OMG! FINAL CHAPTER PART TWO-B         The boy and the girl loved each other. But then, there came the witch..   He was running again and at the same time he’s crying. Good thing the corridors were almost deserted, it was still early in the morning anyway. Unlike the previous times he was heading to a particular destination, Eunhyuk didn’t know where to go, nor did he be bothered where he’s going. All he knew was he had to get out of the place, that he had to get away.   Donghae didn’t let him off that easy though.   Since Eunhyuk was crying his vision got a little blurry, and because of that he fell for quite a lot of times. On his fourth fall there were arms that caught him, warm familiar ones and he yearned to snuggle closer, but he knew he shouldn’t. Instantly he pulled away, swerving his body so he could run again. He realized he couldn’t though, for Donghae’s gripping on both his arms, preventing him from dashing off again.   He could have pushed Donghae, could have wiggled off the hold easily. He’s stronger than Donghae, it wouldn’t be difficult. But Eunhyuk’s feeling vulnerable, feeling weak. He’s crying and he’s hurting and.. Donghae’s holding him.   Donghae’s holding him.   He felt the brunette turned him around, hands still on his arms, still holding him. Eunhyuk kept his head down, looking sideward as he refused to face Donghae. He wouldn’t want to see the disgust, or even the confusion. Of the reality that Donghae didn’t know why he did what he had done, and that he couldn’t even explain to him the real reason because he wouldn’t understand.   Eunhyuk feared the truth. The truth that Donghae doesn’t love him, at all.   “Eunhyuk.”, Donghae spoke and the redhead shivered a little. “Eunhyuk.”, he called again but the other still wouldn’t want to look his way. The brunette sighed, loosening his grip on the other as he tried to find the right words to say.   “I-I..”, he started, and Eunhyuk bit his lip. “I heard what you said.. t-that part when you said for me to be happy and.. that you.. l-love me..”   The tears were back on his eyes again, it’s like it wouldn’t end.   “And then you k-kissed me..”, Eunhyuk heard him cleared his throat. “And then you run away and—“ Eunhyuk felt him took his right hand off, and he could feel him palming his face in frustration before placing the hand back on his arms again.   “Why did you do that?”, Donghae asked, his voice filled with confusion, uneasiness, perhaps abhorrence? Eunhyuk bit his lip even more until it actually bled.   “Why Eunhyuk?”, Donghae repeated the question but the redhead just shook his head, still gazing on the floor. “You wouldn’t understand.”, he answered softly. You wouldn’t believe me..   “How can I under—“ Donghae felt Eunhyuk flinched in his hold, and he came to comprehend that he had raised his voice. He cleared his throat once again, removing his hold from the redhead and the other took a step back. Donghae scratched a non-existing itch on the back of his head, awkward and bewildered. He looked at Eunhyuk, fidgeting and crying. What’s happening?   “This is..”, he began, speaking the only explanation he could come up with and Eunhyuk waited for his words. “This is a joke, right?”, he continued, chuckling a little as he started to believe that it must be it. “It’s something you and your friends made up, right? A prank. You’re kidding, right?”, the brunette said, nodding his head as he knew it was plausible.   But when he saw Eunhyuk’s face, as the redhead finally lifted his face and looked at him, he thought that.. he had it all wrong.   Eunhyuk felt a stab on his heart. Like a hand gripping it tightly, crushing it until all was left were little pieces he wouldn’t be able to piece it back. It was just like Hyukjae’s first meeting with Donghae, when the other doubted her words and kicked her out of the room. Back then Hyukjae’s angry, but right now, Eunhyuk’s in pain.   “Eun—“, but the rest of Donghae’s words were left unspoken when he saw the redhead shook his head. He’s upset, that Donghae could tell.   He’s crying but there was a soft smile on his face, as he searched for his eyes and spoke. “Just forget everything, Donghae.”, he whispered, but it was loud enough for Donghae to hear. “Just think it didn’t happen.”   When Eunhyuk turned around Donghae didn’t call him back. Eunhyuk didn’t need to run, no one will chase after him anyway. He walked away, with a heavy steps, with a broken heart.   Forget everything, Hae. Forget it like how you forget about me..                                                                      .. turned her back to a boy, and took everything away.   It was dark, and he was wrapped under a blanket with his laptop. On the screen were two foreign actors, Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams. His head’s aching, his nose clogged up, his eyes were puffy but the tears indicated they still wouldn’t stop.   “How do you look at the girl you love, and tell yourself it’s time to walk away?”   His sob was muffled by his hand and his pillow. He knew watching a sad movie when you’re heart’s breaking wasn’t the best idea, but it was better than feeling alone. At least he could tell himself he’s crying because the movie made her. Yet at the end of it he felt a lot more alone than she already was.   He was biting his bruised lip as he whimpered in silence, sniffing and weeping. His headache intensified, and he’s finding it hard to breathe but it’s as if he could stop his tears. He wanted to quit crying but he couldn’t. The tears just kept on flowing and he even distraught his self already again because ‘why can’t I stop crying goddamnit!’   He paused when he heard footsteps however, and then his door knob turned, his room lighting up. He peeked from under the blanket and found a figure, half of the body still behind the door, contemplating if he should come in.   “Hyuk?”   Eunhyuk thought he could cry even more.       The girl, who was now back being a boy, cried in despair.   He told his father to enter and so he did. He wiped his face, although he knew it’s useless since anyone with an eye could tell he had been crying. He took the blanket off and made a room for his father, and the man smiled as he took a spot next to him on his bed. His father’s eyes fell on the laptop, the movie still playing. “I—“, Eunhyuk began and he mentally cursed himself on how gruff his voice just sounded. “T-The movie.. it’s a.. really sad one so..”, he heaved a sigh, unsure on how to continue with his reason he wouldn’t even believe himself. So Eunhyuk kept his eyes down, playing with his blanket and sniffing, stubborn tears still falling despite his struggle to keep it at bay.   Lee Won Jun nodded once, pursed his lips slightly, before turning to his son. He placed a hand on his shoulder, and Eunhyuk made a sound on the back of his throat, controlling his emotions.   “I’m not.. as comforting as your mother. But I..”, the older man smiled, gulped a little, and continued. “You can always talk to me. Or cry on my shoulder..”, he said and Eunhyuk clutched on the blanket, more tears falling out. “Crying doesn’t mean you’re weak. It wouldn’t make you less of a man.”, he uttered and at this Eunhyuk raised his head, meeting his father’s eyes and said.   “What if I’m crying because of a boy.. would it make me less of a man.. to you?” he said softly, in contrast on how hard he’s gripping on his blanket it actually began to hurt.   Surprise was evident on his father’s face, and for a split second Eunhyuk thought he’s going to think he’s a joke just like how Donghae had put it. But the surprise went away as fast as it had come, replaced by something that made Eunhyuk’s heart burst.   “No. It wouldn’t make any less of you. Nothing would make any less of you, in my eyes.”, he said, the hand on his arm gone, as it was lifted and placed on the top of his head. “Because you’re my son.”, he continued as he messed his hair gently, and Eunhyuk couldn’t fought back the sob. “Because I love you.”   And perhaps that was all it took. That it was all that was needed for Eunhyuk’s emotions to flood down like a waterfall. Like a kid, he let himself be enclosed in his father’s embrace, crying his heart out like he had never cried before.   His father hugged him back, patting the back of his head and telling him it’s going to be alright. Eunhyuk sobbed, grumbled, wailed. And his father.. hugged him back.   “I want to go away, dad.”, he whispered in the middle of his sobs. “T-Take me far away..”   He felt rather than see his father nodded, and then he cried even more.       And just as he thought it’s the end..   He squint his eyes, feeling something poking his cheek. He peeked with one eye, blinked once, before finally opening his eyes. He got up and found his window open slightly; he closed it tightly and noticed it was already dark. He must have slept as soon as his back touched his bed.   He blindly searched for his light switch and turned it on, frowning as he messed his already unruly hair. He approached his study table and sat on the chair, his shoulders crouched down, his mind still hazy. His eyes landed on his copy of his Harvard application project and he smiled a little as he let his fingers hovered on the fonts. His eyes then landed on the folder under it, took it out and found out it was one of his first drafts for the seniors’ stage play. He looked over it, shaking his head on how cheesy some was, before putting it back on his table.   The play was a success, the praises were back and forth, and the congratulatory messages were endless. His classmates held a party, and he told them he had to do something so they would let him off. That was just an excuse though, for when he got home he fell asleep.   He wasn’t there though. Eunhyuk. And Donghae sighed because he was really bothered.   It wasn’t even the kiss that was troubling him. Of course he’s surprised, like who wouldn’t be. It wasn’t the confession too, but yes it got him thinking too. In all honesty it was all about Eunhyuk’s face.. when he told him to just forget everything. He looked so depressed and so.. hurt.   How could I even forget that face..   He groaned, ruffling his hair in frustration and swiveling on his chair. He was even feeling bad about himself yet he didn’t know what exactly had he done wrong. Why was Eunhyuk crying? Why did he kiss him? Did he really love him? And why was he’s so bothered by this he didn’t know.. he couldn’t.. he’s going crazy, he---   Donghae frowned, hands still pulling his own hair, eyes on his bed or rather, under it. There was a small, red paper creeping from under the bed, and Donghae could have ignored it but he gave in to the thought of picking it up. He stood up from his chair, brows still furrowed, and mind still problematic about Eunhyuk. Once he reached his bed he picked the paper up, which he realized to be a small notebook. It wasn’t his, he never remembered buying something with a strawberry drawn on the cover. He inspected it for a moment before opening it and the first page greeted him with scribbles and ugly handwriting. He chuckled, not even sure what was funny, and flipped to the second page.   Mean Things Donghae Did that He’ll Oh So Painfully Pay for Once I Got My Body Back   He quirked an eyebrow, continued reading, and seconds later he widened his eyes.   He dropped the notebook on the floor, his mouth gone dry, his heart beating fast.         ..the boy he loves went after him..   