The car parked at the side of road under the tall lamp post had its passengers, together with a new comer, running to it like wild animals.

Behind them were a herd of tacky bulk men occupying the entire street in several rows chasing them shouting in vulgar language.

Chanyeol was the first to reach the car. His feet slid on the tar of the road and he let his keys (which he pulled out from his pockets) unlock the doors immediately.

"Get in now!" he shouted at Wendy, who was pulling Johnny, who in turn was putting his tongue out at his loan sharks arousing them.

But thankfully Wendy who reached the back door first opened it, and pushed Johnny inside along with herself, and let the door close on it's own as Chanyeol started the engine and the car swooshed off right away.

"That was insane!" Johnny, who was still looking back at his enemies, who chased their car half way through but had stopped on the road now, shout out in joy.

Wendy too chuckled along with Johnny, but Chanyeol was fuming.

He was about to belt out at the two at the back confirming his superiority but was left unheard when Wendy grabbed Johnny by his neck and started knuckling his head playfully.

"Johnny Johnny. Are you sure you are the same kid I met years ago? Wah! You have grown to be some good looking fellow, eh? Girls must be chasing you around."

Johnny laughed and answered, "The only ones chasing me are those people you just met, noona."

Chanyeol suddenly hit the brakes making both Johnny and Wendy knock their heads hard on the seats in front. Wendy was about to scream at Chanyeol but Chanyeol was quick to belt out this time around.

"Oh! I'm so sorry to say that your noona-dongsaeng reunion must be put on hold for sometime till I get what I'm here for. Also, since you guys know each other, this shouldn't be that difficult after all, eh?" Chanyeol eyed Wendy who grit her teeth and was probably cursing him in her head very violently.

"Huh?" Was Johnny's reply for he had no clue as to what was happening.

Soon, Wendy was forced to ask Johnny about the underground matches by Chanyeol, but it was too disappointing because Johnny looked clueless and confused.

"I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I just work at my brother's friend's garage. What underground circuit matches are you even talking about?"

Chanyeol was already filling up with anger for he was too sure that Johnny was lying but Wendy was quick to accept it and even caressed Johnny's arm when Chanyeol screamed at him calling him a liar.

Ultimately, Wendy made Chanyeol let Johnny go promising that she'd find another person for Chanyeol, and stepped out of the vehicle with Johnny to send him off to where ever he was preparing to run off to since his home was guarded by his loan sharks from now on.

"Noona, who is he?" Johnny asked in a whisper giving a glance at Chanyeol, who was inside the vehicle.

"Um just a guy I met...I mean, we have this deal sort of thing. It's nothing too serious," Wendy replied with a smile.

"Be careful, noona."

"Don't worry about me, Johnny. Just go ahead. I'm sorry that we just suddenly started throwing things at you. You were probably very confused, right? I don't even know why Grace gave me your name....You better get going..."

Wendy gave a small push to Johnny to go ahead. She watched him nod and wave at her and step in front walking away from the car. Wendy turned back and went to the vehicle, getting into the passenger seat and seeing Chanyeol with a straight face.

She sat there quietly putting on her seat belt watching Chanyeol having the car still parked, without making any movements, in the middle of the road.

"I guess we made a mistake," she said in a low voice.

"Yeah, sure we did. Let's find an actual person this time or you won't walk away from me alive, remember that. Also, don't even think of running away because I. Will. Find. You."

"Is that supposed to scare me?" Wendy scoffed seeing Chanyeol look away after realizing it didn't seem to frighten her even a bit.

He could have argued back but he chose not to and changed the gears to go ahead.

But Chanyeol immediately hit the brakes once more, making Wendy very mad for she thought he just wanted her to knock her head again, seeing a figure jump in front of the car and stop them.

Chanyeol screamed from the car, "Move, child!"

Wendy looked up to see it was Johnny who had jumped in front.

"What does he want now?" Chanyeol asked from Wendy to which she shook her head in confusion watching Johnny walking up to her side and knock on the window asking her to open it.

"Why? What's wrong?" Wendy asked watching Johnny rest his elbows on the opened window and take a few moments before he began to speak.

"Well, I don't usually do favors for anyone, you know. If you are willing to pay, I can show you around," he spoke quite stealthily looking at Chanyeol this time.

It took a while for Chanyeol to understand him but when he did, he smirked right away answering, "Get in. We'll discuss the amounts on our way there."

Wendy watched Johnny flash a sneaky smile and move towards the back seat door to open it. She couldn't help but turn to Chanyeol, who moved up closer to her and whispered mockingly,

"I told you he was lying. You should learn to trust my instincts from now on. Believe it or not, I'm way more experienced than you are."

Wendy felt embarrassed listening to Chanyeol boast. She couldn't believe she was took quick to judge Johnny, probably because she had known him back then a few years ago. But she should know better. She had changed over the time as well. Being quick to trust someone was her mistake. And for some weird reason, Wendy remembered Seulgi at this point. She wondered whether this was what Seulgi felt when she found out that the Son Seungwan she knew wasn't the same one.

Seulgi was barely keeping it together. Her gym teacher had decided to punish her entire class...again. And this time it was for some bizarre reason where he suspected Seulgi for stealing his cat and hiding it in the science lab. She denied that it was her, and in turn the entire class got detention. Funnily enough, none of her classmates blamed her. Mostly because they were just made to stay in class and write pages of 'We will not play pranks on our teachers' and do nothing else for the rest of the day.

She barely got out of class for the day when her phone rang and an older woman started crying out loud making Seulgi surprised and dumbfounded at the same time.

"Seulgi-ah! Have you...have you seen Seungwan anywhere? Tell me she's with you...Please, tell me she's at your place," Wendy's mother cried out.

"Well, no. She's not with me and I'm not sure whether she went to our apartment because I'm still walking home from school. What's wrong, Eomonim?"

Seulgi asked and listened to the old woman cry out again and sob uglily.

"She hasn't come home for two days and Seungwan's appa just found a letter saying she is going to run away from home and that she...she can afford to live on her own...hoo hooo..."

Seulgi made a funny face bewildered listening to Wendy's mother go on how Wendy had apologized for being a lazy girl and that she was going to give her parents rest after leaving them alone.

"It can't be, eomonim. Seungwan didn't seem like she was planning to run away the last time I met her. I don't think she'd do that. Don't worry I'm sure she'd come back."

"Wait! You are not with her on this are you? She always leaves the house saying she's going to meet you. You are not helping her on this, are you?!"

"Uh What are you saying, eomonim?! I would have already told you if I knew where she was..."

Seulgi couldn't believe she had to argue her way out of Wendy's mother suspecting her for being her daughter's accomplice in the still unconfirmed running away from home.

Seulgi was already tired when she came home and barely got off the phone with Wendy's mother. She sat down to think where Wendy could have gone to to not come home for two days. The old Seungwan Seulgi knew of would have at least blurted out by accident about her plan to run off, but she thought for a second as to how much she still didn't know about the new Wendy.

Seulgi took her legs up onto her couch and hugged them thinking out loud.

"Did she really run away? Can't be...Seungwan's not the type to abandon her parents like that. What if she was kidnapped?...No, that's not entirely possible. She can slip away from anything. But then again the people she's been associating recently can indeed do that to her...Or maybe she's just strolling around somewhere--"

Seulgi suddenly froze realizing something and scoffed right away, "Don't tell me she went back to that place and is scouting outside!"
