Fix
It (does)n’t happen - intermediate -
Jinki scribbled on his notepad, focus gone from studies again while held up in his bedroom for the evening. With Minho’s in-and-out moods, Jinki wondered if he had made the wrong decision in telling his friend how he felt.
Mistake.
He couldn’t stand the idea of their friendship breaking because of something he’d done. Still, there was a pushiness to the desire that spilled out into his thoughts and actions some days. Irritation, possibly. Probably. With many things around him he just couldn’t control one way or the other.
Shoving his books aside, Jinki pushed open his laptop over his desk and went looking on the web for fixes – anything that could make him normal again.
There had to be a way, right? He would be normal and Minho would be better…
Weeks seemed to pass with research leading nowhere and suppressed feelings still never changing.
Jinki was exhausted by it, but when he got to sneak a kiss with Minho again behind closed doors, he felt alive again.
Research, Jinki had found, just couldn’t explain what had happened to him.
Or at least, it couldn’t fix him.
