It started... Horribly! It was easy for Seungho to overwhelmed Mir who know nothing about Kendo. Even behind that helmet, Mir knew how bored Seungho look by now because everytime he charged forward, Seungho easily dodge and hit him on arms or back, even his head.

"This is waste of time." Seungho sighed.

Mir flinched back when he saw Seungho getting into a quite peculiar position and when Seungho charged forward, probably to land final blow, Mir squeezed shut his eyes.

However, he didn't feel any blow or any throbbing pain. Instead, he felt frosting cold running up from his fingertips towards his arms and sound of bamboo sword colliding greeted his ears.

Confused, Mir opened his eyes which widened immediately when he saw he had block Seungho's attack rather successfully. Wait. It wasn't him. Mir looked over his shoulder and saw GO standing close to him almost glued to his back. GO's arms were around him and their hands became one from the forearms and down to fingertips.

What was this? Mir freaked out but he couldn't move his arms away. As if he had lost control of his own arms. As if he was paralyzed. He was scared. He was beyond scared but the helmet he wore hid his look.

And GO? Even GO seemed shocked at the new position they were in but his eyes focused again on Seungho when the latter spoke.

"Beginner's luck." Seungho launched another attack, but GO took control of Mir's arms completely and held the shinai in Mir's stead, blocking Seungho's shinai and gave a lower blow, with not too much force being put in that blow but the way the shinai twirled cause Seungho to lose hold of his own shinai. A very unique move. Seungho looked shock. He stared hard at Mir. "You-"

Mir would have been frightened by that kind of stare from Seungho, but the fact the GO was taking over his arms was already freaking him out enough. Mir struggled and stepped away from GO. GO's translucent hand separated from Mir's as the young boy fall back unto the floor, looking up at GO in terrified look.

"Ya! Are you hurt?" Joon ran up to Mir's side as soon as he saw the boy fall down to the floor. He took off Mir's helmet and was taken aback by the horrified look on the younger as the younger stared up to empty space. Blinking, he slowly looked towards the same direction as Mir was looking at. Nothing there. But something was bothering him. Making him felt bother. An unexplained sadness tugged at his heartstrings.

"I didn't hurt him." Seungho chipped in, gaining Joon's attention back as he crouched on Mir's other side once he escaped his own shock at the moves Mir just done on him. A move that was very unique and a move that only one person he knew could pull of. GO. Seungho shook his head. No. It was just a coincidence. There was no other explanation... Was there?

"Mir?" Joon shook Mir's shoulder and the room suddenly fall into hectic when Mir flopped down weakly, eyes rolled to the back of his head.

Seungho pulled the boy up from the floor. "He's cold as ice!" He gestured Joon to help him pick Mir up but Joon simply pulled Mir from Seungho, feeling the boy's cold cheek.

"What is happening?" Joon asked and held Mir close to himself when the boy suddenly trembled violently, teeth clattered, breath shaken.

Seungho would have answered if he knew. "Let's bring him to infirmary first." He helped Joon to piggyback the unconscious boy as he ordered the others to keep practicing while him and Joon brought Mir to the school infirmary.

"Mir..." GO watched as Mir was taken away from him. He wanted to follow after Mir but it felt like he was nailed to his spot. What had he done? What the hell even happened? Did he just possesed Mir? Did it hurt Mir? Did he hurt Mir? Oh no... What the hell was he doing?

Mir blinked opened his eyes and groaned when he felt kind of euphoric. Waiting for few seconds for the room to stop spinning in his sight, Mir finally sat up.

"Here." Mir flinched when a glass of water was held just a few inches away from his face. He looked up to even be more surprised as he recognized the one sitting at the edge of his bed. It was that worker from Rain's shop. What was he doing here?

Pushing the question aside, he took the water and was grateful that the water was warm despite the fact that it was summer because he was still slightly shakened up by the cold he felt before. Though it kind of weird how that boy just knew what Mir needed.

