The members of BTS fidgetted in their seats as they waited for the Master-of-Ceremony to announce the Artist of the Year. The tension was so thick you could slice it with a knife. 

"And the Artist of the Year is..." the MC began. All eyes were on him as people continued to wait in anticipation.

"Come on. Just annnounce it already," V muttered. The rest of BTS nodded in agreement.

"...Bangtan Boys!" the MC declared. The BTS members looked at each other, shock written on their faces. The shock look on their faces soon turned into delight. Cheering on the inside, they calmly walked to the stage. Once on stage, the MC gave the award to Rap Monster who received it with a smile. The leader of BTS then lifted the microphone slightly before speaking. He thanked those who helped them get them where they were today -- their CEO, director, parents and of course, their fans -- and promised they would continue working hard. At the end of his speech, he and the rest of BTS bowed. 

"I love you ARMYs!" J-Hope added with a grin, doing a heart. This earned cheers from the fans. Bowing once more, the BTS members exited the stage and headed backstage to prepare for their performance which would begin later. 

"We did it, guys!" Jin cheered. Tears were streaming down everyone's faces as they jumped around while hugging. 

"I better go call Anne and tell her the good news," Jungkook said, breaking away from the hug.

"Yes! Go tell your girlfriend that!"Jimin grinned through his tears and nudged him. Jungkook nodded and took out his phone. He then made a video call to you

"Hey, sweetie! Hey, BTS!" you grinned. But your smile soon faded when you see the tears on their faces. 

"You guys alright?" you asked, concerned. 

"Well..." they began before grinning at you and showing you the award.

"We got Artist of the Year!" they chorused. Your eyes lit up with delight and you grinned from ear to ear.

"Oh my god! That's great! Congrats!" you exclaimed joyfully.

"Thanks, dear,"Jungkook smiled, blowing you a kiss. You grinned back and returned the kiss. The other members then excitedly chattered about the award, causing you to smile. They looked so ecstatic and it made you happy to see them like that. 

"Oh. We need to go perform now. See in you in a bit, ok?"Jungkook said after a while, glancing back to see a stage crew member signalling them to go on stage.

"Ok. Bye. Have fun!" you waved and blow him a kiss. Smiling from ear to ear, he kissed back. 

"Bye!" the BTS members waved back and ended the video call. Grinning at each other, they made their way to the stage, their spirits as high as the skies above.
