Best Mom Ever.
Heart For 2
Your mother had forced the doctor to take the pregnancy test three times and it all came out to positive, which meant you were pregnant.
The car ride home was in complete silence. Your mom would take her eyes off the road once and awhile glancing over to you. You managed to keep your eyes out of the window. You didn’t know how to face your mom now since she knew that you were pregnant. A tear slipped down your cheek. *Oppa, Where are you!*
The car came to an abrupt stop on the driveway. You immediately unbuckled your seatbelt and hopped out of the car. You rushed into the house without waiting for your mom.
Sungyeol came out of the kitchen with a water bottle. He raised a hand up to wave to you, “Hey-“ But you were too fast. You walked passed him and ran up the stairs and into your room. You closed the door and sat on your bed.
*Otokae, otokae!* You hugged your pillow tightly and started to sob. You were frightened and confused at the same time. Where and when did L and you had that moment? Why did he leave you? Did he already plan this?
Those questions you wanted them to be answered. How? Of course you didn’t know because L had gone missing.
Then it hit you. You stopped sobbing. It was that night of your sixteenth birthday. L invited you over to his house since his parents weren’t home. He said such sweet words to you that couldn’t resist. Those words he had told you touched your heart. You pictured how ‘occupied’ you were with him and you slightly stiffened.
*Oppa. Was it all a joke to you? Is that why you left me?” Another round of tears came back. You started to sob into your pillow once again.
Sungyeol opened the door a little in order to peek in on you. He already knew everything since your mom had talked about it, previously. He felt a pinch in his heart as he heard your sobs. He knew that L was your happiness. Even though you knew you still had your family, you still needed L to be there in order to make your life complete.
Sungyeol was about to go in to comfort you but stopped when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around to see your mother. “Let me.” She whispered. After all, she was the mother and it was her job to comfort her daughter when they were in need. Sungyeol gave a nod and watched her walk in.
You felt an arm over you and looked up. “Umma…” Your bottom lip quivered. She softened as she wiped your tears away.
“Shh…” She paused for a second for you to stop crying as she continued to wipe your tears. “I was really shocked when I heard the news. It was so sudden. I didn’t believe that my baby girl was getting pregnant.” She admitted. You looked into her eyes sincerely as you sniffled a few times.
“You know you’re sixteen now right?” You nodded. “You know that I raised you to grow up and to choose the right choices on your own right?” You nodded your head. “I don’t want to be like those mothers who don't are very careless when it comes to these situations. So I’m going to allow you to choose what you want to do with this baby.”
She gave you a gentle smile and curled a stand of your hair behind your ear. “So what do you want to do with this baby?” She asked you.
You stiffened at the question. You didn’t know what to do with your baby. Give birth to it and then sending it to the orphanage was definitely not an option. You’d feel guilty. Having it erased was just a terrifying choice to make. You’d feel even guiltier. The only option was to keep it, but once you keep it, your life will change.
*Myungsoo Oppa, Should I keep it?*
You suddenly thought of your father. “What about Appa? What if he doesn’t approve of this? He already hates Myungsoo oppa. Once he finds out that the baby belongs to oppa…” You shuddered at the thought. Your father wasn’t scary at all. But hearing that daddy’s little girl was pregnant…that isn’t going to be pretty.
“Don’t worry, I’ll talk to him about. Your appa understands me.” She chuckled. “Thank you, Umma.” Tears welled up in your eyes. “Not again…” She noticed the watery eyes of yours.
“Just know that I’m your mother, I’ll always support your decisions.” She kissed your forehead and hugged you.
*The best mom ever.* A curve came upon your lips when a tear slipped down your cheek.
“Wow! Your mom is so cool! I don’t think My mom would let me keep the baby.” Yumin pouted. “So then was your dad okay with it?” You thought of it for a second.
“To be honest, I don’t know. He knew about my pregnancy. But he never talked about it with me. I guess it’s because I was so depressed because I have lost Myungsoo oppa that he didn’t want to put any more stress in me.”
For the past year or so, you had realized how distant you were with your father ever since he found out you were pregnant. He turned into a workaholic for you.

Okay so I wanted your mom to be a good person in here. I don't want your mom to be a bad mom like the one in my previous fic. \:
