."

"And what did he say about me?" That shut him up quickly and he never answered that question. 

"The train from Seoul to Busan leaves in five minutes. We call all passengers to enter the train and get settled." I turned to the right and stepped onto the platform, going into the compartment on the left. BamBam followed behind and I sat down in the front with only 2 seats facing a wall. 

"So....what do you want to do for the next three hours?" BamBam finally opened his mouth after the struggle of not hearing his voice got to be too much.

"Sit in silence." 

"Okay then..." He took out his phone and scrolled through the messages on his phone. My phone vibrated in my pocket and I pulled it out. 

From Mino: I'm in Seoul near your apartment. Want to meet? I miss you :(

I rolled my eyes and groaned making BamBam look at my screen. I pulled it up to my chest and glared at him. 

"Know to mind your own business boy," I growled at him and he hung his head in submission. At least he doesn't challenge me. 

To Mino: I'm on a train to Seoul from Busan. My apartment is being renovated so I'm looking for temporary places to live. I have some friends in Busan, but they don't have any room. I'll tell you when I get into Seoul, I miss you too...

"Song Mino? Like the Minister of Defence's son?" I turned and glared at him again. 

"Did I not tell you to mind your own business?!" He bowed in his seat and said sorry five times. I rolled my eyes and looked around the car. There were too many witnesses around to kill him. How I wanted to kill him. 

From Mino: Stay with me! I'll pick you up from the train station. 

I smiled at the response I wanted. I had a way to get away from Tuan and to not be monitored 24/7 for a while. 

To Mino: No! You don't want to see my face every day! Besides, I could stay at one of my co-worker's places. 

"Can I ask you a question?" My gaze snapped up to BamBam and I was about to chew him out, but the look on his face was so scared. It reminded me of Junhong when he looked at Yongg- I was acting like Yongguk. Guilt flooded into my and I tried to fight it down. 

"Um...Sure?" He seemed glad that I let him say more than five words. 

"You see how bad your country is. Why don't you defect?" His question was sincere, but it sprouted anger in me again. Defect?! Defect from the nation that was holding me down?! The nation I was born in?! The nation my brother...was...in...? 

The only reason you aren't defecting is because of Junhong. I know how to get him out.

"I don't defect because I am loyal to my country and my home. I love my home and I have pride for it. I fight for my country because it is honorable. I will try to bring honor to my country and kill anyone who is in my way. Make sure Tuan hears that."

From Minho: You have no choice. I'll be there to pick you up and take you to my place. I was going to ask you to move in anyways...See you in two and a half, Jagiya!

"That's not what Youngjae told us." I turned my whole body his way and grabbed his arm, making sure to press on a tendon. 

"What did that bastard tell you?" BamBam turned pale at my rage and he gulped. 

"He said that you had so much hatred for that country and what it did to you. There was only one reason you wouldn't defect, but he never told us what that was." 

"You shouldn't listen to traitors, they only tell lies." 

"That depends on who your traitor is."
