The next morning, you were still in dreamland because Sunggyu put you to a deep sleep with his powerful singing voice. It was like he sang a song to you the whole entire night.

The elevator doors opened and Sungyeol stepped out. He was on his way to your room. He made a turn and bumped into L. Sungyeol was taken aback and was startled.

“What the heck?” He held his chest. “Why do you always give people that stare?” He said as he straightened up and muttered, “Aish… so scary.”

“Sungyeol, please let me see her?” L asked with hope that Sungyeol would allow him. “No! I told you before. ~~~~~~ can smile now. I don’t want her to lose that pretty smile of hers because of you.” Sungyeol was about to walk pass him but L blocked his way.

“She may look happy on the outside but on the inside, I know she still wants to see me.”  L swallowed hard. He still regrets leaving you. He hopes that one day, you’ll forgive him and things will go back it was before when you both loved each other.

Sungyeol stayed quiet. He wondered if he should let L see you. “Come on, Let me see your sister.” He said as he put an arm over Sungyeol. Sungyeol thought of it and gave in. “Fine.”

“Great! Thanks dude!” L beamed. “Aish, I don’t know why I’m so nice to you after what you have done to my sister.” Sungyeol shoved L away and headed to your room to see you talking to Woohyun. He headed off to your room. He and L looked through the glass window. You looked like you were happy.

“L, I can’t do this. I don’t want ~~~~~ to lose her smile when she sees you. Go!” Sungyeol pushed him away.

“So you get to leave the hospital tomorrow, alright?” Woohyun smiled your way. “Yes, I can’t wait!” You pumped a fist up.

“I won’t be able to see you every day now.” Woohyun pouted. “Oppa, I’m just going home. I’m not going anywhere else.” You chuckled. “Still, You’re going to leave me.” Woohyun faked a sniff and left the room with his clipboard.

You smiled as you saw him leave acting like he was crying. Your smile faded when you spotted L and Sungyeol through the window. Sungyeol was pushing L somewhere but he refused to leave.

Woohyun opened the door and found the both of them. Woohyun’s eyes widened and glanced back to you and saw you gazing at the both of them.

“Guys!” Woohyun called out for Sungyeol and L. They both froze and stared at Woohyun. Woohyun nodded towards you. They both turned their heads to the side and noticed that you were staring at L.

They both slowly let go and L slowly walked into the room. Sungyeol wanted to stop L but it was too late. L was already in the room. Woohyun consciously watched L walking towards the bed. You, on the other hand, grew stiff and didn’t know what to do or say. You felt confused. You wondered why he would come now after all this time.

“We should let the two of them talk.” Woohyun said and put an arm over Sungyeol. Dongwoo then came whistling through the hallways. He found that both Woohyun and Sungyeol had concerned faces.

“What’s wrong? Don’t tell me something happened to ~~~~~?” Dongwoo was about to run to your room but was stopped by Woohyun.

“No, Nothing is wrong with ~~~~~, She’s fine. I think.” Sungyeol assured. “You think?” Dongwoo raised an eyebrow. “L is in there.” Woohyun informed.

“Mwoh? L is with ~~~~~ right now?” Dongwoo became rigid. “Why on earth would you let him see her?” He asked.

Both Sungyeol and Woohyun’s eyes pinched to the middle. “What’s wrong with that?”

“She had forgotten about him already, why would you put him back into her life?” Dongwoo asked. He was the only one that knew you already had someone that fixed that broken heart you once had.

“Yah! You’re her brother, how can you just let him walk in like that? ~~~~~ is just happy without him. I don’t see why he needs to go back into her life. I’m sure he’ll be causing problems in the future now.” Dongwoo looked at Sungyeol. Sungyeol gritted his teeth to hold back his anger. He never usually showed it since he was a happy choding.

“I don’t understand, what you’re saying?” Woohyun tilted his head. “Of course you don’t.” Dongwoo muttered and sat down rubbing his neck and sighed. He looked towards the door to your room. He was afraid something will happen.

The room was silent and you remained staring at L who was sitting there by the side of your bed. You stared blankly at him. There were so many questions you wanted to ask him but didn’t know what to ask first.

“So, are you better now?” L broke the silence. L noticed how skinny you have gotten ever since he left you. He frowned. *Is it because of me that cause you to be this skinny?* You broke out of your thoughts and ignored his question.

“Why are you here?” You blurted coldly. “I missed you.” He whispered. “Why did you come back?” You sounded a harsh for the very first time. L slightly flinched by the tone of your voice.

“I want you back. ~~~~~~,” The way he called your name, for some odd reason it pained your heart. You bit your lip to hold back your tears. “I’m sorry. I regret leaving you, I didn’t have a choice, I wanted to-“

“So you left me to become famous? Did you ever think of my when you made that decision?” You asked him as your eyes got watery. “No. I-“ He paused. He realized that what he was going to say will not make sense to you. He sighed.

“I left you because my company told me that I must not be involved with a relationship. I didn’t want to let you know. I didn’t want you to say goodbye to you.” L started cussing to himself in his mind for spilling out something that was stupid.

“So instead, you abandoned me?” You asked him. You bitterly chuckled as a tear rolled down your cheek. L wanted to wipe that tear away. It always hurt him to see you cry. L opened his mouth to speak but you spoke instead.

“The love we shared, did that not mean anything to you?” You sniffled. “It meant a lot to me. ~~~~~, How I feel for you now is still the same from before. I still love you.” L took your hand and held it close to him. “Give me another chance.”

You suddenly pulled away and shook your head and wiped your tears away. “I can’t. I won’t be able to love you again after what you have done to us.”

L was badly hurting at the time so he didn’t pay attention to what you meant by 'us'. You turned your head away and started to cry even more.

“I don’t want to talk anymore, can you leave?” You grasped onto the blanket. The tears just couldn’t stop falling.

“No!” L refused and stood up. He sat on the edge of the bed and put his hands on your shoulder. “Why? Why won’t you give me another chance? Why didn’t you wait for me to come back?” He asked you and shook you, you struggled to get his hands off of you but he held tighter.

“Let… go!” You pulled his hand off but they won’t budge.

L softened but didn’t let go. He suddenly cupped your neck and kissed you. You pushed him away from his sudden force of movement but he wouldn’t stop until you responded the kiss. You squeaked as you wanted him to stop. You grew furious now. How could he just kiss you like that all of the sudden?

L stopped and pulled away. He realized he was going too far. Instantly L felt you throw your hand across his face. It was a hard slap on his cheek. His eyes widened at what just happened. He looked at you in disbelief. *She just… hit me?*

He put his hand on his cheek. It was his heart that was in more pain than his cheek. You avoided his eyes. “Can you go?” You glared at him, your face was warm and you felt your eyes watery once again.

L could no longer stay. His heart broke into millions of pieces. He got up and slowly went out the door. He put his hand on the doorknob and looked back at you one last time. “~~~~~, Just remember that I will always love you, trust me, I'll make you mine again.” He opened the door and left.
