I started to spend more and more time with Kibum. We always had fun, there was never a dull moment but sometimes when everything’s quiet and I stare at Kibum. I find myself asking if I already liked him or if my heart was still with Donghae and I haven’t had an answer once.

“Close your eyes.” Kibum smiled mischievously

“Why?”

“Just do it.” Kibum urged

“Fine.” I closed my eyes

I felt something in my neck and when I looked down I saw that it was a necklace. It was pretty and silver. The pendant was a small bow with crystals in it.

“What’s this?” I asked as I continued gazing at the necklace

“It’s from my mom who got it from her mom.” Kibum explained

The color of my face started to fade “Kibum…”

“Don’t say anything.” Kibum interrupted “I’m not asking you to be my girlfriend, I know you’re not ready yet, but if you accept that necklace then it means I have a chance to be in your heart.”

I started to feel worse.

“Stop joking around.” I said, hoping he really was

“I’m serious.”

Tears started to form in my eyes. “Actually..” I fished something out of my pocket and showed it to Kibum, it was the necklace from Donghae

Kibum’s face was expressionless. It was hard to tell what he was feeling. It hurts more to see him like this.

“I understand but keep the necklace. Think about it first. If you still don’t choose me, return it.” Kibum walked away

I showed the necklace to my members as they gazed and admired it. They were all happy that Kibum had finally confessed to me and were giggling happily but when they noticed my expression, they looked at each other.

“Is something wrong?” Vian asked, carefully
I sighed and looked at the necklace “What should I do?”

“Do whatever your heart tells you.” Lyn said

“How can I when my heart doesn’t even know who it wants?”

Regine gave me a big hug “There’s still a lot of time. Take things slowly and don’t think too much about it.”

“You and Donghae…you haven’t reconciled yet?” Jessica asked

“No.” I squeaked

“He says you’ve been avoiding him, I thought you were going to talk to him.” Jessica reminded

“I was.” I breathed

“What happened?”

“Taeyeon unnie.”

Jessica swiftly turned to look at me “Taeyeon?”

I nodded “They’re together, aren’t they?”

“I can’t believe this.” Jessica muttered

Jessica’s face reddened with anger and she marched off.

“Unnie!” I called out, following her

Jessica shoved open the door to their practice room “Ya! Kim Taeyeon!”

Jessica walked to Taeyeon and pulled her up in a harsh manner “What are you doing now?!”

“Wh-what are you talking about?” Fear was evident in Taeyeon’s face as she stared at Jessica’s fury-filled eyes.

The other members tried to break them apart but Jessica ignored them.

“What’s this about you and Donghae?!” Jessica glared

“What are you talking about?” Taeyeon stood firmly

“Did you know? When I found out you liked Donghae, I broke up with him because I figured no guy was worth our friendship. Do you know how it hurts to give up the one you love for the sake of others?” Jessica’s eyes started to fill with tears

Taeyeon scoffed “What? Do you think you’re only the one suffering here? I also gave him up!”

“Gave him up? If you gave him up then why is he and you not together now?”

“Th-I made a mistake.” Taeyeon admitted

Jessica sniffed, holding back her tears “Kim Taeyeon, forget we were ever friends.”

“Jessica, what are you talking about?” Tiffany interrupted

“Stay out of this.” Jessica warned

Jessica gave one last glare at Taeyeon before walking away, pulling me with her.

Jessica’s back was turned away from me but I could hear her whimpering, she was crying. I felt so bad. Like I was the one who caused this problem. If they don’t make up soon, this could lead to the disbanding of Girls’ Generation, I can’t stand that.

“Unnie.” I handed Jessica my handkerchief

She took it and dabbed her tears. “Thanks.”

“Unnie, I’m thankful to you for defending me but you didn’t have to do that.”

“I didn’t do that for you. I did it for everyone whose concerned in this matter.” Jessica said abruptly

No more words were said after that.

Minutes, hours and days passed and the gloomy atmosphere remained at SM building. How could one building contain so many broken hearts?

Taeyeon, Jessica and you - the three girls who’ve fallen for Donghae’s charms and now whose friendship is at risk because of that one guy.

Kibum- the guy who is waiting for an answer

And

Donghae- the guy in between everything. One who knows who is in his heart but doesn’t believe that he is also in hers.

Hi guys! I was actually supposed to debut a new story here in AFF but since the server crashed, my new story went along with it and I don't have a copy of it so now I'm back to lazy mode. Urgh. Anyway, I'm not sure when I'll be writing another story soon, but just in case, can you guys suggest leading men? If possible, guys from 2PM, SJ, Infinite, and Shinee please cause they're the ones I really know about. Or if you want I could just make up some fictional guy. LOL.
