"For someone who's been out for days, you sure have a lot of pent-up energy," I teased as I watched TaeMin playing cards with other kid patients. "What did you do? Recharged the whole time?"

He didn't answer, instead, he was moe focused on playing, and laughing when the other kids were already losing. 

"Jagiya?" I asked worriedly, when I saw his sudden intake of breath. "Gwenchana?" I asked again, and stepped closer to his side. 

He stood up, and went to the dispenser, getting himself a glass of water. I followed closely behind

"I'm okay," he answered briefly, and put his palm on his chest. 

"Maybe we should just go upstairs," I offered. 

He glared at me, "No." 

"But darling, you need to rest," I said worriedly. Though I felt very thankful and happy, when he finally opened his eyes, I became more cautious this past few days, thinking that anytime he might faint again. The doctor even told me that if he overwork himself, it'll be worse compared than before.. that he might now wake up again. 

"I'm already well-rested," he said bitterly, and furiously sauntered out of the area. I ran towards him, and securely hooked my arm on him. 

"Okay, we won't go," I said, seeing that I may have irritated him a bit with my worriness. Feeling sour about his unhappy face, I tried to thinki of something to change his mood, "Jagiya, how about take a walk around the garden, ne?" 

Luckily, he lips curved into a smile, and happily nodded. We changed out route and went outside the garden. Since it was getting dark, there were only a few people outside. Only elders patients with their nurses or relatives can be seen walking around. 

"How are you feeling?" I asked, still worried about what happened earlier. Instead of answering, He took my hand, and placed it on his chest. Under my palm, I could feel his heart beating. I looked up to him, and he winked at me. 

Silently we walked around, under the twinkling lights. Seeing that after 2 rounfds, his breathing became slightly labored. I smartly offered to him for us to take a rest, since I was already getting tired. 

"Tired?" He asked, which seemed ironic seen I was to be the one who should asked that. But in the end I nodded. Then after a while, I felt his head, rested on my shoulder. His breathing calmed down, and I felt myself more relaxed. "Darling?" 

"Mmm?" I mumbled. 

"Let's go on a date.. tomorrow." He said, sounding so enthusiastic.

"I would love that.. but it doesn't sound like a good idea," I said. I already know how the doctor constantly reminds him to never exert himself. 

"Please?" He beseeched. "I already asked permission from the doctor, please darling? Please?" 

I grinned, hearing that he even went out of his way to ask the doctor permission made my heart jumped for joy. No matter how much I worry for him, I also missed the times when we were just a normal couple going out on dates an such. "With that begging, I don't think I could decline," I teased. "What do you want to do tomorrow?"

"Mmm. Picnik!" He said. 

"Picnik?" 

"Ne," He said excitedly, "The weather seems nice, and a picnik around the park seemed like a good idea." 

"Okay," I agreed, "A picnik it is then." I said, and I took his hand. 

I expected him to say something more, but when I heard his snoring, I hurriedly glanced at his face. His eyes were already closed and his lips were lightly parted. Even if he was getting out of his bed for the past days, I saw how thin he was becoming. His jaws were becoming more prominent, and his lips were getting paled. There was a sheen layer of sweat on his face, and his breathing became more labored again. I couldn't help but think, that his time was getting close. 

"Saranghae TaeMin," I whispered, erasing the recent thought I had, "Yeongwonhi."