Holding the warm glass in between his two hands, Mir smiled contentedly before taking a few sips. Gosh, was it great to have a bit of warmth in all this freezing coldness.

"My name is Sanghyuk by the way." The boy introduced.

Mir looked up from the warm water and nodded. "Mir." He replied. "What are you doing here?"

Sanghyuk smiled kindly, not wearing the sneaky smirk Mir was uncomfortable with this time. "I just transferred here today."

Mir's brows rose and disappeared behind his bangs. "Rain hyung hired a student?"

"Huh? Who's Rain hyung?"

"I mean, Jihoon hyung."

Sanghyuk kept a straight face before he chuckled. "Aww... You got nickname for boss? How cute~" Sanghyuk cooed and pinched Mir's cheek. But as soon as his fingers touched Mir's skin, his cheerful smile turned a bit gloomy. Mir was still cold. And based on his experience, this wasn't a good sign.

"What is it?" Mir asked, concerned, as his eyes followed Sanghyuk's hand. The ring was on Sanghyuk's index finger. Mir gasped and quickly looked around. He didn't know whether he was relieved or worried that GO was not around. He was relieved because that ring might hurt GO but he was worried thinking of what had happened before he passed out.

"You should stop worrying about him. He's not a friend." Sanghyuk suddenly spoke up when he read the thought behind Mir's orbs.

Mir fixed his eyes on Sanghyuk. "What?"

"That ghost."

"Y-you saw him?" Mir stuttered out in surprise. Not only Leo. Sanghyuk as well?

Sanghyuk shook his head. "I can only feel the presence. I can't see him like Leo hyung can." He explained. "I saw what happened in Kendo room. Did he do something? The ghost I mean."

Mir looked away, biting his lips. He wanted to answer but what Sanghyuk said just now instilled doubt in him. Sanghyuk saying GO wasn't a friend just tick something in Mir. He didn't like it. GO is his friend. Judging from the situation, it wasn't the best choice to answer. Adding to that Mir himself actually didn't fully understand what had happened.

Sanghyuk stared firmly at Mir. Mir was obviously trying to protect the ghost. "He's not like us. He's dead. He's not human, you see. He's going to get you into-"

The glare Mir casted on Sanghyuk shut him up. "Just because he's dead, doesn't make him less human. He's just like us and he needs help."

Sanghyuk closed his eyes for a moment before he stood up, looking down at Mir with cold eyes. "You've bonded with him."

"What?"

"That's a huge mistake." Sanghyuk muttered and walked towards the door. "It's obvious you won't listen to me anyway. But let me tell you one thing. It doesn't matter how nice he's acting to you. Sooner or later, his instinct will turn him against you. You better watch your back." He turned away but stopped. Slipping off the ring of his finger, he put the ring onto the table beside Mir with Mir watching confusedly. "This... Will be the help you needed most once you finally can see the truth. Keep it close. I can't help you if you don't want my help. This is the least I could do. Since I will always be around, if you change your mind, you know where to find me." And he left.

Mir chewed on his lips. What the hell the kid was talking about? GO turning against him? On what basis that boy was sputtering all those nonesense? Mir placed the glass in his hand unto the small table beside him when his eyes glued to his own hand and later, towards the ring lying innocently there. But then... What was all this mean? Would someone just tell him what was happening?

Seungho sighed as he stored back his kendo equipment into a small room attached to the club and that was when he saw a brown backpack at the corner of the room.

Poking only his head out of the small store room, he asked a few students who were still lazying around the club. "Did anyone left his bag here?" Most of them just grunted "no" while the others simply waved him off. Such treatment towards the president of the club. He ought to give them some lesson for not being respectful.

Taking the bag into his hands, he opened it in case he could find at least a name on the book in the bag. But of course his hand just had to lost its grip on the bag and the bag tilted upside down. Not enough of that, a few A4 papers fall out of the bag, scattered across the floor, followed by three more notebook but one caught his eyes.

A black notebook he could recognized anywhere. GO's diary...
