Your father was now peacefully sleeping in the given room. The doctor explained that your father just had a sudden minor heart that came from stress and anger.

“Be sure that he avoids any more stress or his condition could get worst.” The doctor warned. “Thank you, doctor.” Your mom bowed and you followed her action. Your mother turned to you.

“Sweetie, you should go home and wash up. You had a long day.” She said and took her bag. You stopped her. “Ani. Umma. I’ll bus home. You should stay.” You gave her a meek smile.

“Alright, be safe.” You gave her a nod and walked your way out of the room. You stopped in front of the door. “Umma.” Your mother turned around. “Please just give Sunggyu a chance.” You murmured. Your mother stiffened at the name.

“We’ll deal with the consequences later.” She said and turned back to her husband who was resting on the bed. “Good Night.” She spoke and you left.

*Why can't they accept Sunggyu? He makes me happy.* Your frowned.

You slowly walked your way to the bus stop in front of the hospital. The cold breeze sent chills down your spine that caused you to shiver. You put your hands into your warm pockets. You stood there as cars drove passed by you. You suddenly felt a your phone vibrate in your pocket. It was a call from Yumin. You gazed at it as your phone kept vibrating, waiting for you to answer. .

*Yumin is probably mad at me since I kept my relationship with Sunggyu a secret.* You let out a sigh and answered it. “Yumin-ah.”

“Hey ~~~~~~~! You-“ Yumin was cut off. “I’m sorry.” You looked down and kicked some pebbles with the tip of your boots. “I didn’t mean to keep it from you.”

“Why are you sorry?” You heard her chuckle through the line. “Aren’t you mad at me for being with Sunggyu?” Yumin became silent. “Oh. I have to admit Mr. Kim is the most handsome man on earth, he’s even hotter than that Dr. Nam oppa of yours!” You raised an eyebrow.

“But really, I never actually thought of going after Mr. Kim. But girl! How can I be mad? I think a teacher – student relationship is so adorable.” She squealed.

“So you’re not mad?” You felt that some weight has lifted from your shoulders. “Of course not!” She beamed. *At least Yumin approves. Why can’t Mom and Dad be like her?*

“But ~~~~~~, since your relationship has been revealed. Do you think Mr. Kim will lose his job? Oh no! That can’t happen. He’s the coolest teacher in the school!”

“…” You didn’t have an answer for Yumin. “I don’t know…” “I hope not” *I hope so too.*

“~~~~~~. I got to go, mianhae.” Even though you were talking to her on the phone, you could feel that she was frowning on the other end. “Okay.” “Wait! Before I go, I want to tell you that if two people love each other, they deserve to be together.” She advised.

You took in what Yumin said into consideration. “Thanks Yumin, good night.” " Alright I'll see you at school tomorrow." You hung up.

“…if two people love each other, they deserve to be together.”

Those words kept replaying in your mind.

Suddenly the bus arrived and you rushed in before another gust of wind would brush by you once again.

After your encounter with L, L did nothing but stayed in his room and looked at a photo of you that was taken before he left you. Since there wasn’t anyone around, L would have teary eyes. He regretted even more that he didn't just leave you, but also left Minji..

L needed some fresh air as he walked along the sidewalk. He accidently bumped into a gang that was unstable from the amount of alcohol they had drunk. L, being the nice guy and not make the situation tense up, he tried to apologize but they wouldn’t just let it go.

He had thrown his fist into some of their faces but he couldn’t continue, since he was fighting against six others.

He thought of it as something he got in return after he failed to stay by your side after all this time.

He walked up the steep hill and came across you who were walking ahead of him. He tried his best to walk while his whole body was sore after getting beatened. He needed help, he wanted you to help. A small weak grin came upon his lips as he tried his best to catch up to you. He was just grateful you have found you.

You were just a few blocks away from home when suddenly you felt a pair of arms wrapped around you. Your eyes widened as you were startled at the sudden action. The arms of that person then let go, you spun around only to have eyes even wider then before when you found that it L covered with bruises, cuts, and blood all over him.

L lost his balance and fell forward but you used your arm and held onto his waist to support him. “Y-Yah! What happened to you!?” You asked as you struggled to prevent him from to the ground. You were almost loosing your balance because of his weight that was pressing against you. Your heart couldn’t control itself. It hurt to see the perfect Kim Myungsoo beaten up and it was beating, oh so rapidly when you realized how close you were to him.

"Were almost.. there." You said as you helped him into your house.

You carefully brought him into your house. You needed to treat his wounds fast or else it could leave a scar on his beautiful face. You carefully sat him down in your living room. You made sure not to make any noises since Minji and Sungyeol were probably asleep by.

You immediately went into the washroom to get the first aid kit for him. When coming out you opened the box and took out cotton swabs and alcohol. You gently applied it to his skin as he slightly winced at the stinging pain.

Yes, short chapter, again. very sorry ~ I had something on my mind while walking home after school today, so I wanted to put this up before I get off the computer for tonight.
