~Changmin~

"Changmin ah~~.. You're not hungry?" Mom asked me

I didn't answer and kept looking outside the window as mom was trying to make me eat the food she had brought for me

I was lying in my hospitalroom, waiting for a miracle to happen, but at the moment, everything seemed to be so dark.

Eunmi had been in coma for the last 2 days and there was still no reaction from her and she hadn't made any progress at all . Not even a single reaction.. not a sound.

Everytime I was visiting her, it was always the same beeping sound and the noise from her oxygen mask.

I couldn't even hear her breathing..

"Oppa.. please eat some.." My sister said

I sighed and looked at her

"Mianhe~~" I apologized

Mom shook her head while crying

"Gwenchana.. I understand you're worried about her" Mom said

"Seems like a good girl..Son" Dad said

I nodded

"She's my everything" I mumbled while I took some kimbap and ate it slowly

Mom had made a lot of kimbap today since she knew that it was my favourite dish.. and also.. she was afraid of loosing time with me. In fact, the whole family was.

They received the news about my tumor from the doctor the day that I passed out, and mom has been very overprotective ever since. She cooked all my favourite dishes, dad tried to play the games that we used to do when I was younger and my sisters showed their aegyo and just hugged me and such

But even though I was really grateful for their concern, all I wanted right now was Eunmi waking up and tell me that everything was going to be ok..

I sighed and fell back onto bed

"How is she.. Oppa?" My sister asked

I looked at her

"Nugu?"

"Eunmi Unni.." My sister said

"Oh.."

dad and mom sat down as all of them prepared themselves to listen to what I had to say. I even saw dad filming it..

"She's.. an angel.." I smiled

"An angel? Are there such angels?" My sister asked

I chuckled

"She's the first angel you'll ever meet in your life now.." I said

"Wae?"

"She gave up.. a heart.. her heart transplant to save a girl in your age" I said

"She did?" Mom breathed

I nodded and looked at her

"She did.. that girl's name is Yoona.. and she's only 10 years old.. She gave up her heart transplant, to survive just to save a girl's life.." I mumbled

I started to feel sad again and I closed my eyes as I flew back onto the bed.

"What a girl.." dad mumbled

"I'd like to see her.." Mom mumbled

"She's in coma mom.." I whispered

"I know dear.. Don't loose hope honey" Mom said and kissed me on my forehead

A silent tear fell down as I closed my eyes

Mom and dad decided to leave me alone so the family left as soon as they had said their goodbyes.

It was silent in the whole room, not even a single sound was heard except my breathing.

I pressed the button so the bed helped me sit up and I sighed heavily

*Knock Knock

"Come in.."

The doctor entered and closed the door behind him as he sat down and looked at me

"Annyeong haseo Doctor" I greeted

"Hi Changmin~~ssi.. How are you feeling?" He asked

I shrugged

"Normal.."

"You're still thinking about.. Eunmi~~ssi?" He asked

I nodded

He sighed

"I'm sorry son, I wish I could do more for you" He said

I shook my head and smiled palely

"You guys have done everything you could.."

"Her doctor has been looking for a heart everywhere.. But it seems to be impossible right now.."

I nodded

"I know.. I'm just praying and hoping for a miracle at the moment.."

The doctor sighed and nodded.
He took out his papers and a pen

"Changmin~~ssi.. Your condition at the moment.."

"Are critical"

He looked at me

"How do you know?"

I shrugged

"I've been having a lot of attacks lately and sometimes, I faint.. It happened this morning.. The tumor is growing fast.. isn't it?" I asked

The doctor looked at me and then nodded slowly

"I know that I'm dying.." I whispered

"Son.. I'm.."

"Don't say you're sorry.. I understand.. It's my health.. my body.. Me.. you can't do much about it than you already have.." I mumbled

He sighed

"I know you really want to get out of the hospital to spend.. your.. last.."

I shook my head

"I'd rather stay here.."

He looked at me as a tear fell

"For.. Eunmi.. I don't want to be away from her.." I said

The doctor sighed

He then spotted my reportbook and nodded at it

"You're writing a diary?" He asked

I chuckled

"It's a reportbook.. "

"I see.. I saw Eunmi~~ssi having the same one.."

I looked at him

"Bwoh?"

"I think she had it in her purse or something. Her parents took it out and left it at the table in her room.. You haven't seen it?"

I shook my head

The doctor laughed

"Well, I think it's amazing to see young lovers so determined about their life.. and also seeing the passion you two have for each other.. I wish I was young again" he smiled

I laughed

"Doctor.. I appreciate everything you've done for me.. really.." I said

He nodded

He stood up and before leaving he spun around and looked at me

"What were you planning to become son?" He asked

"I don't know.. I was thinking of something like doctor.. mostly cause dad and mom wanted me too.. "

He laughed

"What does your heart say?"

I shook my head

"Right now.. My hart just wants Eunmi to wake up.."

The doctor smiled and nodded. Soon he left me and went outside

I decided to go to visit her again even though it was pretty late. I got out of bed and pushed the drip stick along as I entered her room.

She hadn't changed position, or anything. Still lying there like an angel

I held back the tears as I entered and closed the door behind me.

Just like the doctor said, I soon found her report book

I sat down next to her and looked at her

"Yobo~~ah.. Is it ok.. if I read?" I whispered

No answer

I sighed

I reached out for the book and opened it slowly

The first page was shown and I wiped away the tears from my eyes to start read the first page....
