As Monday came, the scores for the finals were posted on the bulliten. I saw the board and I was surprised to see my name, was on the top list again. I felt happy inside, knowing that the sacrifices I made paid off, and I know that YoonA would be happy. So I immediately texted her.

I got the 6th rank. Thanks a lot. Saranghae noona ^_^

Then someone tapped my shoulders, "Seriously dude? Maybe I should get myself a girlfriend too." I didn't have to turn around to know that it was Seung Hyun. "Maybe dating YoonA can create miracles." He joked.

I snorted at what he said, it was partly right anyways. As a first, her age, gave me an advantage, since the things I was learning now, she already knows, so she was pretty much my tutor the whole week before finals. After that, I told him about the things YoonA said about Hara. I definitely needed some advice for this, since there were two important people I didn't want to lose. But I honestly didn't know how to be friends with Hara and at the same time not to hurt YoonA. I don't know how to keep them together.

"It's normal for YoonA to be jelaous, mainly because, you can act whatever in front of Hara, but when it comes to her, there still awkwardness between the two of you." He said.

I looked at me questioningly. I didn't were he was going, he was even looking at me, like I should probably already understood what he was trying to say. "So? What you're saying is..?" I asked him innocently. 

"Dude? You still don't get it? YoonA just wants you to let her see the real Tae Min. You know, the goofy one, the innocent one. She wants yout to be comfortable with her too." He laughed. "You may have skills and intelligence when it's school-related, but when it comes to women, you're definitely an F dude." 

I scowled at him. "Comfort? Isn't too early for that? Shouldn't we be in the awkward stage first?" 

"You forget, she isn't our age. She may be fast-paced when it comes to dating." He explained. 

I didn't answer. Again, our again differences also, and as always, has its disadvantages, and maybe one of them is our viewpoints when it comes to relationships. I sighed. Seung Hyun was right, I was an F when it comes to these things. 

Lunch came, and I was surprised to see Hara, standing outside our room. I walked towards her, but Seung Hyun rushed over towards her, giving her a high five. I looked at them curiously.

"We made up." Seung Hyun explained.

"Yea, I can see that." I smiled. 

"He apologized to me yesterday." Hara said, and punched Seung Hyun on the stomach. 

"Yes, 'cause our group also needs a nymph for a mascot." He smirked.

"Whatever you troll." She retorted. On our way tp lunch, they just kept throwing banters at each other. I didn't even wanna join since their word exchange was keeping me entertained. We passed by YoonA, I got worried, that she may give me a bad look, but instead, she gave me a smile and even waved back at me. 

The day went by ordinarily. Nothing happened much, except my classmates congratulated me, like what they did before. I replied their praises with thanks. When I got home, I saw a flashy car in front of our house. When I was already near, the car door opened and a woman stepped out from the car. She was in a pansuit and her eyes covered by sunglasses. When I reached her, she took them off, and was shocked that it was actually YoonA's umma.

I bowed, and greeted her.

She didn't say anything but instead she gave me a cold smile. She was a lot different from the last time I saw her. The warmth that I felt from her, disappeared as soon as she gave me that smile. She looked more stern. 

"So this is where you live.." She looked around. "What a shabby neighborhood." She said icily.

"Sorry, Mrs. Im. But when you come inside our house, I'm sure you'll be more comfortable." I said apologitecally.

"What? You expect me to enter that small house? Who knows what kind of viruses I might get from that place." She said, disgusted.

I apologized.

"I'm not here to visit you or whatever, I'm saying this directly to you. Stop dating my daughter." She said, with a hint of danger in her voice.

I wasn't at all surprised from what she said. Judging from the things she said earlier, it's already obvious what she was trying to say. 

"YoonA came from a prestigious family, and for her to end up in a place like this will be an embarrassment to our family. I know you're a smart boy, so you should know by now, the status you have compared to our family." She continued.

I didn't look at her directly the whole time she was speaking, instead I was diverting my stare behind her. Her eyes were like daggers when she spoke, when I caught a glimpsed of it. 

"How much should I pay you just for you to stop this mess?" She said, already opening her check book.

"Sorry, ahjumma, but, my answer is no. I won't stop dating your daughter. That decision only lies between the two of us, not by some outside forces." I said. "It seems like you wasted time, coming here, just to only say that." I bowed, and started to walk towards our house.

"You will regret what you did Lee Tae Min." She said angrily, and quickly rode her car and ride away.

I look at her car as it goes, I sighed. It seems I'm in for a bumpy ride. I just hope nothing will happen between YoonA and me.