He smiled as he read Hongki’s message, telling him how amazing their play had been. Attached with it were pictures of the event and he grinned because even after everything, the class had managed to pull out a great performance and an equally great set. Eunhyuk sighed to himself, this class play will be one of the memories he’ll be taking with him.   He put his headset on, closing his eyes as he sat and waited. Beside him were two of his father’s body guards, guarding his luggage as Gustav and his dad arranged his flight. Tonight, he’s taking a plane off Korea. He let his father decide where he would take him, he didn’t care in a least bit anyway. All that mattered was for him to get out of this place, to travel as far away as possible.   Tonight’s the night Eunhyuk’s going to leave. Tonight’s the night he’s going to put everything behind.   -   Donghae cursed, he didn’t think he would make it in time. The cab’s not moving, and the traffic’s indicating it wouldn’t move for the next half an hour or so. The brunette groaned. It’s completely impossible.   He took some cash out of his wallet and paid the driver, getting out of the car and running to the sidewalk. He started sprinting towards the direction of the airport. He didn’t even know why he’s feeling the need to see him, but when the butler in Eunhyuk’s house told him he’s leaving Korea tonight, Donghae dashed and called in the first taxi he saw.   He wasn’t even sure what’s there to expect, or what was to ask. All he knew was he needed some answers, answers that only the redhead could supply. He ran, one hand clutching a notebook, and he hoped he would make it before it’s too late.   He kept on running, until he felt his knees weakened. He was tired and his legs were giving out but the airport’s still a long way ahead. He shouldn’t stop, but he couldn’t carry on either. A few more steps and Donghae actually fell. He tried to get up, but his legs seemed dead. He cursed harshly and punched the ground, and then he whimpered because that one hurt. The people walking around him just passed by, no one seemed to care and no one mind.   He grunted to himself, feeling pathetic and desperate. But he needed to see Eunhyuk.   As he’s struggling to get up though, he was startled when he looked up and found a face. Pretty and bright, shining with her honey skin and blond hair.   “Good job, Donghae. Now let me help you, okay?”, she said with a huge beam.   Even before Donghae could ask how the hell she knew his name, there was a snapping of fingers, sparkly dusts, and then it was all black.   -   When Donghae woke up, he could feel his legs again. He wasn’t tired too, and that he could actually run for a few more kilometers to be honest. Yet the most absurd of all was that, as he found some foreigners, group of large baggage and boxes, men in suites, stewardesses with their little trolleys..   He’s already in the airport.     .. broke the witch’s curse..   Donghae’s running again, this time with a lot more vigor; with a lot more will to see Eunhyuk before he’s gone. He hit some people along the way, scolded by a few ahjussis and ahjummas because he was sprinting when he shouldn’t be, and almost got in a fight when he had knocked some pile of boxes down.   He reached the boarding area just in time that he could see the passengers standing up to board the plane, and he quickly scanned the place to spot a certain redhead. It didn’t take him a minute to do so, since the passengers were few anyway, and furthermore, the fiery red hair stood among the crowd.   “Eunhyuk!”, he shouted, running towards the other and ignoring the shouting guards and airport securities. “Eunhyuk!”, he jumped passed the restricted area, surprising the non-expecting lady guard and dashed towards the redhead. “Eunhyuk!!”, he called out but Eunhyuk’s not looking back. “Eunhyuk!”, the other people had already noticed the commotion and even Eunhyuk’s father and his body guards stopped and turned, but the boy’s still walking ahead. “Eunhyuk.. Eunhyuk!”, Donghae shouted, almost reaching the redhead and yet before he could do so, he was knocked down to the floor by an airport security. Donghae struggled, yet more securities tackled him down, Lee Won Jun’s body guards blocking him from their young master. Donghae gripped on the notebook, hopeless yet for one more time he screamed at the top of his lungs.   “HYUKJAE!!”   -   The beat of the hip hop song ended, and at the same time he heard a voice calling for his name. Although, it wasn’t the name everyone call him but rather, a name he thought would have left forgotten and buried with his sad memories. Eunhyuk swerved his body, startled when he found his father’s body guard standing before him, blocking some

Chapter 45: I discovered this story just a few hours ago and I finished it, I know.... it's surprising but I'm a fast reader and a book lover. Anyway, I didn't know I would love this story so much. It started with me asking for any EunHae omegaverse in Twitter, someone suggested me a thread of EunHae fanfics because they can't remember the title, and I stumbled upon this story in the thread. I stayed because the plot looked interesting and quickly as I knew it, the story gave me an excellent ride of my life. Thank you for creating this story!

Chapter 45: My goodness i can't remember when i cried that long and hard 😭 the goodbye and separation broke my heart but it hurt so good because they still had their happy ending in the end. I really thought it would be just frustration with their idiocy and denials but damn i didn't expect that my heart would hurt that bad and desperately desperately wished for everything to work out in the end (and thank god it did!)

One of the longest i've read, but surely one of the most memorable ones too!! 👏
