“I know how it would end. You’re getting too predictable. Try again.”

“I just realized that I can’t li-”

“Nope. Cheesy. Try again.”

“Okay..,” Seunghyun scratched his head and start over, “No matter how far I go, my heart will al-”

Jiyong shook his head. “Also cheesy. Try again.”

“I haven’t even finished yet.” Seunghyun whined, fiddling with the hem of his jacket.

“I know how it would end. You’re getting too predictable. Try again.”

Seunghyun sighed. “I don’t know what else to say.”

“Come on. You can do it. Give it another try.” Jiyong encouraged with a gummy smile.

“Fine..” Seunghyun pulled out a familiar box, “Since I don’t know what to say without being cheesy, so..”

He opened the box and took out the ornament; a bracelet. Jiyong smiles wider and bit on his lip at the sight of the blue beads bound by an elastic thread.

“Wear it,” Seunghyun slid the bracelet onto Jiyong’s left hand, “And don’t ever take it off this time.”

“I won’t. I promise.” And Jiyong sealed that promise with a kiss. “Still cheesy, but I love it.”
