If love is tangible through taste and smell, its aroma would fill the air tonight. The saying, “Love is in the air” rings true as young men and women mingled in the crowd, many hoping they would meet that special someone tonight. Kim Jaejoong grabbed a bottle of champagne and sat on the sand barefooted. He stared wistfully at the endless ocean and wish that he was somewhere else. Taeyeon grinned widely as Jiyong held her hand and led her out of his car. She took in the crowd’s surprise gasps and smiled smugly. Yes, he’s still mine! She wanted to shout out but managed to hold in her gleefulness. Always a lady first, Taeyeon smiled warmly to close friends and nodded politely to acquaintances. She noticed envious glares from a group of young socialites. Taeyeon knew most of the female were disappointed that she came with Jiyong tonight. There were rumours of him being off the market, but tonight by virtue of appearing together, the rumours were now deemed as truth. She pulled Jiyong closer to her and whispered in his ear,

“Everyone’s staring.”

“Because you look stunning.” He replied smoothly. He always knew exactly what to say to make her feel better. Taeyeon’s eyes lit up and she leaned in to kiss him on the lips. She heard someone snickered,

“What a show-off”

“Are they really back together?”

Despite the snide comments, Taeyeon maintained a cool composure and had a fake smile plastered on her face. She was not going to stoop to their vicious level. Taeyeon breathed a quick sigh of relief when she saw some of her close high school friends. A few came over and hugged her. Jiyong let go of her hand and asked,

“Want anything to drink?” She nodded. She watched him pushed through the crowd and felt suddenly lonely. He’s still
