The next day, although it was a Friday, you wanted to go to school. You wondered if anything has happened while you were hospitalized. If there was any important lessons that you have missed, If Sunggyu have missed you…

You woke up earlier than ever and washed up. You tried your best to stay quiet so that you don’t wake Minji up. When you came out of the washroom all cleaned up. You carefully limped over to your closet and took out your uniform.

After changing into it, you looked into the mirror and saw your reflection. *It’s been so long since I’ve worn this.* You thought of Sunggyu who have popped into your head. *I can’t wait to see you again, Gyu oppa.* At those two last words, it blushed slightly.

You took your bag and put it over your shoulders and grabbed your crutches. You carefully walked over to Minji who was dozed off in dreamland. *I'll come home to you princess." You smiled and then headed out the door, closing it behind you, gently so that you would not wake Minji up. You went over to Sungyeol’s room and shook him. He groaned and opened one eye.

“What?” He asked putting a pillow over his head. “I decided to go to school today okay, I didn't want to wake Umma up, so let her know and call me if anything.” You whispered and he put his thumb up, telling you that he had understood you.

You were about to turn around but stopped half away. “Watch Minji for me!” You whispered once again. But he didn’t answer you with his thumbs up. It looked like he had fallen into a slumber. You pouted and pulled his pillow away.

“Yah. Watch Minji for me.” You repeated. “Alright alright!” His scolded. He then fell back to sleep. You shook your head with a smile and slowly headed out the door.

You carefully walked down the stairs and found that the kitchen lights were on. Your eyebrows furrowed. *Umma is awake already?* You slowly went inside. It was hard since you still had your crutches. Your father was on his way out and almost bumped into you. You were startled at first but knowing it was your dad. You became uneasy since you don’t usually see him much.

When your awake he’d be at the café, when your sleeping he’s home calculating the sales he had made from the café. The café was basically his life.

“Good Morning.” He gave you a smile. “Good morning? Appa, why are you still here? Shouldn’t you be at the café by now?” You asked.

“I was just going now.” He truthfully answered. “Are … you going to school already?” He eyed you from head to toe because of your uniform. You nodded your head. “I want to go so I can ask my teachers, If I have missed any tests or whatever. Yumin was too busy playing with Minji yesterday, so I didn’t get to learn anything.” You frowned.

“Do you need a ride? I’ll take you.” He offered. You shook your head. To think of it, it’d be awkward anyways. “It’s okay-“

“I’m not going to let you walk to school with that cast on.” He pointed to it. You looked down to your cast. *True. There is no way I can walk.*

“Okay then.” You responded. “Eat breakfast first and then I’ll take you.” He smiled and you nodded.

So you had breakfast while your dad was reading the newspaper while waiting for you. You asked him to make you some coffee and asked him to put it into a coffee thermos. Your father made the best coffee and you wanted to give it to Sunggyu so that he doesn’t get tired during lessons.

He made it for you and you were done with breakfast. You both headed into the car and you fastened your seat belt. You bit your lip. You wondered if your dad would ask you anything on the road.

He started the car and started to head onto the road. It was silent as you held onto the thermos. You kept glancing at him.

Finally, which felt like hours had passed by, you were now in front of the school. You got out with your crutches and your father came out and handed you the coffee thermos. You smiled and thanked him. Althought you were slightly disappointed that he had nothing to say to you, you were still thankful that he took the time to take you to school. 

You bid goodbye and went into the school to look for Sunggyu. The hallways were empty because students have not yet arrived at school yet. You have seen a few of your teachers in the hallway and you have managed to ask them what you have missed.

Sunggyu was flipping through the pages of his teachers guide book when he turned to a corner and spotted you talking to a teacher from the end of the hallway. His face brightened and he went right into his classroom and hid beside the door.

“Alright, Thanks Mrs. Choi.” You bowed and went to Sunggyu’s room. “H-“ You stopped in front of the door when you found that the classroom was empty. You frowned. *Maybe he didn’t come yet.* You thought and decided to just place the coffee on his table. You walked in and suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around you. You were about to scream since you were surprised but Sunggyu covered his mouth.

He glanced back at the door and saw that since no one was around he closed the door and turned off the lights. The room was still bright since the lighting was coming from the classroom windows. You turned around and saw Sunggyu.

“Yah. You scared me!” You whispered, scowling him. “Mianhae.” He chuckled. He noticed that your leg was still casted. “Here sit.” He helped you sit on his teacher’s chair. You glanced at the coffee mug.

“Here. I got you this. My dad’s coffee is the best!” You smiled and handed him the coffee. “For me? I’m already awakened since you’re here.” He opened the lid and took in the lingering smell of coffee. “Wah. I haven’t tasted it yet, but I know it’s already good.” He beamed and drank it. “Ou~” You chuckled at his reaction.

He placed it down on the table and leaned on his desk. He took your hand. “So tell me Miss Lee. What are you doing her so early In the morning?”

“I wanted to see you.” You confessed, looking up at him. You smiled brightly. Sunggyu couldn’t help it but to lean in and kiss you. You pulled away. “What if we get caught?” You whispered. Sunggyu pointed to the closed door.

“It’s closed.” He chuckled and lightly grabbed your chin and kissed you again. Yours eyes started to fell closed as you responded to his lips. The way he kissed you was soft and gentle.

Suddenly, a knock came from the door and you both pulled away. “Aishh…” Sunggyu’s eyes closed as he got angry that the moment was ruined.

Sunggyu got up to get it. “Wait!” You stopped him. You immediately got off of Sunggyu’s chair and took a random sheet of paper you found on his desk and went to a desk. So it would look like you were writing an assessment. You grabbed the pencil out of the pocket of your bag.

Sunggyu shook his head with a smile. *Cute.* He the lights and opened the door, eyes widened to see his student standing in front of him.

“Park Kimhee. What are you doing here so early in the morning?” He asked. Your eyes shot up from the paper. “Annyeonghaesayo,” She bowed. “I came to help?” She uneasily spoke. “Did you?” He scratched his head. “Come in.” He said motioning her inside.

"Well, be careful not to make any noises so you don't distract ~~~~~~." Sunggyu informed 

When Kimhee walked in and found you in the classroom. Her eyes widened for a few seconds and she started to glare at you. “So, I guess you can help me, staple some of these sheets.” He handed them to her. You met eyes with her.

*What’s wrong with her.* Your eyebrows furrowed. *That stole Yumin from me…* Kimhee wanted to go over to you and punch you out. You felt irritated by her glare so you got up and handed the paper to Sunggyu.

“Mr. Kim, I’m done…” You told him with a mad expression on your face and left the room. Sunggyu watched you leave. *What happened?* Kimhee’s mouth fell into a lopsided grin.

“Mr. Kim, since you have just come into this school recently, have you heard about the rumors from the students or teachers?” She asked as she stapled the sheets together one by one. Sunggyu looked up from his teacher’s guide book with furrowed eyebrows.

“No… What rumors?” Sunggyu uneasily asked her, although he was the teacher and he had no intentions in knowing but wanted to know if it was about you. 

“Did you know that ~~~~~ has a one-year-old daughter?” She asked. Sunggyu blinked at her, “Mwoh?”
