Confusion

Jessica’s pov:

I still can believe that happen to me when ___ had an event for me, that girl is so sweet, I still can imagine how romantic it is, although she didn’t told me that she already can walk a week ago and she just said she wanted to surprise me, im a little bit mad at her but she’s been giving me sweets talk, she bribe me with her cooking and her killer smile, I’m so happy that day she even change her appearance and I totally love it, I will always remember that and never forgot it and I keep it in my mind and heart, ___ been going to work this past few days, and that’s good cause she’s been begging yuri for all those months that she wanted to work and now she can, and I can see she’s really excited to cook again, umma been working at her old job at hospital ___ told umma that she don’t want her to work, but you know umma she doesn’t like to stay at home and do nothing, so ___ just let her as she knows that umma is happy to her work. And me I’ve been busy preparing for my fashion line that would be launch in 2 weeks time, and ___  meet my parents and they all happy for the both of us, although my sister is not approve to____, ___ talk about how she convince my parents and krystal to come here in korea, when we’re all at the restaurant

We all gathered at the big table in yuri’s restaurant, as we all settled and I was really curious on why my parents are here, as they was still talking and greeted each other as I interrupt and said,

“so dad, mom why you are here in korea? I thought you were busy in LA?”  dad look at me smiling while mom just looking at me, ___ hold my hand and squeeze it gently and I look at her and give her my smile, dad spoke and said,

“well ___ invited us here jessica, why? You don’t want us here?” I look at dad and shook my head telling him that, that’s not what I mean, as he continue and said,

“jessica even ___ didn’t invite us we will come here and see you, you don’t know how I misses you even you mom and sister”

“oh I’m sorry dad, but ___ and you just meet now how come you agreed to her?”

“oh that ? well, ___ should tell what happen and how she convince me” I look at my dad confuse but he pointed at my side and I follow it and I saw ___ and she spoke,

“I will tell how I convince him sicababy” I nodded and smile.

“well when I plan this event for you, I wanted to talk to your dad, cause you always said you miss you parents so I came up with the idea of calling your parents and invite them here”

“Really but how did you know my dad’s number?” I ask wondering

“I didn’t know your dad’s number sicababy, but I know your dad company’s number, so when I called it, I just told his secretary that I wanted to talk to mr.jung, I was lucky cause your dad is not busy that time, so when he answer it and ask who I was, I just told him my name, and was asking what I wanted, so told him that I want a favor to ask, I guess I must be eager when I said that and he was furious at me first and he wanted to hang up but before I did that, I told him that I was your girlfriends, after minutes he went silent and then after that, he told me that he wanted know me and was actually excited to meet me, so I told him about my plans and he said that he will arrive together with your mom and sister, and ask my number so he could called me,”

I was listening to ____ explaining and was still curious about how did she manage my dad to agree to her, my brow knitted and I hear my dad call me and I look at him and he smile and said.

“you must be curious on why I agreed right?” I nod and he continue

“well remember that I told you that I want you to have love life?”

“ah yes dad” I said shyly

“so when ___ told me that you’re her girlfriend of course I was excited and wanted to meet her”

“okay dad but why you agreed so fast?”

“why you don’t like me to meet her?”

“no that’s not what I mean” I pout dad just laugh at me and said,

“I remember you mention a girl that you fall in love with here in korea, remember your mom ask you who was it and you answer it, and you said it was ____ kang, that’s why I wanted to meet her and agreed immediately”

When dad reveal that my face becomes red and I hear all of them laugh, when dad im interrupt and said,

“well I thought the two of them can’t be together mr.jung”

“yeah I hear that from my daughter mr.im that ___ doesn’t  feel the same way, but look at them now they are in love, I just hope ____ won’t hurt my daughter because if she did, she will get it from me” my dad said while looking at ____ intensely as I look at ___ but I saw her was smiling at my dad and didn’t feel like she’s scared, I just smile at her when she said,

“I will never hurt your daughter mr.jung, I’m not a kind of person will hurt the woman I love” she said looking straight to my dad, as everyone just look at us and listen, dad smile and said,

“then that’s good, jessica told me a lot of you, so I feel like I really known you and as I can see now, you really love my daughter, I would like to know you more ___”

“thanks mr.jung, I will try my best to make your daughter happy”

“you’re welcome, ___”

As I was looking at them and cant held my happiness, mom just keep silent even my sister when I spoke and ask.

“krys why are you looking at ___ like that”

She glances at me then to ___ and said,

“oh nothing unnie I just hope she’s not pretending that she love you” I look at her confuse when she continue and said,

“I mean you just came back here like 6 months, and when you told me on the phone that she’s been depress over her ex girlfriend, so I still can’t approve the two of you, and ___-iss I’m sorry but I don’t think I could trust you for now” krystal said while glaring at ___, I was about to talk to her when ___ hold my hand, as I gaze at her and she shook her head and said,

“it’s not her fault sicababy I can’t blame her if she doesn’t like or trust me,” she smile and squeeze my hand

“well sorry for being rude I just don’t want to see my sister hurt, so if you don’t really love my sister you can just let her go now before it’s too late” krystal interrupt us I look at her glaring, that’s it, she cross the line already,

“shut up krystal”

“why unnie? You been in love with her since college days, and like duh she clearly knows it, she could just tell you that she doesn’t like you”

“I said shut up krystal” I look firmly at her, but she just stare at me and said,

“fine do what you want but I’m not going to like your girlfriend cause I know she doesn’t like you, maybe she was just using you now”

Okay that’s trigger me and I was about to stand up when I hear ___ voice and said,

“you two stop it” coldly stated that was my first time to hear that from her, my mom and dad just look at us, dad was about to stop us awhile ago but ___ bet him to it, I look at ___ and she clearly doesn’t like to see us fight so I settle myself and look at krystal who was look like scared and didn’t utter a word. After minutes ___ spoke and said,

“I know you don’t like me for you sister krystal, and I know you still doubting me but I just hope you would give me a chance to prove to you that I’m in love with your sister and I’m not using her, so please give me a chance”s he look at krystal while my sister just nodded and said,

“well at least I could observe you now cause I’m going to transfer here to study” I look at krystal confuse when my mom talk and said,

“I hope you would keep an eye to your sister jessica, she just wanted to be with you, she will be starting her school after 3 weeks,” I look at mom and nodded and saw her gaze ___ and said,

“sorry I didn’t really talk, I was just observing you ___. And jessica loves you a lot, I don’t want my daughter be hurt, I do like you ___ your kind, I hear a lot about you from my daughter I’m not gonna judge you, I just want you to make my daughter happy can you do that ___”

“yes mrs.jung, and thank you”

“you’re welcome, ___, and mrs.kang, it was nice to see you and meet you” mom said while looking at umma, umma keep silent all this time but she smile and mom and said,

“thanks mrs.jung I hope we could become friends from now on”

“ohh of course I would love that mrs.kang”  mom said, they just talk to each other a long side with umma im, dad and dad im talk about business while my sister talk to yoona and yuri along side with sunny and hyoyeon. I was smiling looking at them, and was thankful that my mom likes ___ cause I thought she doesn’t like her cause she was all silent awhile ago, I feel ___ side hug me and whisper.
