*Beep .. Beep

The sound of the beeping coming from my right side above my head, was really noisy.

It felt like the monitor was close to my ear, reminded me of one time when JaeJoong hyung entered my bedroom to wake me up with the beeping sound from his cellphone

*Beep Beep

Wait a minute, where am I?

I was lying on something soft, my head resting onto something soft like a pillow.

I had a blanket covering my body up to my stomach and I felt some kind of tube in my nose. I opened my eyes slowly to see I was lying on a bed, in a room, white plain gray.

Hospital

I instantly flew up and all the tubes was loosened from my body

I guess I flew up so quickly that the person who was sitting on the chair jumped back out of fear

"CHANGMIN!"

I looked at the person to see Yunho Hyung staring at me

Yunho flew up and looked at me

I looked around , still shocked and wondering why I was even here

"Hyung.. I" I stammered

He shook his head

"Take it easy.. Lie down" He said calmly

I did as I was told and leaned back onto the pillow

YUnho sat on the right side of the edge and looked at me

"How are you feeling?" He asked

I looked at the monitor who kept beeping and then around in the room

"I'm.. fine.. I think" I said

Yunho watched me before he jumped to the conclusion that I was fine

Suddenly I heard the door open but I couldn't see who was entering since the draper was in the way

"Hyung, you're hungry we brought som.."

I recognized Junsu Hyung's voice but he quieten when he saw me looking at him

"You're awake!" He said

I nodded

Junsu ran towards me and hugged me tightly and soon followed by JaeJoong and Yoochun Hyung

I laughed as they hugged me

"Yah.. don't kill him will you!" Yunho laughed

All of us laughed

"Your parents are here.." Junsu said

I stared at him

"They are?"

JaeJoong nodded

"They came here 2 days ago"

I stared at JaeJoong and then the rest of the members

"2 days?"

Yunho nodded

"What do you mean by 2 days?" I asked

"You don't remember do you?" Yoochun said

"Remember what?"

It suddenly hit me that I was at the hospital for a reason. Could it be?.. That I was..? NO! I'm alive aren't I?"

"You passed out 2 days ago at the Ice rink after the date with Eunmi"

"Passed out?"

They all nodded

"You've been unconscious ever since.." JaeJoong quieten

I know that they were hiding something from me so I pressed the button so that the bed could help me sit up

"Where is Eunmi?" I whispered, loud enough for them to hear

I was staring down on my lap, not knowing what to expect but I did have a feeling that the news aren't good..

"Changmin..we're." Yoochun started

I shook my head and looked up

"Where.. is she?" I asked again

I saw the glance that was being exchanged between Yunho and JaeJoong

Suddenly a door opened and a doctor entered

"Hello Changmin~~~ssi. How are you?" He greeted

I shrugged

"Normal" I said

He nodded

"I'm just going to examine you araso?" The doctor said

I didn't say anything and was letting him checking me.

After he was done, he said he was going to return to talk to me in an hour

After the doctor left us, I looked at my hyungs again

"Now tell me.. I don't want any hidden secrets.." I said

I felt the tears coming but I wasn't sure of why I was crying.

"We'll.. show you.." Junsu mumbled

Yunho went out to get the permission to take me out from the hospitalroom. Yoochun helped me over to the wheelchair and JaeJoong put a blanket over my legs so that I wouldn't be cold.

Junsu was helping me pushing the drip stick as JaeJoong was pushing me. I did sense the atmosphere that was pretty tense and I knew myself that I somehow wasn't going to be happy to see what was waiting for me

Outside room 242 I saw Eunmi's full name

Yunho took a deep breath before opening the door and another similar scent from hospitalroom was taking over. Slowly, I was pushed into the room

My eyes wandered from the floor up to the bed to see Eunmi, lying there.

The beeping sound assured me that her heart was still beating but all the needles and tubes connected to her body was scaring me to death

Slowly, Yoochun placed me right next to Eunmi who was lying there. The room was pretty dark and the only light we had was the light right above her. A small light showing her face only.

I was at loss of words, not knowing what to say whether react.

I could hear someone sobbing behind me and I knew it was Junsu Hyung

Slowly I reached out for her hand but to my surprise her hand was cold.

Ice cold

I swallowed and stared at her

"Why...... is.. she here?" I whispered

The tears wasn't far away now..

"Changmin..ah~~" JaeJoong started

"NO! Tell me why she's here.." I said and burst out into tears

Now I could hear all the members crying but Yoochun gathered his courage

"She's in coma"

I felt my hand squeeze her hand as tears kept falling

I shook my head

"It's impossible.. it's.. NO!" I said and looked at the members

They were all crying, not knowing what to do or say. All of us knew that this was the truth. The nightmare.

I let go of her hand and slowly, tried to stand up

Yunho was right behind me, ready with a helping hand if I needed

When I managed to stand up, I sat down on the edge of her bed and took her hand again

"She.. had a heart attack when she found you on the ground right after the ice rink..."

I didn't say anything as Junsu continued

"She got stressed, started to panic when she saw you and then she had a heart attack and passed out as well" Junsu said quietly

I started to cry harder as I felt my hand shaking.

"The doctors are not sure about.. how long she's gonna.."

"DON'T SAY IT!" I shouted

JaeJoong didn't finish his sentence so he stayed quiet at my command

"We're.. outside.. if you need anything.." Yunho said to break the silence.

All of the members went out as I was still sitting on her bed, watching her while listening to the monitor, a beep for every heartbeat

I sighed

"Eunmi~~ah.. Oppa is here now.." I said and her hand softly

Her face didn't show any reactions at all making me feel even more frustrated

I cried harder

"Oppa is here.. just open your eyes and look at me okay?" I said quietly

Still no reaction and her eyes was stubbornly being closed

"Oppa is here.. I'm here.. just open your eyes..." I took a deep breath

"Just.. open your eyes.. so that my heart can rest assure of you being here with me.." I whispered

Still no reactions and the frustration kept growing

I leaned forward to kiss her forehead while crying, not sure if she was hearing me, noticing me at all

"We're suppose to be together.. you know.. smile.. and date like normal students.." I whispered

I knew deep down inside that I was talking to myself but deep down in my heart, I was hoping that she's able to hear me

"I love you.. Eunmi.. Do you hear me?" I whispered as my tears fell down on her hand

With the tears on her hand, I used it like paint and started to write 'I love you' on her hand

I couldn't stop myself from crying

"Just come back to me.."

I looked at her through the tears that was falling from my eyes

I leaned forward and kissed her forehead again before resting onto her forehead while crying

"Come back to Oppa.. Come back to me.."
